In the Queen City for the Cinci Open and grabbed a calzone at the match. Piping hot, crunchy outside with plenty of cheese and pepperoni inside! Got an extra duping sauce...free! Delivering quality food at fairs/temporary venues is challenging...LaRosas is up to the challenge! read more

LaRosa's Pizza Fairfield - Pepperoni calzone - Pizza Near Me - Fairfield, Ohio

The best deal here for lunch is their personal pizza and side salad for about $13. It's just enough food and it's really good too. Their pizza is Cincy Style, so you'll find the sauce has a slight sweetness to it, and the crust is slightly crispy. I always get mine extra browned for more flavor. Brittney is the lunch server and she's been there for many years. She's super friendly, fast and efficient. We'll definitely come back again! read more

LaRosa's Pizza Fairfield - The Front Pizza Is A Personal Size 7" Double Mushroom. We Asked For Extra Browned. - Pizza Near Me - Fairfield, Ohio

Food was awesome, taste was superb and the ambiance was warm friendly, great service as expected, people so polite

We've had dine-in meals at LaRosa's Fairfield a couple times and have always been happy. We stopped in today and the tradition continued. The location is not the most modern - think old-looking carpeting and wooden grandma's house-esque booths, but that's OK - we came for pizza. We had the stuffed pizza tonight. It was pretty much a pizza-sized calzone. While it was fine (but so filling - double crusts!), I probably wouldn't have it again. We've consistently had great service at this location, and our serve today was particularly fantastic. read more

Had a carryout pizza at this LaRosa's location on Sunday, 11/12/23. We were very disappointed in the pizza. There was too much of everything, too much sauce, too much mushrooms and too much jalapeño. We did not order any extra's. My wife could not eat it. I called the 347-1111 center to complain and they were nice about it and gave me a $10 credit. I insisted that I didn't want a refund, but I only complained so that they would do a better job next time. I'm only writing this review because the supervisor at the LaRosa's call center came across as if she only wanted to get me off the phone and the store manager would never hear me compliant. I like this location, it's close to my house and I want to trust them enough to come back. Update: I immediately heard from the GM of Fairfield LaRosa's which means they really care about their customers - I really appreciate their concern. I look forward to returning to this store for dinner. I raise my rating from a 3 star to a 4. read more

LaRosas's is perfect in person and they make your pizza to perfection but when you order online that's when things go wrong, every time we order online or on the phone our order always ends up being wrong. Today we called in and ordered a small hand tossed personal cheese pizza and a cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza with light sauce, the small hand tossed ended up being a thin crust with light sauce and the cauliflower crust had no pepperoni in sight. If you want to eat LaRosas's go in person they can never make your order right when you order online or over call. PS I don't like the new remodel of LaRosas's it feels very boring and plain. read more

my pizza arrived smushed & unidentifiable. I was offered re-deliver but opted out. I ordered "well done" but even smushed the pizza was doughy & very greasy. I will NOT be ordering again this is the third strike for LaRosas & I'm done. it makes me sad that I have to find another go to pizza LaRosas has been my fav since I was a little girl in Mt Healthy (seven hill LaRosas is no longer) but my last few dealings have been nothing but bad bad phone service bad pizza BAD customer service Very sad read more

Delicious pizza and I'm glad we stopped here. It was 11:30, they close at midnight, but they were more than happy to seat us and didn't rush us out at all. We ordered the double pepperoni pizza and an order of Rondos. Rondos are like strips of dough that are coiled up and stuffed with cheese and pepperoni and baked. They are insanely addicting and if you need an appetizer recommendation, go with these! read more

Rating a one because nothing lower. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION to honor a planned party. I work with developmetally disabled individuals. I stopped in a week ago to let them know 25-35 people would be coming on Sept 20th. Girl wrote it in a book and asked me to call on Monday with a more accurate number. I called today to give the number of 34 people coming at 5pm for dinner. The man answering the phone told me that they had two other parties and wouldn't have room. Seriously? So I had to call guardians, parents, staff and figure out a different place to go. Not a good way to run a business read more

Where to begin........this is terrible food. If you are looking for pizza that is just a little better than frozen and you love to drink a ton of coke.... then LaRosas is your place. Very sweet sauce, lots of grease and your food is made by kids or people who don't care about making quality food. This place is best put in the "fast food" categorie. They do have pasta and other Italian dishes but they are not anything special. I do like the baked buddy sandwich. Its a cheap place that is great for families. read more

Unfortunately, my thoughts on this location are in line with other reviewers. My family likes LaRosa's and this is the only one close by, thus we give them our business. We will occasionally order from Marco's instead, just because they're always on top of their game. We've encountered several issues with this location - undercooked pies, incorrectly made pies, our order not even being fired so it's not ready for pick up (!!!), etc. Yet we will continue to give them our business. I have a Buddy Card to use up, after all. Based on my experience and the other reviews, I think this location needs to tighten up on their kitchen guys and a LOT will improve. Service issues happen here and there, and that's expected at most places of LaRosa's caliber. Screwing up people's food and delivering incorrect orders as a matter of course is just not good. read more

If you're looking for the ideal greasy delicious buttery garlicky pizza then look no further, and their create your own has everything you could ask for. I can't give five stars just because our table was v messy when we first arrived and my arm *gag* stuck to the table for a second. I'm definitely willing to look past this though because omg this pizza is 100% fantastic. Order the delicious garlic butter and bathe in it. Apparently they didn't have an IV bag of it for me to take home ?? Definitely recommend read more

Ordered a baked buddy from LaRosa's in Fairfield on Camelot. Went to take a bite and noticed something black and hard. Wasn't sure what it was and a little horrified. Not even sure how the cook didn't notice this. Most likely the cook didn't care because a professional or someone who takes pride would not let this leave the kitchen. Sad! read more

LaRosa's Pizza Fairfield - Nasty! - Pizza Near Me - Fairfield, Ohio

This location is a joke. Horrible service as for delivery goes. The last several times I've ordered from here the food sucked. The food was late, cold. The last few times the pizzas had little to no sauce and had more crust than pizza. These were traditional pizzas with the basics. No extras or changes. Will not be ordering from these guys again. Other chains offer better products at cheaper prices. Sad since I used to work there way back when. read more

In town for the week and I kept seeing delivery cars fro LaRosa's so I thought I'd give it a try. Ordered some monster meat pizza with cheesy garlic bread and it was fantastic. Thankfully I have leftovers so I can enjoy it again tomorrow. Highly recommend if your looking for great pizza. read more

Worst Experience ever! Was told 60-70 minutes, and called after 2 hours of waiting and he order had not even left & was not ready! If you can not keep your time promised, then call your customers! That's terrible! Will not be ordering from LaRosa's again! I'll spend my money somewhere else. Manager & supervisor did not care. Actually had to cancel my order because my daughter was starving & I couldn't wait any longer for food because of her medicine! I've never had this issue with this place, but they have the worst customer service ever! Will not be back!! read more

La Rosas is a Cincinnati classic and full-disclosure, I'm a little biased as a Cincinnati native. La Rosa's has many locations across the city and they're pretty standard. They feature plenty of dine in tables and booths, great for families. The service is always pretty good and the food is consistently great. They have much more than just pizza on their large menu. They have salads, calzones, pasta a more, They also have their dishes for take out. Their thin crust, in my opinion is their best. Also their bbq chicken pizza featuring Cincinnati's own Montgomery Inn sauce is amazing. La Rosas is great Cincinnati tradition for great, authentic pizza and italian food. read more

Was looking for a different pizza delivery than the usual. I ordered a make your own pizza with chicken, spinach and garlic sauce. Unfortunately, the garlic sauce was so strong it covered up any taste that might have been on the chicken and/or spinach. I think it might have been pretty good if I could have actually tasted the rest of the pizza. One the plus side, it was delivered a few minutes earlier than I ordered. Not sure I'll try it again. Well, after the nice message from Tom, I decided to give it another try. This time I ordered the calzone (no garlic! ) and a small salad. Gotta say, it was pretty good. Calzone was crispy outside and full of goodness on the inside. Delivered on time too. Glad I gave it a second shot! read more

I got out here in this cold weather got home open me up a beer grab me a pizza of pizza and it was half done you can imagine my frustration

It looked like a clean place and our pizza arrived at our table a lot faster than we thought it would. We ordered a medium and a large pan pizza. The crust on the medium could have been cooked a little longer. The crust on the large needed to be cooked quite a bit more... it was pretty doughy. Our server was nice. read more

We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding at this Larosas. They have a decent sized party room in the back - we had about 22 people in our party. They offer some great buffet options for large groups. For $10 a person we had unlimited pizza (5 kinds), 2 types if pasta, salad, breadsticks, and soda. The set up was kind of awful - we wound up rearranging the tables. The service was okay. They didn't really check on us much - we had to go ask for most of our refills. However, the food was delicious (c'mon, it's Larosas! The food is ALWAYS good!) and they allowed us to bring an outside cake in as well. We had tons of leftovers and they let us take everything home. They provided pizza boxes and their black take out containers. We had a great time and we absolutely would do it again. read more

I order a sausage pizza for my supper, as always the pizza was outstanding. Great job LaRosa's! My family loved it.

We love Larosas pizza, but the delivery quality of the pizza is horrible. The last three times we had it delivered the pizza was not cooked all the way through and we even requested to have it well done. The restaurant itself eating in is fine. No issues there. We now go to the Hamilton or Liberty location. read more

Went to larosa's Fairfield location my wife ordered the Jojo salad with grilled chicken, got it and it had fried chicken on it (my wife is gluten intolerant) took it back they said that was their grilled chicken . My wife has had the same salad from the location near her work and the chicken was actually grilled. Called corporate and they said they would look in to the problem, they gave me a credit but we probably will never use it at least not at the Fairfield location. The rest of our order was OK the calzones were a little over done though. read more

I've had both better and worse pizza. I was told it was the "best pizza in town", but after living here for a few months I would disagree. Mostly it is the combination of the sweet and spicy sauce that i don't particularly like. Its not bad, just not my cup of tea. read more

My poor review is based in delivery. I used go here for lunch at least once a week, and have gone a few times for dinner. The food quality was outstanding every time. Lunch service was incredible; dinner service was adequate. The delivery, though, was atrocious. Just take a look at the pictures. We ordered the Pepperoni Double Topper, a regular menu item, with light sauce. You see what we got---uneven dough slathered with extra sauce, with 2 lbs of half-cooked meat dumped on top. It seems like this location doesn't want to deliver, so they're sabotaging the orders. That's the only logical explanation for such poor quality. read more
