Good service but just not my favorite kind of pizza. If you like deep dish you would like it.

Just to be clear, I am a sucker for Detroit style pizza. My son and I were in the area for a baseball tourney and our games ended late. We ordered pick-up. Order was ready quick and pick-up was easy. We got two cheese pizzas - one NY style & one Detroit. Piping hot and delicious. Consistency is the key at Jet's. If you're looking for gourmet experience, find another place. If you're in the market for a tasty chain alternative, you can't do much better than Jet's. read more

Bought lunch for my crew at work. 2 large and 2 x large pizzas. Detroit style. Employees loved it. I had a salad. I also enjoyed it. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Staff super nice. Plenty of room if you wish to eat there. read more

I know Cinci is very about their other pizza places but Jets is honestly the best. Just found out I can't have wheat and have been stressed about how to get my pizza fix but jets has two options! Gluten free crust and cauliflower crust..... the cauliflower crust is the better choice and so good you will nit feel like you've given anything up! read more

Have ordered the 4 corner Detroit style before, which was good. This time I decided to get the hand tossed. Big mistake. The dough was super chewy & tough. Dough was either overworked or overcooked or possibly both. Crust was rock-hard, not edible unless wanted to risk chipping a tooth. Have ordered several times and each time we have ordered ranch. Each time it comes without the ranch. When we drop over $100 an order I expect it to be looked over before it leaves the building. It shouldn't be my responsibility to correct it for you. On that note- when we notice it's missing I try to call and let them know they forgot the dipping sauces and I'm on hold for over 30 minutes until I just hang up because who wants to sit on hold that long. If you have it in your automated message to try the famous ranch- make sure the people that order it actually receive it. You can be so much better than what you are. read more

First let me start by saying I like the pizza here ... This month I probably have purchased three times . With that being said , i don't know if they have new people but all of my orders have been incorrect. Either there is something missing or the whole pizza is wrong . I've never had an issue in the past. My sister also had an issue where she orders a side of ranch and it ended up being just a pizza covered with ranch sauce and no ingredients! Terrible. I'm a firm believer that there is no such thing as bad pizza but this place was very disappointing. The order we placed was for a half cheese, half pepperoni and sausage. It wasn't made that way. Sausage was on more than half. And there was no sauce on the entire pizza. read more

We recently placed an order for an eight corner pizza and traditional wings. We were told they were out of traditional wings but they would substitute boneless wings and a brownie for the trouble. I didn't really care about a brownie, but alright. The pizza shows up with a brownie but no wings! We call and get a credit. We tried reordering the wings tonight along with a Caesar salad. The order was taken and that way that. Until we get a call back 30 minutes later letting us know their lettuce had gone bad and we were only receiving the wings. Amazing! But we say "fine" and await the wings. NOT ONLY WERE THEY BURNT TO A CRISP, but they were tiny and one of the wings was snapped in half and counted at two. This is the worst Jets around, do not use them. read more

I'd never heard of Jet's Pizza before moving to this area from New York, and I thought (hoped) that just maybe, they were a small, local chain. So considering that, plus being a Jets fan (the football team) I figured I should check them out. I learned they boast 300 locations, so Jet's is yet another mass market pizza chain. This location is fairly new. It was pretty clean with a spacious dining area that featured a big flat screen TV with the closed captioning on, as there was also background music that was decent, just a bit too much volume. There's no public wi-fi, but the guy at the counter gave me a tip...if you sit close to the window, you can pick up the network from McDonald's next door. Sure enough, it worked and that's where I was sitting when I added this business on to Yelp! I had the special of two deep dish slices plus a soda for $4.95. The deep dish bears a slight resemblance to Sicilian pizza (oh, how long it's been!) but the crust's about twice as thick as it ought to be. One slice was overdone, with the cheese starting to brown, bit the second was fine and tasty, but too much dough for my taste. They also offer thin crust and hand tossed....and I am most interested to try their "Bold Fold" to see their interpretation of "New York style" but unfortunately this is only available as a whole pie. If the opportunity arises, I'll report back on its authenticity. The rest room was sparkling clean and unquestionably handicap-accessible, but missing some important features like a place to hang your coat or put your purse! It was a HUGE bare, square room with nary a shelf or hook to be found. What do ya wanna bet a man designed it. Subs, salads, and the obligatory chicken wings round out the menu, and delivery is available. read more

Jets's pizza definitely serves high quality pizza so their price is definitely on the pricier side but the varieties of pizza toppings and creations they offer are pretty worth it. You can simplify your pizzas or you can go all out and customize it by personal preference. They also allow you to order from their pre-made pizza toppings. All in all, every time I order from jet's pizza it has always been high quality and filling. read more

Deep dish is excellent!! They have good specials, just look online first. Delivery is $3 more... kind of expensive, but they are pretty on the ball and even on busy nights I haven't had to wait more than 45 minutes. This is my favorite pie in Fairfield. read more

While Jet's has fantastic pizza, their customer service is completely lacking. When you place an order, a delivery time is quoted. Originally quoted 45-60 mins. Once they went over said delivery time and were called, they told me they were running an additional half hour behind. No compensation or other offer was provided. This is not the first time this has happened. Jet's simply doesn't carry enough drivers. If you decide to order Jets, pick it up. read more

Ordered today, right when they opened for delivery. Pizza just arrived (an hour later than it was supposed to) and it's not fully cooked. I usually love their pizza. Today was an epic fail. Jets is the best pizza around. It's a little pricey but it's worth it. 8 corner with turbo crust is what's best for business.

Poor customer service!! I placed an order for a lunch meeting 1.5 hours prior and discussed the time for delivery, not a problem the manager stated. Pizza never showed up, manager called 30 min after my order was scheduled to arrive and stated the store had ran out of pizza dough. (Couldn't have called sooner so I could make other arrangements??) I could wait 45 min for the dough to rise, make the pizza, and delivery. What, really, are you kidding me!!??. How does this happen?? My meeting was already over before the pizza would have been delivered. The manager Josh really could care less that I had a room full of hungry people with now no options for food. Josh acted as if I should be thankful that my money was returned. Of course it should be returned, I never got my food!!! Myself and co-workers will never order from this location again. Absolutely horrible customer service...I was told jetts pizza Fairfield dose not deliver in Fairfield..one month after I had two pizzas delivered to my home...the guy who answered the phone was rude and basically called me a liar after I told him I have had pizzas delivered to my home before!!
