Stopped by here on a road trip for lunch. The staff there are wonderful. They always greet you when you walk in and are polite. The restaurant is clean. We ordered, and they delivered it in 2 minutes! The staff walked around asking people how their order tasted, and asked people if they needed refills. One man had a cold soup and he asked if he needed to change it. Beyond wonderful service. Food is hot, delicious, and great. Chick-fil-A never lets me down! I suggest you try it. read more

I should start by saying I come to this location like 2-3 times a week! I LOVE chic fil a!! Service has always been kind and friendly at this location. I went thru the drive at 9:57 ( 3 minutes before closing) and it was a little hectic and they were unable to find my order by the time I got to the window. LEASIA was so apologetic and nice and made sure to get my order made ( although low on food). Also went and found me a cheese sauce which they were low on. During our visit on 8/11/22 we received extremely poor service. After placing our drive through order.We received our food at the pickup window but the two Peach milkshakes that we ordered were not ready. We were told to pull in the VIP number two spot and that our shakes would be right out. We proceeded to the VIP area and waited 20 minutes for our shakes to be brought to our car. By that time our food was barely warm and we still had a 15 minute drive home. Needless to say the food was completely cold once we arrived home. This type of service is completely unacceptable! I like Chick-fil-A! They're a great fast food option, and I like that they have some healthy options on the menu. I love their chicken nuggets, but lately I've been getting their grilled nuggets which are also really yummy. Their waffle fries are one of the best fast food fries out there. This particular Chick-fil-A is super popular. I went inside to order and the line went pretty quick. The person taking my order was friendly, and they brought my food out to my table. They have an indoor play place so the restaurant was packed with screaming kids, and it was really loud inside. I don't have kids, so maybe next time I will just go through the drive thru. Closed on Sunday. Sodas come with one free refill, you just have to go up to the counter to ask. read more

I was very excited for my Dr Pepper in fact I got 2. I was let down when there were no straws in the bag. A straw adds the perfect touch to the Dr Pepper and makes the fizz better. Service is of course outstanding and the restaurant is very clean. Chick-fil-A is very good about providing offers/coupons in general, but I even received a "Just Because" free sandwich in my email from the local operator here. I have never in my life experience an customer service rep roll their eyes and show so much attitude like my experience today! The young lady at the drive through took like 4-5 mins to ask how may she help me after I sat there 5 mins then 2 cars had to began to back up because she took so long the drive through was empty prior to me pulling in..... anyhow I said I thought you where closed, she proceeded to say , anyhow HOW CAN I serve you in the most nasty voice, I said " you cannot with that tone and attitude, thanks ! A little bummed with this Chick-fil-A. Don't get me wrong- I'm thrilled to have a beloved Chick-fil-A closer to home... but it doesn't seem to live up to their typical customer service standards. Their speed of service, especially in the drive-through, is okay. However, my experiences on "the inside" have been sub-par. The restaurant layout is strange, and the line easily becomes backed out the door during rush hour. This is also the first time I've had anything other than positive encounters with Chick-fil-A employees. There just seems to be a higher level of stress and fewer smiles among the staff. During my most recent visit, I notified the employee who brought my meal that I received the wrong order, and she bluntly challenged me and asked to see my receipt. She walked away without a remark and never apologized for the mistake, and my correct order didn't show up for about 5 more minutes. A manager also observed part of the interaction and did not say a peep. Of course, it's delicious Chick-fil-A, so I still ate the heavenly chicken with a smile on my face. I was just a little put off by the interaction, and might even elect to visit my favorite location (Newport) which is a little farther, because I have ALWAYS received excellent and friendly service there. read more

Came to visit this location today and was not a happy customer. The drive thru was long and slow, usually all the Chick-fil-A drive-thrus are long BUT quick, but I didn't mind I assume they were making things fresh. When I received my order something told me to check it and I did my order was incorrect my grilled sandwich had the incorrect toppings i.e cheese . So instead of waiting in the drive-thru line again I ran inside. I had to wait a few minutes with bag in hand to be helped, staff looked unfriendly and annoyed. I didn't receive an apology or anything due to my order being incorrect. I had to wait an additional few minutes for my sandwich to be made just to once again get disappointed my sandwich was poorly made i.e bun was hard, lettuce was stringy and the chicken breast was fairly small and thin. I go to Chick-fil-A all the time and I have experience plenty of different things but this incident just rubbed me the wrong way unfortunately. At least my lemonade was wonderful! read more

So I rarely eat fast food, maybe 3-4 times a year, but my mom and I were in a hurry so we decided to stop here. Wow I was thoroughly impressed! This definitely did not give off the typical fast food vibe. It was ridiculously clean, decorated modern and cute, and didn't smell like most fast food places do. We were greeted by a very friendly cashier (Rihanna I think was her name- props to her!) The food came out quick considering we went right during the dinner rush. We had 2 people plus the manager come to our table to ask us if we needed refills and clean up our garbage. These people were also friendly and polite.
