I ordered spice level 4... surprisingly it was a little too much for my liking. I'm used to pho being spiced by jalapeños and they used a seasoning that gave a different kind of heat. I prefer the jalapeño. I would have overlooked these things and definitely was going to give them another try during a lunch hour, but that hauled when I received my bill.
