I'd wanted the brisket and mac and cheese, but by the time there finally wasn't a line (hours later) they were SOLD OUT! I'm not complaining, that's how you know it was good! I was able to get the brisket sandwich and it did not disappoint. I wish I'd gotten one to take home. I always have some sauce left over on the bottom of the tray. Not an over powering amount but just enough. The flavors are just out of this world. I get Hot Buffalo and Teriyaki. The Teriyaki is incredibly sweet, and the Hot Buffalo is the perfect combination of both. The Wings: Uniform in size. Nothing too big or too little. Easy to cut with a fork. Perhaps more breading on the outer layer but doesn't bother me. They hire high schoolers to cook these in the back so they don't always get the temperature right but rarely an occurrence for me. The Ranch: a great compliment, it's not wing stop ranch but it's damn close. The Waffle Fries & Cheese: pretty unique combo. I love the idea of using waffle fries instead of your standard French fry. Unfortunately the cheese hardens up and doesn't fill up a full layer on top, for both reasons I would stick to a standard size of these instead of a basket of them. Plenty of excellent beers on tap. Inside is a great atmosphere and surround sound is some of the best I've heard in a sports bar. The patio area is pretty underwhelming. They got these new kiosk things to pay with, and both husbands asked if the transaction went through because the kiosk had acted weird. And the server said that it did go through and that we were all good. We even gave our phone numbers for rewards and stuff. So the next day, my friend's sister gets a message on Facebook from the server saying that we didn't pay our bill at Buffalo Wild Wings last night. My friend's sister goes there and she's confused because she wasn't even there, and then wondered how did the server even got her contact information? The manager tells her that the husbands were recognized as people that come in a lot, and so they were given the benefit of the doubt. So they said "instead of calling the police the server worked with the GM to come up with a message to reach out on Facebook". The server messaged 4 people in total, 2 of them weren't even involved, but the server had looked on our friends fb page & found someone who looked similar to me and messaged them. How did they know one of our names? Bc we gave them our numbers for rewards and it pulled up a name from their system. The bill was a total of $77. So they're allowed to stalk you with your name or number & even if you check that your bill is paid, they can still threaten to have the cops called on you. The managers I dealt with were also awful and extremely rude. I did make a formal complaint with corporate and never did hear back from anyone.
