My family and I went in this past weekend we come in pretty often and our service was terrible, I don't understand because they weren't busy and my server she disappeared and checked on us once we had to ask for refills. Our food was also yuck the fries were hard and not edible. You can't have bad service and bad food. Our server was also very loud and obnoxious, she was all over but not checking on her tables. You could hear her in the kitchen. When I find my receipt I will let you guys know the name of the server. Overall this place used to be amazing with service and the food was good. The food quality has gone downhill I'm not sure what happened but it needs to get fixed or they will lose business. read more

Wings and Rings was one of my best restaurant experiences in a long time. Coming in as a family all the food looked great and the pretzels were exceptional, our waitress Haley was extremely nice and and gave us half our price and let us know happy hour, it was an overall great experience and worth the visit, I highly recommend coming here. read more

Best wings in the COUNTRY! I've been all over the US (including Buffalo, NY) and this is the best place for bone-in wings anywhere. Always well prepared, an Atomic that brings great flavor and an excellent setting. Been coming here for years and it's our "go to" place for eating out. We won't be back. As seems common by other reviews, this is a stop after a day at Jungle Jim's. Food is basically average - nothing to write home about. Two of us had "Fish and Chips" which the menu says includes a side. Most of the limited sides are French fries, so that basically encourages you to order an upgraded side / which we did. When I said that's a lot of fries, our waitress said something odd - we wouldn't get chips if we got the side. Huh? It says "Fish & Chips" plus a side. She sent the manager to our table. He, dressed like Grinch, agreed with her. I didn't even want a side other than the chips, but that was misleading and seemed like a gimmick to get folks to upgrade $2 on sides. Another of us wanted to switch the bun on her Korean burger for a wrap. Mr. Grinch said it would cost too much. To trade out a nice bun for a skimpy tortilla??? What kind of nonsense is that? He said it would mess up their inventory unless he charged her for each individual component. Omg! False economy! Wings and Rings needs to look into this weirdness- they'd have come out ahead on that trade. End of story: we'll find somewhere else to eat next time we drive the two hours to Jungle Jim's. Just kind of average. Some small changes and it could probably be great. Fried pickle app was super greasy and there were a lot of the chips globbed together making a mushy pickle bleh mess. Flavor, breading and pickle were good tho. I had fried boneless chipotle blueberry wings. They arrived barely like warm, under sauced and under seasoned. That sauce seems to have a ton of missed potential. Wing crispness was nice but the meat was tough. Loaded cauliflower side had zero seasoning or flavor other than melted cheese. Server was very nice and attentive and things arrived quickly. My biggest peeve with this sports bar and most others is they have a QR code to view beers on tap. It requires the "on tap app" but then it never may he's what's actually on tap. I have been to a couple of the BWR franchise locations, this one was a very good place and very good food. I even needed the use of the restrooms and they were clean. I really enjoyed my Salmon Sandwich with fries, it was more than I needed and was very tasty. The service was very good, my glass was never empty. The place is clean and had plenty of tv's with sport on. I really didn't pay much attention to them, but they were on. Very inviting and I will be back if near Jungle Jims and I need a good meal. read more

Made an escape to get some curbside pick up. I got my favorite Bourbon BBQ wings, pretzels and queso, and fried pickles. The wings were amazing and super fresh. The Bourbon BBQ is my favorite flavor from Wings & Rings. The pretzels and queso and fried pickles were amazing too. Buffalo Wings and Rings are handling this current situation beautifully! You call and place your order. I only had a 20 minute wait (really not that bad at all). When you get there you park in one of their numbered parking spaces and text the phone number posted largely on the windows. You text them your name and space number and they bring out your food. I haven't been to a Wings & Rings in a very long time. We were in town this past weekend and stopped by during lunch time. It was completely empty which was surprising being a weekend. But we were greeted at the door and taken right to our table. The service was very good and our food got to us quick. I had a blackened salmon salad that was very good, the salmon tasted fresh and it was cooked perfectly. Definitely will be back when we are in town again. read more

The sauces set Wings & Rings apart from the other wing chains. Love how you pick your sauces (spicy garlic & Buffalo for me) and then pick your heat level. I actually prefer the boneless here, add in my favorite blue cheese dressing and Wings & Rings is destination when we visit Ohio. Service was great when we stopped in for lunch and the beer price were on par with other places around Cincinnati. For a chain it was a great experience & I would have gone 5 stars, but like all the other chicken chains, their prices have gone up and I just don't feel the price points match the product. read more

Nothing particularly good about this place except it's close to Jungle Jim's. The wings are the big genetically mortified ones with no taste and are grisly. They make them soft so if you like crispy ones you better ask. We got the parm fries to share but they taste very lemony which honestly I hate lemon flavor stuff so I'm not super thrilled about that. It is located within the Jungle Jim's shopping so it's convenient and the staff is very friendly and helpful! There's plenty of parking and the restaurant is clean and the food is consistent every time. My only issue is the lighting inside the restaurant sucks! You have to strain your eyes to read the menu. I grew up eating wings from Buffalo Wings and Rings at the Section Road location in Amberly, which is now long gone, but because of this I have always had a soft spot for Wings and Rings. The butter based sauce has always set their wings apart, but the Fairfield location just doesn't live up to the old Wings and Rings I remember. Decided to pick up some wings today as a carry out order. 10 Buffalo medium and 10 Garlic Medium. Wings were dry but not very crispy, I have no idea how you accomplish this. Big let down was that there was little to no sauce. Virtually none in the carryout container and very little on the wings themselves. I was not aware that wing sauce had become so expensive that you cannot properly toss wings and get them wet. HUGE let down Wings and Rings. Not like I ordered a steak here, I ordered wings..you know what you should be known for. Hate to give a 1 star rating but when you can get better wings at an Applebees (which has only mediocre wings) and you are a wings place a 1 is what you've earned. read more

Of course I didn't come here for the wings (being vegetarian and all) - I was just looking for a restaurant convenient to Jungle Jim's. I've never been to a Buffalo Wings & Rings before, but I've seen a few restaurants around. It was dimly lit inside the restaurant, but it looked clean. The bar was prominently displayed in the space, and it had typical sports bar decor. We ordered the Stampede Sampler Platter, which is definitely too much appetizer for only two people! You can select from a number of options, so we chose onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and fried pickles. All of the food was crisp and hot. There was a side of white sauce - my husband speculated it was maybe a blue cheese dressing? - that complemented the fried pickles perfectly. My husband chose the burger for us to share, and apparently he was in the mood for fried pickles, so we had the Fried Pickle Burger with the Black Bean Veggie Burger substituted in for the beef patty. This wasn't my favorite veggie burger, but I am definitely willing to give this place another shot. The Mushroom Swiss option might be more tasty! read more

We stopped in here after Jungle Jim's wine fest in desperate need of food and water. Our waitress Karina was awesome. She must have known we had all been drinking and NEEDED water and food. She was quick to bring all 8 of us waters and take our orders. The food came out super fast and it was delicious. This place has gone way down hill. We used to love it. We just ordered wings for 3 people and apps. Each with a different sauce. $50+ total. Every order was so over cooked they were dried out and awful. In addition there was almost no sauce. Worst wings ever! We called the manager and were offered to bring them back and they would make new ones. So we can drive 20 minutes each way to go back again because they can't make them right the first time? Last night, Feb 13th 2017, I was at work and ordered 15 extra hot bourbon bbq wings. My girlfriend picked them up and brought them to me. By the time I had a chance to eat them the restaurant was closed. I didn't get extra hot, they were mild. I called them today, Feb 14th, and the manager said since I didn't call yesterday when they were ordered she can't replace the wings.
