This is a small chicken joint we found over in Ohio. It specializes in Cajun flavours much in the way Popeye's does. I went with the basics which was the Cajun Tenders and mashed potatoes with gravy. The chicken tenders had a wonderful breading with a medium amount of spice to it. The chicken was nice and juicy and just perfect really. The sweet and sour sauce was a unique and delicious dipping sauce as well. The mashed potatoes were average. Not bad but nothing special. The biscuits were the very best I've ever had from a chicken place. The little bit of honey on it just brought them to legendary status. Also Mia the cashier and cook I think was soooo nice and did a wonderful job for us. Any fan of chicken or good food needs to try this out. You won't regret it. 10 out of 10 for the chicken and biscuits 5 out of 10 for the mashed potatoes read more

My son heard about this chain from a YouTuber he likes. I didn't get the name of the cashier but the guy recommended the perfect size meal for my son. My son loved the food. Also they kindly gave my son a free popsicle. If you are on the run this place was fast and my son really enjoyed it read more

I am certain you can find unexpected things in the most unusual places - while making a stop at a gas station when my fuel light came on - above the din of the northbound and southbound lanes - and the petroleum fumes I was greeted by one of life's greatest pleasures - the smell of frying chicken - eager to locate the source of said frying chicken - I went into the gas station where two gentlemen behind the counter were filling orders as fast as possible - they were ready to take my order - service with a smile - the menu is what you might expect - a variety of options which includes sides like macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, jambalaya, and red beans with rice - I loved the red beans and rice - perfectly seasoned and a great side to pair with the biscuit that came with the chicken - the chicken was fried perfectly and again the Cajun seasoning didn't overwhelm the flavor of the meat - this was a first for me - but, enough to search out locations near to me - I was happy to discover there is a location very close to my house - This is not a sit down location - more like grab and go - so, don't expect the white tablecloth atmosphere - you can order ahead through their website - which, is a major convenience for anyone looking for a great meal at a great price - wings, tenders and hand breaded chicken - I am so glad my fuel light came on - but, don't you wait that long!! read more

This chicken is a nice change from eating the colonel's chicken. Years ago, the colonel's extra crispy was what it said; extra crispy. Today, the colonel's extra crispy isn't so crispy. This Krispy Krunchy Chicken tastes great and is less expensive than the colonel's chicken. read more

The new location cannot get an order right! I've tried 3 times and even tried redeliveries and they refuse to send what's ordered or even edible food! Stay away!! Subpar food, wrong items and an owner who can't and won't make things right! read more

Good fried chicken. Chicken breast strips were juicy. Breading is nice and crunchy, seasoned with spices but not spicy. Didn't come with any dipping sauce and I didn't think to ask. Fried shrimp and fried fish were cooked to order. They're good but nothing amazing. My favorite part is that the convenience store this is located in has a fantastic beer selection. Makes this a great place to stop on the way home from work to pick up an easy dinner and a new beer to share with friends :) Cheers! read more

Krispy Krunchy Chicken - The resturaunt is inside of a gas station. Certainly wasn't expecting this. - Chicken Shop Near Me - Sharonville, Ohio

We'd heard this was a good chicken joint. Whoever said that was right. We got Doordash, so carryout of a little of everything: the fried chicken, fish, shrimp, Cajun sweet and sour wings, bourdin balls, mac n cheese, coleslaw, fries, red beans and rice, fried green beans, honey butter biscuits. Yes, there were several of us, we were hungry, and we shared everything. The fried chicken breast was incredibly juicy, with good flavor, slightly spicy with a celery seed flavor, and a little too salty for me but the others loved it. The fish was quite mild with a sturdy cornmeal based breading, perfectly cooked. The shrimp was the same, very tasty. By the way these didn't come with tartar or shrimp sauce so if you want some you may need to supply your own (I don't know if the restaurant has any). The wings were incredible, but not spicy, if you care about that. The sides: the bourdin balls were tender and spicy inside, crisp outside, delicious. The mac n cheese was the only disappointment, tasting old and dry. The coleslaw was crisp and fresh with a little kick, maybe horseradish? The fries were wedge style with crisp seasoned skin and creamy inside. The red beans and rice was amazingly smoky and delicious and spicy. The fried green beans are breaded with a seasoned batter and delicious, the beans flavor coming through. The honey buttered biscuits are simply outstanding. I recommend this place highly, except maybe for the mac n cheese, but everything else was pretty great. read more

Tiny location, but best chicken I had in a while. I would always drive past the restaurant from my way from school but I decided to try the place out and I was not disappointed. I got the tender meal that also came with potato wedges and a biscuit which were all made perfectly. That biscuit was the best thing I ever ate. So much better than Popeyes. The only complaint I have is that the dipping sauces aren't filled up all the way. Other than that, I plan on eating there once a week. read more

Tried it because of the reviews, and wasn't disappointed. Ordered: chicken, tenders, fries, boudin, mashies and Mac and cheese. Family event. Spent most of the evening visiting, but had a chicken breast, a tinder, and a couple of boudin. They were excellent! Made fresh while I watched / waited. Staff were very friendly, too! read more
