    Now this is chicken!

These guys rock. Food is great. Unlike Cane's it has flavor. The employees are very friendly.

I don't know why this place is not more busy!!!!! It's always fresh and never disappoints!! We Heart You Tender Towne!

The fries are about the same size as the chicken strips.

We'll start with the good. The chicken is good. Appears smaller than the normal canes order but maybe not so much that you are upset. The staff was super friendly. No wait at all at nearly 6:00 on a Tuesday. The bread. If you are going to copy another place try to one up at least some hug in the menu. Make something better. The bread might be sourced from the same bakery. Spongey and just ok. The rest left much to be desired: The fries were undercooked. That's a bad thing for the larger steak fries. Just limp and lifeless. The coleslaw may have come from the grocery that the store is next to. And if you are going to call this a side, maybe think about providing more than a tablespoon of what has to be your least expensive item. While you're at it, make it fresh and taste good! The sauce. A slightly altered ranch dressing. Again, make something. This was I guess an homage to hidden valley? Restrictive menu. Maybe I am weird in that I don't drink soda and rarely tea. My only option was to sub out the drink for an extra dollop of ranch dressing or tablespoon of coleslaw. Will I go back? Likely not. Tenders = hot head burritos = macdowels Ok to be fair both the mythical macdowels and tenders are at leat decentish tasting.

Believe it or not, that is six pieces. Plus they charge for the sauce

Good service, good food. But the drinks no longer come with your meal so at $12.50 for their cheapest meal, it is no longer worth the price.

My food was good as always, the place as clean excluding the salt from the recent snow storms, and had friendly, fast service.

average service. Most of the time the food is pretty good. Tenders seem to be getting smaller and the prices keep going up.

Way over priced. Not very good. There are far better chicken places to go. Cain's and Chick fil a are way better.

They aren't too into the internet, but they do enjoy the business. It's a bit small so there may be a wait some days during the prime dinner hours. It seats 20 people indoors and a few outside at 2-tops. They offer a variety of beverages, snacks and other to-go items. They also offer cooking classes. The black bean burger is made from scratch and it is quite good, if just a bit bland. Adding hummus to it though is a good option. The veggies and bread that come with it are quality. The purple cabbage has be sauteed I guess and was essentially flavorless. The wraps are large, and nicely grilled. The location is a bit out of the way, which is unfortunate for them, and is tucked away in a nondescript strip mall. Still, supporting this family owned and operated business is an all around good experience.

We drove about a half hour to get to this location, spent a few minutes perusing the menu, then ordered. That's when we were informed that they don't accept credit cards. We literally had no cash (well, I think I might have had $1.00), so the cashier explained their 'ATM option'. He said we could run it on our credit card, so my husband attempted to do this. You still needed to punch in a PIN, and we had no clue what our PIN was because we never use our credit card this way. My husband asked the cashier what he should punch in, and the cashier rather condescendingly responded that even credit cards have PINs. So, we voided that transaction and pulled out our debit card. Mind you there is a $2.00 fee for any transaction, and you have to withdraw a rounded amount like $20 or $10 and then the cashier gives you change. Other commenters seem to feel similarly - accepting credit cards and their associated fees is a necessary cost of doing business; passing this cost on to your customers with this mandatory $2 fee (unless you have cash) is unacceptable. I will not return. Besides the shady ATM fees, the water was served lukewarm in plastic cups with no ice. There is a limited eat-in area with about six tables. One wall of the restaurant is devoted to displaying antiques. The food itself was just okay. My husband had the Vegetarian Philly, which comes with Tofurkey deli slices. I had the Garlic & Herb Tofu Spread, which was a sandwich with tangy, crumbled tofu.
