First, they get rid of their 5 piece combo that included a larger side and drink. And then go to a four piece combo without a drink for close to the same price. And the size of their tenders continue to shrink. Like the deals they used to have. We've recently been going to Jocko's in Fairfield. Their tenders are huge and have good flavor. I skirted into tended towne having never heard of it and i ordered the classic meal. it said soda was included and so i was so excited because i am OBSESSED with root beer. if you hate root hear click off right now because we do not want you here. anyway when i got my receipt back it said that it charged me 13 CENTS for the soda. I was so mad that i was going to call the manager but then i realized they probably didn't even have one there because there was literally only one employee. i was about to use that 13 cents to purchase some very important things so now im going to have to pickpocket someone to get enough money to afford gas. but the chicken was really good, no ketchup was given which is a whole other rant but overall COME. read more

I only go here because my uncle likes it. I pick up when I'm caring for him at his home. That said it's overpriced and the chicken is only so so. I love some good alliteration, so Tender Towne already sounded right up my alley. I was visiting some friends up in the burbs and were camped out on their back porch when we decided to order some dinner. They settled on Tender Towne as they were craving Cane's and this felt like a compromise. I ordered a 4-piece box with fries and a drink. When I ordered I was super hungry, so I wasn't sure if that would be enough... it was PLENTY. The chicken strips were generously large and were quite flavorful. The chicken may have been just a hair on the dry side (but not offensively so) but that may have been due to the delivery. The fries didn't have a ton of flavor, but dipped in their signature sauce were pretty tasty. The chicken and sauce were both pretty comparable to Cane's, though. The box also came with some bread as well, which was decent. I would definitely order from Tinder Towne if I was in the area again! read more

No wait at all at nearly 6:00 on a Tuesday. The bread. If you are going to copy another place try to one up at least some hug in the menu. Make something better. The bread might be sourced from the same bakery. Spongey and just ok. The rest left much to be desired: The fries were undercooked. That's a bad thing for the larger steak fries. Just limp and lifeless. The coleslaw may have come from the grocery that the store is next to. And if you are going to call this a side, maybe think about providing more than a tablespoon of what has to be your least expensive item. While you're at it, make it fresh and taste good! The sauce. A slightly altered ranch dressing. Again, make something. This was I guess an homage to hidden valley? Restrictive menu. Maybe I am weird in that I don't drink soda and rarely tea. My only option was to sub out the drink for an extra dollop of ranch dressing or tablespoon of coleslaw. Will I go back? Likely not. We visited the Loveland restaurant last night at 7:30 pm for the first time. We walked in and not a single employee greeted us. Everyone was in back and one employee yelled "three in" but yet no one came up front to take our order. We waited for a while to hopefully make and order and try out the food but 5 employees continued to do whatever in the back and not a single person came to serve us- so we left. I love the restaurant! The chicken has a good flavor,juiciness,texture is on point! The buffalo blue sauce is probably the best buffalo sauce I have ever had (even if you don't like blue cheese)! My problem with the product(s) is not with quality or flavor but portion size. When I tried the place when it opened a few years ago all was good. I have visited the location many times since and the chicken wraps keep getting smaller and smaller. I have spoken to others and they noticed the same gradual change. I used to be able to make two meals out of a chicken wrap (with sides) but now the same order you have to eat both halves of the skinny tiny wraps. I went through the drive thru today with my mask securely on. I was greeted by an employee at the window with no protective shield and NO MASK. While waiting for my food, I called the phone number for the location and asked why the employee working in the drive thru wasn't wearing a mask and was assured he would be told to put a mask on. This place is about as good for quick chicken as you will ever get. The quality is outstanding, the fries are the big thick steak type cut, an adult could fill up on a kids meal and the largest meal is guaranteed to fill up a 300 lb lineman. Here would be my rating scale for fast food. 5-crave, 4-great would return, 3 decent, its ok enough to go back but would not seek out, 2-not eating again unless i had no choice. 1 never again. I think the food is solid, service is good but i think its a trendy fast food chicken joint with an attempt to take market share from chic fil-et and other fast food joints. OK: I get that chicken fingers are NOT gourmet food; rather a low-brow crave. These are much like Cane's or Chick-Fil-A. They're yummy, rather bland, probably horrible for you. I LOVED the fries; I always prefer steak fries to waffle or shoestrings. Best tenders around. Chick fil a is burnt out and not always good like all fast food chains. Canes IMO sucks there breading is always soggy and falling off and there big "original sauce" is just a knock off fry sauce with pepper from the west coast. Tender Towne is always friendly, fast and most importantly fresh. There tenders are crunchy and juicy and fries I love even though I normally don't like steak fries. But the tender sauce is great which I find weird cause I hate ranch. But I love this place and enjoy them quite often. read more
