Dinner out Saturday family of 5 (2 adults /3 children). Arrived at 5pm, was told 35-40 min wait , was seated in 30 mins. Destiny was our waitress and she was amazing. Destiny ( our waitress) arrived at our table within minutes of sitting down and she was ready for our drinks, appetizers and meal order. Came on a Saturday night the place didn't look very busy. The staff was rude and it took forever to get seated and even longer to get drinks to the point we didn't end up eating we left after 30 minutes of barely any interaction with staff. We also witnessed them take 15 minutes to seat a disabled person and about 5 minutes of that time was spent ignoring them. Kudos to Logan's !! Just received a Door Dash order that was very extremely well prepared, two half rack ribs with side salads. Very generous serving size and the French fries were crispy and hot , not mushy like you get from most places with carry out . Salads were fresh and the whole meal was perfect. So me and my 3 friends and my fiance were at this location Saturday March 14th 2026, this is one of worst experiences ever I had at this place, 2 of friends order the Logan one was well done and other got medium rare they both ordered a fully loaded sweet potato and one of them didn't get all the stuff they needed on that potato and one had to have her sweet potato remade , but somehow they got eachothers steak and they steaks were wrong, so they had to have there steaks remade, and the friend that had to have potato made with no spices it had spices she is very allgeric to spices and everything from garlic she told them this, so they went and had it remade, then my one friend her order was right and my fiancés order was right but they screwed mine up cause I got the bbq chicken and I added on half rib when they brought my food they totally did not bring my rib out at all I had to ask for it and I got it really late my sides were with it and didn't over charge me but they apparently added a side that I didn't order but never got it but yet I was charged for it but they charged my fiancé sides when it wasn't suppose to be extra, and it took us forever to get our refills they charged me and my fiance for a artichoke spinach dip they we didn't order that suppose to go on my friends tab not ours so they messed up there but we did get wings it's nowhere on the recipt, and they were suppose to reduce our bills for all the trouble they did but they said they could reduce one bill and we had the highest bill should never been that high they wouldn't accommodate us and they at one point our waiter said here I got your reduced and then we went to pay him he changed back so no you gave me the wrong change and didn't act like we were suppose to get that reduced as he said that prior and he apparently gave us the other tables bill and they were doing bad for a lot then it took us forever to get our table when it wasn't even busy, and they manager was helpful and they even said we will get to you when we get to you they very rude it was smoky in there and they just acted we didn't matter all we wanted was for them to make it right, and it even took forever get our bill and for it so it was tough all read more

Service and food were excellent today, Sunday 11/23. Our sever was TJ and mgr was Carla. TJ took care of us and did not miss a beat. Meals were hot and perfectly prepared. I had the salmon on a plank with baked potato and broccoli. The salmon was flavorful, tender, and flaky. Potato was the same. Broccoli was tender yet full flavor, not washed out. My friends and I went on March 14, 2026. We had extremely bad service. Two of us ordered the Logan. One was well done loaded sweet potato. Other medium and no seasoning and sweet potato. Turned out mine was wrong. She didn't get a loaded sweet potato. Another person at the table didn't get her ribs for the chicken/rib combo. The couple we were with got overcharged. They didn't get a discount for the missing item. They should have. I received a discount only. Even the GM gave us an attitude and said we have more people to be concerned about like we didn't matter. We would ask for refills and they hardly arrived. We even got there by 5p. We were a group of 13, we already expected to have some wait time. We did not expect that wait time we had once we were seating. We were served rolls immediately and they were delicious. It would have been nice to have something to drink with those fresh rolls. We waited about 30 minutes before our waitress took our drink orders. Then it took another 10 minutes to get them. Once we placed our order it took about an hour to get it. At best, the food was mediocre. There was a long hair in my last bite of broccoli, that was really disgusting. It definitely was not my hair. The only thing I enjoyed was the seating, it was nice and cozy and even as a big group we were able to talk to one another. read more

I met my aunt and cousin here for dinner on Veterans Day, they offer a special for veterans, so we didn't mind there was about a 35 minute wait upon arriving at 5pm. We opted for the rolls instead of an appetizer, they're delicious and we didn't really need an app with them. My cousin and aunt ordered steak, they both seemed satisfied that they came out cooked as requested. I had the Logan's Club. It was very filling and I didn't even finish it. The fries were delicious and very hot. We decided to split a dessert, so we ordered the Cookie Dough Chocolate Cake. It lived up to its description by being very rich. It was so good, but I'm glad we split it three ways, because it would have been too rich for any one of us to eat on our own! I typically eat here a few times a year, and have always had a positive experience and good service. This visit was no exception, and I look forward to my next visit! read more

My wife and I arrived to a not-very-busy Logan's restaurant at 8:00. We were seated right away. The waitress came to our table at 8:10. We both ordered drinks and the waitress got them both wrong with no apologies. We ordered our appetizer of potato skins at that time. Our potato skins came out fairly quickly at 8:15 and were good, but not hot. They did not come with napkins or appetizer plates! We did not see our waitress again until 8:45- appetizer and drinks gone a long time ago, and we hadn't even put our food order in yet! We decided to get one meal and split it instead of ordering 2 meals due to the quality and accuracy of orders and "timeliness" of the service. Our dinner arrived at 8:58. We ordered the roadhouse smokehouse platter. The best part about the meal was the fries. The sausage was okay, but we couldn't bite through the skin; the ribs were just okay, nothing to write home about,: and the chicken had a distinct flavor, but not a great one. Was kind of chewy. We were kind of wondering if it was even done.... We were here when it first opened a while ago and we were disappointed then. it had been a long time since I visited Logan's Roadhouse and came away disappointed and probably won't go back any time soon. The food tasted ok but I can't believe how they have cut the serving sizes since I used to go there. They of course substantially raised there prices but also cut the poration sizes so a customer not only gets hit with inflation but shrinkflation too. I got a Caesar salad and it was the smallest I ever got anywhere And the chopped steak used to be big like the Roadkill at Texas Roadhouse but not anymore. I don't know how Logan's will survive with these changes. I know I will continue to patronize Texas Roadhouse instead of Logan's. I didn't even see their signature peanuts anymore. They have totally ruined Logan's Roadhouse. I certainly can not recommend it to anyone. read more

My family and I decided to visit our local Logan's after a long day at an amusement park. I visited Logan's for the first time about 3 or 4 months ago and I really enjoyed the food and the staff. Since then I have placed carry out and DoorDash orders on a regular basis. So when my family asked for suggestions on where to eat, Logan's was my first choice. When we arrived, there were other people waiting and we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Almost immediately, that time was changed to 45 minutes - not sure why the change but we decided to wait. In our party, there were 5 adults, 1 teenager and a 2 year old baby. Four of us adults decided to sit at the bar while the adult male, teenager and baby decided to wait in their car. The waitress was very accommodating and she asked us if we wanted to order and eat at the bar. We informed her that we had a baby with us so we will wait to order food when we are seated at a table. We ordered drinks and watched TV and conversed. As we were looking around, we noticed NUMEROUS tables that were empty, including one that was right behind us that could had accommodated all 7 of us. We just chalked it up to maybe the restaurant was under staffed. About 5 minutes later, a man and his son sat at the bar as well. They were asked the same question of eating at the bar and they accepted. They were brought rolls and their drinks, and asked what they wanted to order. About 30 minutes go by and we are done with our drinks. The man and his son received their food order and is well into eating their food. Around the same time, the waitress that is presumably working the area where we were to be seated approaches and says, "Sorry its taking longer to seat you guys, the people at your table decided to vlog!" I said ok, it hasn't been the full 45 minutes we were told, but then I thought - is that the ONLY TABLE that is available to us? If someone left ANOTHER table, we would we still not be seated??? Another 15 minutes goes by and the waitress at the bar then decided to ask us if we wanted rolls. We were under the impression that since we were not eating at the bar that we didn't have access to ANY food. Of course we accepted and I went to go get the adult male, teenager and baby from the car, thinking AT LAST we are going to be seated. The man and son had finished their meals and had left so it was just our family and two other people that were just drinking. ANOTHER 15 MINUTES GOES BY and STILL WE ARE NOT SEATED. I told my family I'm giving it just 5 more minutes and then we are leaving. As soon as I said that, the waitress from the other area approached us and also said it would be 5 more minutes. I counted down the minutes and at exactly 5 minutes, I decided to pack up the family to leave. The waitress at the bar apologized but that was about it. I am HIGHLY disappointed at the non-service that we received. I don't know if you can imagine 5 adults, a TEENAGER and a BABY after a long day at an amusement park, the HUNGER that we all were experiencing at the time. The eldest adult was so tired after the ordeal that she didn't even want to visit anywhere else. As I stated before, I really enjoy Logan's Roadhouse and I'm hoping I will have a reason to continue to frequent this establishment and continue to recommend it to my friends and family. read more

Inherited a gift card from someone living in an area where the Logan's had closed. Completely went out of my neck of the woods to visit for dinner and what a great day to do so, after a 20 hour fast. Walked in, was greeted and sat immediately. The server welcomed us again, took our drink orders, and answered some questions about the menu. My entire party decided on what we wanted pretty quickly, ordered and made some jokes with the server. My individual order included a 12oz New York Strip cooked medium, house salad, steamed broccoli and Baked potato. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and seasoned very well. No steak sauce needed. The rolls were fresh, hot and well buttered. Overall I enjoyed my visit. Didn't partake in the peanuts but note that it's custom to through the shells on the floor.
