The sauce seems different. It doesn't taste the same to me. It used to be sweeter and be less bland. It's becoming an almost institutionalized taste. Mass production isn't why I used to go here. It was freshness and flavor. Every place seems to go mass production. It's ruined the taste. Now it tastes like the jar of LaRosa's sauce you get at the supermarket. Not the fresh product you used to get at the physical locations. It's not just this location. It's slowly transitioning to all locations. Bob Evans was the same way. I just want corporate to know we can taste the difference. If you're going to cut corners, cut the price as well. I didn't mind paying for quality. I do mind paying more for less quality. It's not terrible it's just not as great as it used to be. I am trying to help. Not hurt business. read more

Dined in at Larosa's lebanon for lunch today with my husband. The salad was cold and fresh, my pizza was delicious with ham and mushrooms, the crust just right. My husband's antipasta was very good, lettuce crisp, toppings plentiful. Our server, Ethan was terrific. He was very polite, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend the lebanon Larosa's. read more

I haven't been to LaRosa's in a while but was looking forward to trying a pizza with the vegan cheese I heard about; flavor was just ok but the pizza was undercooked and seemed doughy; disappointed. What better place to go to when you're on a carb cheat day than LaRosa's. We live by this store so this is why we went here. Used to have to drive to Cincinnati to get a meat lovers deep dish. Oh... and let's not forget the JoJo's BLT salad. If you didn't know, she's Buddy's wife and has been mentioned that we wouldn't be enjoying LaRosa's if it wasn't for her. And this salad.. it's just so good! We learned yesterday that they got rid of the 'soda vending machine' so now all they offer is the standard coke product line. I call that a loss for me, but I am sure it was a win for the staff as it had to frustrating to deal with so many choices as a waiter/waitress and a nightmare when the machine had issues. Way too many variables so fountain machines for the win. The folks working here are super nice and attentive. read more

I've been a customer for decades, but since I've moved this will be my go to pizza location. Laura was very welcoming and one of the best LaRosa's associate that I've met in my 5 + decades of doing business with LaRosa's. I have questioned many times whether I get the extra cheese I consistently request. At this location there is no doubt that you are getting what you pay for. read more

Pizza was okay. Lots of cheese and hot. Crust kind of tastes like pre-frozen crust. The rondos are good and there was plenty of sauce for dipping. The baked French onion soup was good. Our waiter was nice and attentive. read more

This was a last minute stop for lunch and well worth it! We came about 2 which I think we just missed the lunch rush so it wasn't too crowded. I ordered a green pepper calzone with a side salad. Delicious! My husband got a thin crust pizza and we ordered a cheese pizza for our boys. We were all very happy with our food. The waitress was wonderful. They set the table up with an activity sheet that covered the whole table which our boys thought was great! We will definitely have to stop again whenever we are in town. read more

My husband and I ordered online for pickup since they do not deliver. I got the steak hoagie but it was more like hamburger. I guess it is the same thing but I was disappointed and would not order it again. My husband liked his hoagie. The salads were good but you really can't screw up a salad. We also ordered chicken tenders and onion soup..we have not had them yet but hope it was worth the total bill of 40.00+ to get more than one meal per person. read more

Incorrect orders, Review Update: Visited this location again out of convenience on Friday evening 7/24. Placed an order for a pizza and a couple salads Unfortunately this original reviews 3 stars have now been degraded to 2 because of yet another even worse meal. Not sure what is happening with this location but it has become absolutely terrible. This latest orders salads were wilted yellow nastiness that more resembled weeds treated with Roundup. Paid extra for extra extra cheese on one salad and it had maybe one tablespoons worth. One quadrant if the pizza had zero cheese and I'm talking an area that might have equated to two (2) whole pieces. Ugh. read more

Ordered a large pizza well done tonight and instead got a undercooked pizza which I threw away because my oven wasn't working....which is why I ordered pizza in the first place. I filled out a form on their website and asked for a refund but instead was given a credit. I asked for a refund instead of the credit and they told me I'd have to call which makes zero sense. I'll be filing a chargeback on my credit card and never ordering LaRosa's again. read more

After a few hours of band practice a bunch of us decided to stop at the Lebanon LaRosa's. We were a party of 5 that was getting seated around 9:15. They close at 10:00 - I'm not going to lie I was almost expecting to get eye rolls and rushed service. Couldn't have been farther from the truth. Our server tonight was Bree - she was awesome! No rush, really kind and quick with the drinks - my cup was never empty . When you go to chain you know what to expect in terms of food, so to me it's all about the experience - and the service is a huge part of that. That's not to say that the food was just ho-hum. It was really good. I tried something new for an appetizer, the Spinach Rondos. They were so good. When I go to LaRosa's I always order a pizza with focaccia sauce, chicken, and roasted red peppers. I order it so much they should seriously consider naming it after me! Lol! We had a great time and I would not hesitate to stop in with my friends again - just maybe not so close to closing time read more

This is easily my favorite pizza spot in Lebanon. The sauce they use has just a nice unique taste. Their wings and salad are all good. This is a very popular spot for the local kids to work so they are well staffed as well. I recommend their traditional cheese pizza to get a good sense of the sauce and pizza here. read more

We tried LaRosa's from a different location over a year ago and my family didn't really care for the pizza. We decided to give it another try recently, because my team at work recently ordered food for an event and it was good. It's considered a staple for this area, and we felt we should give it a better chance. They also have Montgomery Inn bbq pizza right now, and that seemed like something definitely worth trying. I ordered online for carryout from Lebanon location. Order was accurate, and the employees were very friendly as I entered and left. No complaints on service or website. The bbq pork pizza (original crust) was a HUGE hit with my family. We also got a Focaccia Roma that was good, but very greasy. I'd recommend NOT getting the garlic butter option on the crust for that one. We got pepperoni rondos and bbq chicken rondos, and we did not care for the bbq rondos at all. The chicken was almost not present, and it was basically just a garlic knot with some bbq sauce in it. Most of these were left uneaten. My only real complaint about LaRosa's is that they do not deliver to us. We have a Lebanon address, but we are slightly closer to the Middletown location. I asked about this at the corporate level and was told that neither location would deliver to us and have no plans to do so. This is very disappointing, as we would likely order often if they did. We will probably order from LaRosa's again someday, but we have lots of other delivery options available that have a better price point for equal or better quality. read more

LaRosas has been a Cincinnati restaurant staple for many years. This was my first visit to this location and I was pleased with the experience. We arrived on a Saturday, mid-afternoon, and it was crowded. The staff seemed to handle the crowd very well. We had some extra people show up and they were very accommodating when we changed our number twice. Most of our crew ordered Baked Buddy sandwiches... a favorite since we were kids 40 years ago. Loved it! Our server was very friendly, kept our drinks filled, and handled our request for separate checks with ease. read more

LaRosa's is a great casual option chain. Pizza is crispy and tasty. The subs are not as good as they use to be. Not quite sure what they changed. The bread? The meat? Eh...just not as good as it once was. Onion rings are tasty though and lots of beverage options. A good go to place if your in need of an inexpensive meal, just not fine dining. read more

Larosa's has great pizza. This location has a pretty friendly staff too. I stopped here on my way home from Kings Island and just wanted to bash on some pizza..and I wasn't dissapointed. I believe they have lowered the prices too, because it is cheaper than I remember it being. I also got the onion strips which were great, the sauce was pretty delicious too. If I wasn't trying to watch my weight I would eat Larosa's much more often. read more

I order Larosas a few times a year. They're consistent, their website is great, and they give you what you ask for. Sometimes the dough seems undercooked, but somehow the world keeps on turning. Super nice people at this Larosa's. I picked up from this location once, and was astounded at the friendly peeps there. Smiles, politeness, all that good stuff...yay! I heart their food (especially the SALADS OH MY GOSH), and I'm not gonna lie...we get delivery from them about twice a week. Or more. I don't think I've ever really ordered anything from Larosa's and been like, "Ew, that was gross." It's always just consistently good. I also really love how they don't overcharge me if I want extra tomatoes, cheese, onions, croutons, banana peppers, etc on my salad. Because I like extra of all of those things. :) The creamy garlic dressing is probably killing my plans for a semi-healthy diet, but how can you resist that stuff??? It's so yummy. The pizza is again...just GOOD! And I don't mean that in a bad way. It's not the best pizza I've ever had in my life (Look for that at Lou Malnati's in the Chicagoland area), but it NEVER disappoints me! There are so many different toppings and types...and everything I've ever tried is good. My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch...pan crust...yum. (Papa John's stopped carrying their Perfect Pan Pizza...and lost my trust as well. Boo!) I also love how you can order ANYthing on the menu...the lasagna is amazing, the desserts are mmm, and the calzone's are good too. This pizzeria is a tradition and one of our family favorite dinners. They recently changed the dinner salad from grape tomatoes to diced tomatoes. Since 3 of us typically share a salad and 2 of us don't like tomatoes, it's now a must to order the tomatoes on the side. Did anyone else find this change to be a negative?
