First time ordering from here. No issues for me. The guy at the front was triaging people to get them in & handled ASAP. Order was correct - but I also had the intelligence to check it before I left vs once I got home & leave a poor review. I'd hit it...again. read more

Service was adequate, food tasted ok but too darn pricey. An order for two people with wings and fries, cost almost 40.00. The place was clean, not too crowded just very expensive for some wings read more

This particular Wingstop I will not return too, last week I put in an mobile order and went to pick up my food, when I get home my xhocken wings were the only thing in the bag, they did not put my cajun corn in with my wings, I mean how can you forget something ordered online. So I called the store to let them know what happened, they told me to come back and they will make an fresh batch of cajun corn, by that time I to leave for work. Fast forward to today, I went back to get the corn that they owed me, so they made me wait an longtime before they made my corn, like I was the one in the wrong. read more

Ordered 20 wings and all lacked seasoning and the fries that I just picked up and tasted in were cold and soggy. Took in and they remade The chicken and fries and when received them it was worse then the original order. Would not recommend this establishment. read more

Tonight I ordered 20 wings and fries at 6:52pm as a pickup order through doordash. The initial pick up time was 7:14, then the time changed to 7:56. I arrived at 7:58, asked if there was an order for me and the girl said "no" and rolled her eyes. I continued to stand there patiently waiting for another 35 minutes. Asked a second equally unfriendly staff member who informed me they don't have my ticket....at all. She was going to write down my order but told me it would still be another hour. The staff were laughing at other upset customers who were leaving without their orders. My experience has never been great at this location, but the food is usually decent. This incident and horrible customer service sealed the deal that I won't be ordering from here ever again. read more

I ordered 15 wing ( 8 bbq 7 lemon pepper) with side of 10 piece corn and got 10 chicken nuggets . With some random drink . Then I tried to call to the place and they never picked up. Since I order online and not through doordash I couldn't call doordash but my doordasher was kind enough to call for me. Worst service ever and I spent $30 read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Springdale, Ohio

The worst service ever! My daughter picked up our online order, when she arrived home she saw that they left off my six piece wing order and they gave her boneless instead of traditional wings. We went back to the restaurant, to get the items missing from the order. The manager made the wings, however, they did not offer anything for our inconvenience. The fries my daughter had ordered were now cold as well as my corn. In addition, all of the workers were on their cell phones, and two of the workers looked like they were having a lunch date in the middle of their shift! I would never patronize this location ever again! read more

These fries taste like vomit. They did not slay or serve or eat. The hot sauce was sickening and revolting. I actually wanted to jump out a window after seeing the cheesy fries. But , the chicken tenders slayed. Overall the store was #gay. Go to roosters. read more

The Manager of this establishment has to be the most Patient Kind and Career focused Man I've ever met in years. Unfortunately the wings are not good at all I really tried to like them but I had to return them. Fries were delicious. read more

Ordered my game day wings at 9:00am on their app for 12:30, I arrived at 12:10 and they let me know it wasn't ready which was my bad at that point. However I then waited 45 minutes and watched them systematically move my ticket behind freshly printed DoorDash tickets. The only reason I got my food at 1 is I asked to get a refund and then all of a sudden they went back and grabbed some wings and whoa my order was ready. They didn't apologize but instead told me I should be understanding because of how busy they are due to the game, like I didn't place the order hours before they woke up for work. This was my first experience at any wingstop and I'll never try them again. It may be cheap, but you get what you pay for both in the "quality" and in the customer service. $1.03/wing is good but the next cheapest is Bdubs at $1.23/wing but the step up in taste and customer service in my limited experience is worth it. read more

My husband and I ordered here for dinner tonight. We ordered online and it was going to be able 25 to 29 minutes for the food to be ready. We got there around that time window. It was ready. I really liked how the bag was sealed with a sticker. We ordered boneless wings with extra crispy fries and extra seasoning. The wings were good, but the fries weren't extra crispy and they barely had any seasoning. That was a let down. We were really looking forward to the fries being extra crispy with the seasoning. read more

This place suck!!!! Avoid it at all, order of 6 wings and fries 25 mins!!!!! With no customers ahead of me and 4 people crew! Not really worth it, next time I'll drive to Buffalo Wild Wings!! read more

Just picked up a call in order. We were very please with the food. Everything was accurate and the food was hot. I would do a 5 star, but the cashier just didn't put us over the top. We plan to eat there again. Many thanks to the guys in the kitchen. read more

"Did you know you can skip the wait and order online" no the hell you cannot. Every single time I order delivery from here they either "didn't get my order" or I get delivered the wrong stuff then asked to come in and pick it up myself about an hour later. read more

Stay away from this location if possible, surprised they've lasted this long. Reading is fundamentally needed & this place fails on every instruction given! If ordered online call to confirm, do NOT trust your stuff will be made correctly! Outside of the every so often "ignorant" employee, I do NOT understand how this place continues to make it! read more

Like the vibe but you have to be a NFL linebacker to get a drink from the bar. If they could increase their bartenders they could sell twice the amount of drinks. read more

If you love butter you'll like this place. EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING tastes like butter. At first I thought they just had some weak hot sauce cause I'm not that great with spice tolerance but I like spicy food. I ordered their hottest level of sauce and that was the only time I felt the heat. Everything else tastes like butter with a dash of hot. That being said their rolls are god. read more

This is an AWESOME wing place to order! I had wings from there for the first time and they didn't disappoint me. I would recommend this place 100% and customer service on point ! I LOVE this place read more

Well, I had high hopes for this new location. It opened to my knowledge about a month and a half ago. I went to make a to go order in person around 945/950 ish. I was able to make my order with no issues and the girl taking orders said it would take 20 mins give or take. It looked like they were moving pretty slow based off the other people waiting inside and outside the restaurant. I got my usual Louisiana Rub and Lemon pepper flavors. The order took about 25 mins in total. As i get home to smash on my wings, i lift up my paper separating my wings to find i only was able to taste lemon pepper and NOT my Louisiana rub. It was more like Louisiana GREASE. I was so hurt because not only was I hungry, but the flavor was damn near non-existent. Fries were seasoned and hot, and the ranch container was full. I would have given this 4/5 stars if my other wing flavor was present upon tasting it. If you go to this location make sure you check your food and don't go late at night. You might be waiting a while and you may not have the flavor you are hoping to taste. read more

Under cooked and under seasoned. They were horrible i just took them home and put them on the crisper the most annoying part was the cashier who was too high to even get my name, unless she was honestly just the ditzy . read more

Worst wing stop in the city! Ordered 15 Louisiana rub wings and a side of fries, wings were barely seasoned and had water at the bottom of the container. White girl back there can't make wings to save her life. the fries were good though. Should've went to the one on Galbraith rd read more

I ordered take out on Friday around 6:30pm. They were busy with Door Dash orders and more people arrived for takeout after me. Although busy, the food was prepared as asked, meal for 2, extra crispy bone in wings with fries. I placed a second order after my original, after seeing the signs for corn in the lobby. The cashier said the corn was bussin. I should've asked if it was bussin bussin, but once I tried it, that was confirmed. I LOVE Wing Stop! read more

The worst wing stop in the whole city!!! I ordered 30 wings from this location 15 boneless bbq wings 10 lemon pepper and 5 mild and only got 15 bone in bbq wings and 5 mild bone in wings. Where the hell did my other 10 wings go!!!! I'm tired of these food places hiring people who can't count. I highly don't recommend this location it's a waste of time. read more
