We came to this restaurant specifically for wings. My Nice ordered wings and it was bloody red. Our server and manager were very hospitable but didn't understand the difference in what is cooked And undercooked. So it really Ruined dinner. Nobody likes bloody wings.

Been here many times, no complaints. Cheap food, cheap beer (2.50 Miller Lites all day!), plenty of seating and parking, servers are friendly although our most recent visit the service took a bit longer than usual. I don't eat wings so I usually get the shrimp basket - ask for a sauce on the side! My friends all prefer the Thai'r'cracker but I love the smoky jalapeño honey. Would return.

    Baby Back Rib Combo

First time trying this chain and so worth it. I enjoyed the baby back ribs and wings combo with fries and slaw. The ribs were amazing. Wings were good just ordinary wings. Fries were good. Slaw, my husband and I did not care for it but slaw is a personal preference on the type you like. My husband order 2 meals (it's typical). He had the ribeye with the beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. The steak was amazing (I tried a bite or 2 or 3). He love the potatoes and beans. The second meal he ordered so we could try was the Mac and cheese skillet with pulled pork. The Mac and cheese was delicious. We both agreed that we would have liked it better without the pulled pork on top. Was a little much. Inside there was so much to look at. We enjoyed it very much.

Food was average but we didn't really expect fine dining. However, we had great service and that needs to be called out!

I usually get a salad plus the 2 piece fish dinner with 2 sides--fillets are large and enjoyable. Our server today was Denise who was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, something happened today that I can honestly say has not happened to us in at least 10 years and since we eat out almost all of our meals, that would encompass about 5000+ restaurant visits. My wife and I went to the hostess stand about 12:30 or so. The hostess was Vickie. We said that we would like a table (as opposed to a booth), and she said that she would try to find us one. At least 3 empty tables were visible from the hostess stand. Then she disappeared into the kitchen area and came back about 3 or 4 minutes later with a paper towel in her hand that she was drying her hands with--hmmm-bathroom visit, maybe? Why the need for deception? Then she led us back to a booth. My wife said "I said a table, not a booth." She then had a hissy fit, stepped back, threw her hands up and said "THERE'S a table" She didn't even bother picking up the menus and silverware from the booth, so my wife had to do that. I thought it would end there, but it didn't. A couple minutes later she returned to our table and announced "I talked to the manager to come to your table--I don't think you needed to holler at me--I'm trying to do my job the best I can." No one hollered. Yet. And my wife said "No need for a manager."Apparently an apology for HER mistake was not in her arsenal. ( In any case, no manager ever arrived.) After another minute or so of my wife and her going back and forth, I finally got pissed, extended both my arms out and said "ENOUGH--JUST LET IT GO !!" Well, that defused the situation, but most of the couples we know would have gotten up and left at that point. The rest of our visit was uneventful, except that our orders weren't even taken for a solid 30 minutes after we walked in. And we saw the hostess taking to who was to be our server. Another reason why others would have left. Thirty minutes to take your order is intolerable. One of the long term servers that always recognizes us and talks to us when we're there came over to the table and chatted with us--she is now a team leader for the servers. She knows us to be ideal patrons and good tippers who don't complain. I did not say anything about the incident, but I did ask the hostess's name. The bottom line here is that Ms. Vickie the hostess (who has worked there quite a while) needs a serious attitude adjustment and some lessons in customer service, before she is rude ,needlessly provocative and alienates any more customers. My wife thinks that we will not return here. I wouldn't say that, but if another such unnecessary and regrettable incident occurs here, not only will it be our last visit, but a written and very detailed letter (rare, nowadays) will be sent to corporate and heads will probably roll.

I was not in the mood for steak as my other guest were, so I gave their wings a try and they did not disappoint. I prefer getting my wings plain, no matter where I'm at, as well as extra crispy. The sauce can sometimes take away from the crispness so I order my sauce on the side. It also allows you to see if their wings have actual flavor or if they rely solely on their sauces. The wings can definitely stand on their own. They came out just as I ordered with a bold flavor that highlighted their seasoning skills. There was almost no need for the buffalo sauce I ordered along with them. Side note: Both my fiancé and son ordered steaks and they were pleased with the quality of them. I would go back just for wings any day.

Yes, the interior was warm and comfortably-decorated, but it was the food that blew me away! I ordered chicken empanadas, and they turned out to be flaky pastries -- not too thick on the outside, and packed with well-seasoned flavorful chicken on the inside. The sope al pastor surprised me also -- the cornmeal disks were delicate on the inside and just-crisp-enough on the outside -- and then piled high with al pastor (pork), avocado slices, and other toppings. But is was the elote that was the real surprise -- it's usually been served to me as cut-off kernels in a bowl. But here they gave me the whole ear of corn -- and it was sweet, tender, and freshly cooked -- a little taste of summer on this freezing day. And then they topped it with the elote spices -- decorative squirts of mayo, chili sauce, and other seasonings. I could not stop eating it and immediately wanted another. All told, it was amazing, fresh, well-seasoned food made with love - and a little chili sauce!!
