This particular Wingstop I will not return too, last week I put in an mobile order and went to pick up my food, when I get home my xhocken wings were the only thing in the bag, they did not put my cajun corn in with my wings, I mean how can you forget something ordered online. Tonight I ordered 20 wings and fries at 6:52pm as a pickup order through doordash. The initial pick up time was 7:14, then the time changed to 7:56. I arrived at 7:58, asked if there was an order for me and the girl said "no" and rolled her eyes. I continued to stand there patiently waiting for another 35 minutes. Asked a second equally unfriendly staff member who informed me they don't have my ticket....at all. She was going to write down my order but told me it would still be another hour. The staff were laughing at other upset customers who were leaving without their orders. My experience has never been great at this location, but the food is usually decent. This incident and horrible customer service sealed the deal that I won't be ordering from here ever again. read more

The worst service ever! My daughter picked up our online order, when she arrived home she saw that they left off my six piece wing order and they gave her boneless instead of traditional wings. We went back to the restaurant, to get the items missing from the order. The manager made the wings, however, they did not offer anything for our inconvenience. The fries my daughter had ordered were now cold as well as my corn. In addition, all of the workers were on their cell phones, and two of the workers looked like they were having a lunch date in the middle of their shift! Ordered my game day wings at 9:00am on their app for 12:30, I arrived at 12:10 and they let me know it wasn't ready which was my bad at that point. However I then waited 45 minutes and watched them systematically move my ticket behind freshly printed DoorDash tickets. The only reason I got my food at 1 is I asked to get a refund and then all of a sudden they went back and grabbed some wings and whoa my order was ready. They didn't apologize but instead told me I should be understanding because of how busy they are due to the game, like I didn't place the order hours before they woke up for work. This was my first experience at any wingstop and I'll never try them again. It may be cheap, but you get what you pay for both in the "quality" and in the customer service. $1.03/wing is good but the next cheapest is Bdubs at $1.23/wing but the step up in taste and customer service in my limited experience is worth it. read more

I really liked how the bag was sealed with a sticker. We ordered boneless wings with extra crispy fries and extra seasoning. The wings were good, but the fries weren't extra crispy and they barely had any seasoning. That was a let down. Well, I had high hopes for this new location. It opened to my knowledge about a month and a half ago. I went to make a to go order in person around 945/950 ish. I was able to make my order with no issues and the girl taking orders said it would take 20 mins give or take. It looked like they were moving pretty slow based off the other people waiting inside and outside the restaurant. I got my usual Louisiana Rub and Lemon pepper flavors. The order took about 25 mins in total. As i get home to smash on my wings, i lift up my paper separating my wings to find i only was able to taste lemon pepper and NOT my Louisiana rub. It was more like Louisiana GREASE. I was so hurt because not only was I hungry, but the flavor was damn near non-existent. Fries were seasoned and hot, and the ranch container was full. I would have given this 4/5 stars if my other wing flavor was present upon tasting it. If you go to this location make sure you check your food and don't go late at night. You might be waiting a while and you may not have the flavor you are hoping to taste. read more
