My wife had never been to a Chick-Fil-A so for a quick lunch we went in and ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches. Mine was grilled with lettuce and tomato and hers was breaded with pickles. With one order of waffle fries and one soft drink it was $18. She said her breaded sandwich was very tender. My grilled one wasn't as tender but perfectly fine. The waffle fries were fine, as well. A great alternative to burgers and they also offer sides like salads, mac & cheese or a fruit cup. I'd rate the quality of their chicken with Popeye's and above the other fast food chains. read more

I feel like I have to review this Chick-fil-A just because I go here so often. It is super close to me which makes it very convenient. For some reason I think that Chick-fil-A is the healthier of the fast food options, It definitely isn't but I like to think it is to make myself feel better. I go here probably too much, but everytime is great! I always go through the drive through and order ahead to speed up the process. No matter the drive through worker, they are always super nice! If I need anything extra they are very willing to give it. This location is really fast, even if there is a long line, maybe 10 minutes max. It is very efficient and the food never disappoints. I frequent this location because it's closer to home. There have been times where the customer service & the food could have been better. There was an issue where the light skinned guy with the afro wanted to deny me sauces for 2 kid's meals. I politely asked for a manager @ first until he continued to be disrespectful. That's when I became irate & asked to speak with a manager. The manager, Maria, came out to the drive thru & began to tell me how I could've come into the store & placed my order....no idea why this was even said, especially first. I'm pretty sure that's unsanitary @ least for the customers. I was wet behind this as well as my car was sprayed also. I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, and we tend to go there every time we're on the road traveling somewhere. Unfortunately, despite having a very short line of cars through the drive-through, which is typically unusual for Chick-fil-A, we waited nearly 20 minutes to get our order taken and get our food. There were three cars behind us that got their meals before us so I'm not sure if they messed up our order or if there was something wrong with what we ordered. The young man taking our order in the drive-through spoke super quietly and misheard our order. When we did get the food, it did taste fantastic, as usual! read more

And most of the time they fix it right away if you check your food right there to make sure it's right before leaving, and have them fix it if it was wrong. They made it wrong last time and I didn't really check it thoroughly, and was gonna just let it go. But went home and find more things wrong with order. So first I left survey on site from the receipt, told that manager will contact me to fix the order. No one call after couple days. I contact the store, got told that the store manager will call. The people who work at this chick fil a are incompetent and surprisingly rude for a chick fil a, which usually has very welcoming staff. I ordered a very basic meal and they were rude while I was ordering as if I was the one being confusing and then messed up on the food after I clarified multiple times if they understood what I was saying since the girl seemed completely lost and wasn't able to understand basic requests. After I told the other worker at the end of the drive thru that they messed up my order he was also very rude and made fixing it very difficult so I ended up just leaving without the rest of the food I wanted. They've gotten my order wrong twice in a row the last two times I've been there. One was in the morning where I asked for a chicken biscuit and they ended up giving me a regular chicken sandwich. The second time is when I asked for a chicken sandwich meal and they only gave me the sandwich and I asked for no pickles and they put pickles on it anyway. As someone from the south, Chick-Fil-A flows through my veins. When I moved to Cincinnati for college, I learned that the closest Chick-Fil-A was in the Kenwood Mall. For a 1.5-2 years it was either go all the way to Kenwood or down to Covington, KY. At first I heard, rumors "did you know Oakley is getting something really clutch?" said some of my peers. Soon, I learned that Oakley was getting a Chick-Fil-A. It's only two exits down from where I live so that means I can get Chick-Fil-A whenever I want (except Sunday's). Service is great, some of the workers call you "honey" or "love" - a solid reminder of that southern hospitality. Additionally, I see (who I believe to be) the manager working the register, delivering food, doing everything your average worker is doing. That's top tier service. Like Chick-Fil-A's everywhere, the food is amazing, service is top notch, and the atmosphere is perfect. I go here at least once a week and I will continue to. read more

Chick-fil-A is fairly consistent in quality. Chicken is hot and flavorful. The breading gives a slight crunch. There breakfast items are my favorite. Depending on how hungry I am or how healthy I am trying to be, I will usually order either the chicken, egg and cheese bagel, the egg white grill, or the chicken biscuit. The bagel is a multi grain with sunflower seeds. The egg is scrambled on the bagel. The biscuit is a tad bit crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. The egg white grill is the healthier option. Rather than fried, the chicken is grilled. They also don't butter the bread. Breakfast portions of chicken are slightly smaller than their lunch counterparts. That is standard amongst all Chick-fil-A locations. Hash browns round out the meal nicely. Unlike a traditional bar or patty, CFA hash browns are like tatertot discs. When it comes to sauce options, Chick-fil-A is my favorite. There seems to be a sauce for everyone. There are more options than other fast food restaurants. While the Chick-fil-A sauce may seem like to obvious go to, my favorite is the Sweet and Spicy Sriracha sauce. It is reminiscent of Thai chili sauce. As the name says, it is sweet and spicy. A close second is the Honey Roasted BBQ. It is like a honey bbq that is mixed with mayonnaise. Ordering is made easy with the app. You can even pull into the Drive-thru to pick up your order. Just let them know at the order window that you ordered in the app. The app also allows guests to earn points. These points add up to free food. read more

Chick-fil-A has definitely been my vice during this quarantine! For breakfast, lunch, and dinner I can't seem to shake that craving (especially on Sundays). The Oakley Station Chick-fil-A has been great with communicating their social distancing changes throughout the past weeks via email. Right now they are only doing drive-thru, curbside pickup, and delivery like most restaurants. The staff is all in masks and serve you your food on a tray so they are not touching your bag. I know the reviews are bad but I feel like a place like this you have to give it a second chance. Actually I came to this location 3 times. First was to the drive thru on the 1st week it opened up. Pretty bad and the food was cold. Second was carry out which was busy but the lines went pretty quickly, employees were friendly/accommodating, and food was still hot and good. The third time my boyfriend and I dined in on a Saturday for lunch. They seem to have it together despite it being busy. Food was great, restaurant clean, and kept the condiments stocked. Chick-Fil-A will always be one of my favorite fast food chicken joints. I'm glad I decided to come back. It should tell you something when anytime of the day you drive by it's always busy. read more

Even after asking twice for the side of fries that I ordered AND PAID FOR, I still never received them. The second time I asked, the worker made it clear he was annoyed with the request. He didn't even say anything, just rolled his eyes and walked away and never came back to the table. I can excuse a mistake on a busy night, but the rude customer service isn't cool. Other remarks since I'm angry- the parking lot is set up poorly. Half of the parking spaces are unusable do to long drive through lines. Also, no CFL's fault, but Taylor Swifts cult of 7 year olds were there. About 20 of them. Screaming and running around the store. The knocking of the stars is for the one time I stopped inside to have a quick snack with a student of mine. We barely sat down for 5 minutes before a gentleman came over and asked us to do a survey on our experience... I didn't know if this guy was legit or not because he did not have anything chick-fil-a on but the lady dropping off our food smiled at me like she was giving me the "okay" to talk to him. He asked questions like; what were we doing beforehand, what do we plan to do after, what neighborhood do we live in, do we drive 71 on the way to/from? I awkwardly obliged to answer his survey beforehand but I wish I wouldn't have. It actually made me quite uncomfortable and I hope Chickfila finds a better way of surveying customers, if that was the case. This makes me a little shy to go into any Chick-fil-A. Ordered on the app and picked up around 5pm on Halloween. The line was literally out of the parking lot as everyone was rushing to get home before trick or treating. Eventually, I was able to pull into a spot. We waited just a few minutes for our order to be brought directly to our car. Our order was complete and accurate. The team member that brought our order was friendly, masked up, and polite. The food was excellent as always. I am surprised by some of the lower ratings on this location. I have probably visited 6 times over the last year and the only complaint I could have is that it's so crowded because the food is great, but they always do a good job of keeping the line moving. Chick-fil-A is one of the few places that can never do me wrong. I don't care if staff is rude or the wait for food is long, I will always come back, because the chicken is that good! However, my experiences here have all been very positive. Staff was extremely friendly, my food came out quickly, and it was delicious, as always. The best part? This location seems to frequently have rewards, like free nuggets or sandwiches. This location is prime, as it is in the same complex as a huge (and new) Kroger, other restaurants, a movie theater and a nail salon. I am in awe at how smoothly this location runs, considering the amount of traffic they get on the daily. I've been here multiple times and have had a great experience every single time. It seems only half the employees know that CFA sells grilled nuggets. Anytime I order "grilled nuggets" I always get regular. I'm not sure how else to order them.
