The young man at the register was kind but that was the only good thing about my visit today. I've never been to a Wingstop before but my husband raves about it so I finally decided to stop in after the gym. I was met with a strong smell of fryers which I guess could be normal considering that's how all the food is cooked..? I ordered a small order of wings to go and there were two people inside waiting. I watched them put out 4-5 to go orders that were waiting to be picked up And I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting. Anyways my wings were SO greasy. So greasy that on my 5 minute drive home grease came out of the container(mind you it was sitting upright the entire time) , through the bag, and on to my cars seat! It looked like they were just sloppily thrown into the container without shaking any grease off with the paper not even in there all the way. They were BARE besides the oil with almost no rub at all and the meat was slimy when bitten into. This location always has friendly service. I am not a fan of Wingstops wings, the meat isn't seasoned and they're overcooked and never juicy. I do like their fries, sweets and I am a big fan of their ranch. I tried the thighs. Again, the meat was not seasoned at all, and a bit dry. The only seasoning was from the coating, which the hot had no flavor and the Cajun was salty. The Parmesan fared better but needed more of the actual sauce-not just that heavy sprinkling of cheese on top. The Cajun corn had decent flavor but was kinda dry and sticky. read more

Unbelievably as much of a chicken wing guy as I am this was my first visit to a Wingstop. I had heard very split opinions on this place but my experience was very positive. The restaurant was clean and the service was fine. They have a pretty wide array of wing sauce flavours so I went with 2. I went with atomic which was their hottest one and it did bring a fair amount of heat. Not on like a challenge sauce level ala the Blazin sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings but still a pretty good kick. Really good flavour to go along with all of that heat and I really liked it. My other flavour was Spicy Korean. It too had a fair amount of kick and some delicious Asian flavours as well. Kind of a sweet, tangy, spicy, jerk type of thing. The wings were a little on the small side but were cooked perfectly. Also the ranch dip they have is easily the best ranch of any kind I've ever had. The fries we got as a side were fine if unspectacular. I dunked them in the ranch which really helped. This was my first visit ever to a Wingstop and definitely my last visit to this location. The woman taking the orders was rude and not very friendly. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal with ranch and an 8 piece boneless wing with mild on the side and bleu cheese. I had to say 3 times I wanted boneless wings because the lady was too worried about asking the guy that walked in behind me if he was getting brownies. When the food came, the fries were very undercooked and of course the boneless wings were NOT in fact boneless. They had bones and were over done. We were charged for the bleu cheese because the lady rang in ranch as the sauce with the wings because she wasn't listening to me. The Wingstop on Colerain Avenue has been a bit of a rollercoaster for me. In the past, the wings were on the soggy side, and the fries were always burnt. However, they have recently improved their practices and have become my go-to for dinner. I usually order the 30 piece crew pack- 10 Lemon Pepper, 10 Hickory Barbecue and 10 Original Buffalo and ask for Well Done. I also request the fries not to be burnt. They've come through for me by listening. Our food is hot, fresh and exactly the way we like it. They have truly improved from when we had first visited them. The place itself could be a little cleaner, but they do adhere to the new safety regulations. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone with a good appetite. The only suggestion I can offer, is to call in your order instead of using the app. The app doesn't have a place to request non-burnt fries. read more

Order food online for the Anderson Township, Beechmont Ave location, informed it would be ready for pick up in 53 mins. Went to get order, they said it would be ready in another 30 mins., waited in parking lot for order, went in to get my order, they said it would be ready in within another 30 mins. Waited and watched a long line of very angry customers who have been waiting longer than me. Protest in parking lot of of car horns blowing. Tried to cancel order but couldn't, ended up leaving and getting food elsewhere. Went to Wingstop twice, spoke to mgr, filled out a refund request, mgr said only district mgr can give refunds, was given BS on how they would refund within 3- 5 business days. waited almost 20 days, filed compliant with my bank who provided the refund against WS. Contacted customer service at WS, about never receiving my order or refund, never got a reply, so here's my honest review. Save yourself problems, don't order from WS. Total waste of time. They apologized for the wait and said there was a mix up which made things a little more tolerable. They also gave use free buns?. The paraphernalia and set up is pretty cool, really clean and the customer service was great. The complaints: the turnaround between order to eating. The wings were fried too hard and the flavor and size were a bit underwhelming. We got the $5 lunch special which seemed like a deal but felt more like a rip off as far a cheap lunches go. Confession: I used to turn my nose up at Wingstop and categorized it with Buffalo Wild Wings which is not a fave for me. Cut to a few months ago when my boyfriend wanted it and I didn't fight his suggestion. We ordered carry out which makes me nervous cause carry out wings aren't usually very good. I got traditional lemon pepper and Cajun wings fried extra hard, picked them up, got home and was so impressed I've ordered from here 4-5 times since! The reason I think this place doesn't have more stars is the service. I've not had a bad experience getting wings and I've never dined in but the place is clean and the staff has always been pretty nice. I get the hype. Did the chicken wings shrink or what? The wings were the size of my pinky finger, literally. The fact that we have two Wing Stop locations in Cincinnati makes me smile from ear to ear. I was so excited to try this new location closer to home but I was so disappointed. I ordered my favorite lemon pepper wings as a combo. The wings were tiny with very little seasoning on them. I had to make sure I had the right order. Where's the lemon pepper, I thought to myself. The fries were pretty good, but my heart was set on the wings. Soooo not a bad spot at all. I was a little on the fence about it at first but I've now been here twice and its better the second time. The first time I got the lemon pepper (good but tasted just like Fried chicken) and Hawaiian ( to sweet/ like an Asian version). The second time I got all BBQ and was pleasantly pleased! the fries are delish and fresh cut. If you get the combo it includes a side, dipping sauce (ranch, bleu cheese, etc), and a drink. Nice thing about this place is you can split and get to types of chicken sauces. I usually can only eat about 6 of these wings because they are huge! Not small and flat like BW3s! Stopped at this wing stop for the first time with my daughter. She raved about it. Our orders were taken quickly food came out piping hot and fresh. I ordered the buffalo style wings and the fresh cut french fries. The fries were excellent. The wings were good. Not the best nor the worse I've ever had. They were just a tad bit hard as if they had been cooked just s little fast, definitely edible. There was plenty of sauce on the wings. Fountain drinks had free refills. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff members were very friendly. The prices were excellent. Overall it was a decent experience and I would return. This is a new location. Very clean and big on the inside. I could tell the man taking my order was new and didn't fully know the menu yet. Not uncommon at a new restaurant and not a big deal. We ordered a 16 piece strip meal with three sauces. Hickory BBQ, Lemon Pepper and Teriyaki. We also ordered fries. Our order came out after about 10 minutes. I'm not a huge fan of breaded chicken smothered in sauce. However, the Lemon Pepper was AMAZING! The sauce was light and didn't make the breading soggy. The Hickory BBQ was decent and the Teriyaki wasn't bad, but I don't think I will get it again. Our fries came out fresh and hot. The seasoning they use was really good. All and all, I will probably eat there again. The Lemon Pepper was something that would definitely bring me back. My may notice that I didn't give this place 5 stars. This was my first visit to the wing stop. Located next to graters on colerain. I chose the small boneless wing combo. You get one side. I usually like to get my wings plain and with the sauce on the side for dipping. I felt the boneless wings were on the small side for what you pay for them in a combo. I like the BBQ sauce it's not to sweet. I did not like the lemon pepper at all. My husbands wings were about the size of the ones you get at bw3 s . Nothing really special here. I also chose to get the potato salad. It was ok average potato salad. I understand that each order is cooked when you order it. It just seemed like it took quite a while even tho we were one of the few people in the place. The staff was nice and friendly and the place was very clean. There are a couple of flat screens. Best experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The cashier knew my name and exactly what I wanted! The food was amazing as always.

I was put on hold for 9 minutes to place my order, which I figured must be because the place was packed and busy. Well....when I arrived there was literally one couple eating in the restaurant, and two people behind the counter having a conversation. The conversation continued for a few minutes as I waited to be acknowledge. Customer service gets a C- from me. Now on to the food, it smelled great and I couldn't wait to try it once I got home. I was seriously disappointed when I opened the bag, the wings were tiny and very little sauce/seasoning. The ranch and blue cheese which are allegedly made 'in house' were not very good and the fries were meh. I mean, how does a wing restaurant mess up the wings, fries and dips? I gave it a try and I won't be back. Too many other wing places that are cheaper and provide better customer service and food. After a 10 minute wait in line with only two customers in front of my party because the front end staff wanted to chat amongst each other and stare at us in the line, we finally placed our order for two combos one 10 piece with fries, and one 8 piece with fries. We ended up waiting a half hour more for our food, the fries were warm, not fresh hot, and the wings were hot. The 8 piece order was complete but the 10 piece order was not. Already aggravated over the long wait we let that go, then we started attempting to eat the food. I say attemp because of the amount of salt in the food on both the fries and wings. The fries were so heavily salted they were inedible, and the wings were very close behind inedible. A little less than 1/3rds of the food could be eaten before my party gave up to go get food from elsewhere. The management and staff did not care about our dissatisfaction with service and food. Went in for dinner to use a buy one get one City Saver coupon, which the book indicates that you can use the app, and was told by the girl at the register that we couldn't use the app and had to have the printed coupon. Clearly miscommunication between the City Saver book and Wing Stop but did not eat there based on the principle. Upon calling the manager was told they will typically make an exception, but we wasted 40 minutes driving to and from to not get food and have to go elsewhere.
