This was the 3rd time my boyfriend and I tried to visit and at 9 pm on a Friday, we finally got a table. Even at that time, it was loud and busy with lots of families and other couples. I really liked the food here and want to try more sauce combinations in the future. Our waitress helped me pick two. Everything was cooked well and came out hot. The wedges and mozz sticks were also really crispy! My main issue is how small the entry and bathrooms are. The rest of the building is a great size but these areas need a rework. Hadn't eaten here in several years, so we decided to give it another try. Friday nite at 6:45 PM--not a single spot in the entire parking lot, but that was the only negative. Seated promptly--server was Anna Maria who was super--friendly and attentive. I had a bowl of chili, the deluxe nachos, and 10 traditional wings. This was my first time having Roosters and it was a pretty good experience. I ordered the fish sandwich and cajun curly fries. The fish they gave me was GINORMOUS!!! At least a footlong and 5 inches wide of cod! While the fish was giant, it did lack some flavor you'd want from a fish sandwich. Although, Roosters is a chicken restaurant so I won't put too much stock in it as judge of the restaurant overall. The fries... I would go back for just fries! They were phenomenal! Service was great! Seated immediately and our server was very courteous. All food came out quickly and with great quality. The ambiance was very Buffalo Wild Wings style. Roosters is by far my favorite wing place I believe their wings are very large compared to some other places like a BW3 or Beef O'Brady's. The Waitresses are always really nice people are good they got great cold draft beer I got hot wings always go with the donkey wings with ranch and fries with no telling how much money I've spent in this place to be honest. We just had lunch today at Rooster's. I was with a party of 8 plus a little one. I had the fish sandwich, potato wedges and a caesar salad. Although my fish was a nice white meat inside, the batter was just okay. The bread was too large, thick and not my favorite. I probably ate less than half the bread. My potato wedges were good and the caesar salad was good - almost too much dressing. The waiter was good, but as most restaurants at lunch time are it was very loud. I'm going to start by saying Roosters has always been one of my favorite places to get wings. They're generous with portions and their sauces are top notch. Unfortunately I've now had TWO botched carry out orders from the Springdale location. The first, they forgot my food entirely. When I called to let them know, I was informed that my options were 1) come back and get my food (not feasible) or 2) get an in store credit for that item (I work nights so making to eat in is highly unlikely). This is my first time here. I've ordered my food on their website and got there within 20 mins. Upon my arrival, it was packed. The hostesses there were friendly and accommodating. I waited for my food while people were still arriving. When my food was ready, I asked one of the hostess if they have drinks available and she confirmed there were because it wasn't available on their website. So I asked for her for drinks. When she served me both drinks. I asked to pay and she told me it was okay. Very nice of her. After I got back home and ready to eat my food. It was delicious, well prepared and well cooked. Good wings. No, great wings! Fried chicken wings might be my single favorite food item, and that's gonna boost my Roosters rating a lot since that's what the specialize in. I have heard of, and observed once for myself, people getting undercooked wings here, but I've been here 25+ times in the past 6 months or so (I've forgotten to check in several times) and I've never had a single problem with any food order. I mainly get traditional wings, but I've branched out into boneless wings too thanks to Roosters. I must say that I've had boneless wings before and never taken a liking to them, but this is the first place that ever made me fall in love with boneless 'wings'. Boneless wings aren't chicken wings at all, but are chunks of chicken breast chopped into smaller pieces. I tell ya, there oughta be a law against this mislabeling! Anyway, white chicken meat has a tendency to dry out when cooked, even when battered and deep fried into 'wings'. Roosters' boneless is the most tender and juicy wings I've ever had. This is the first place where the boneless wings come close to the traditional bone-in wings. And as of late 2021, the Monday wing special only goes towards boneless wings thanks to the GREAT WING SHORTAGE of 2021! The real wings are still a reasonable (for post 2010s) $12.50 for 10, a good price for the quality and size. Beer prices are on par or better than most other bar/restaurants, at like $4.25 for a large beer (22oz. for a domestic draft) and good prices for mixed cocktails. The sides and appetizers are priced well, though that leads me to sole menu criticism. Small issue, but the "cheesy garlic bread" SUCKS! It's barely garlicky, if at all, and the cheese isn't that cheesy. The bread is ok, so that's 1 out of the 3 descriptive retirements I guess. It's the only food item I've had here that I don't recommend. Well, that and the BLT. it's been awhile since I've had a sandwich here, so I can't remember why I don't like them. I think it's the bread! IIRC the bread is kinda sweet and doesn't go with ANY sandwich option. *If I ever order another sandwich here I'll update this with more info. The burgers are decent. Nothing great but nothing to write home about. The pizzas are good, and would be a really good meal for two ppl. The curly fries are tremendous! The quesadillas, particularly the one with "Mexi-style chicken", are very good. They are 'better' than the ones I've gotten from Mexican and South American restaurants, which forces me to believe that they are Americanized and tweaked for our enjoyment. Mission accomplished!! The staff... they do their best I guess. During COVID I'm giving all customer service staff a bit of a pass because I know they are ill-staffed. I mainly sit at the bar so my service has been adequate. This is not a "staff is hanging around chatting with their friends" type of place. If the staff is not present that usually means they're elsewhere working their butts off. Everyone chill and be patient. 4 stars (more like 3.8), and I can't quite figure out why they can't get the 5th Star. Or why they shouldn't be reduced to 3 stars. read more

Terrible!!! We made arrangements for a group of 13 to celebrate a 91st birthday. Before we order there a group of 20 small children (approximately 10 years old) with no parents. The children were yelling, screaming, running, bouncing off it chairs. We brought to the waitress's attention and told us that they were a party of 34 people and the parents were in the other room ?!?! Told her this wasn't gonna work that they need to get some parents in here to keep these obnoxious children in line. NOTHING. This kid has been talked to the manager. She informed me it was a group that had a reservation for 34 and they were waiting for another table to free up to move the children with their parents. I told her that until that time they needed to get someone in to sit with the children to make them behave as they were bouncing off a 91-year-old's chair. She said she would go talk to the parents . NOTHING Parents and restaurant management should be embarrassed for this absolutely unacceptable and obnoxious situation. Nothing was done. There was no apology, and the meal was totally ruined. Went this location for a football pool party. Server Shayla delivered subpar service at best. She lied to management ( her mother) that a 69 year old patron and football pool organizer yelled at her. She did not clear any of the dirty dishes from either utilized table. She also did not ask if we wanted refills and basically ignored our party. Her other lie is that someone "assaulted" her. Another manger indicated the alleged offense occurred prior to the majority of the party arriving. The other manger was not on the premises but swore she had a customer witness the event. To say we were shocked is an understatement. The group was a mix of professionals, engineer, nurse, social worker, teacher, business executive and police sergeant. They are currently adding on so their dining area currently is pretty small but once the work is done everyone will have plenty of space. We ordered wings, beer, and trash can fries. The wings were delicious with a mild garlic sauce. You can mix and match your sauces here so the sky is the limit on flavor combinations. Of course we had celery and ranch as well. The trash can fries were pretty tasty they came with a Nacho cheese sauce which helped them a lot. The only build there was that the order seemed small. Roosters has several taps of domestics and a couple of craft beers. Nothing special there. The only thing I wish we had known was on Saturday's and sundays they do a special.. 1 pitcher of beer and 15 wings for 15.99. That would have been a steal! Went here for lunch today and I have to say service was great. Avery was our server and she was very friendly and super efficient. Menu prices were all under $10 and portions were HUGE. Had the half order of chicken tenders and a cheesy bacon fry order and it was just enough for $7.00.
