My wife and I moved to the area only about a year ago, which means we have tons of great locally-owned restaurants to try, but also a few new chains. A few months ago, my wife and I decided to order delivery from Marco's. It was delivered in a reasonable time and came still hot enough to enjoy. While my wife is vegan, I'm a big fan of meat, so I ordered some meat-lovers type pizza. And it was VERY good. I was quite impressed. Thick, crunchy, and flavorful crust, each meat seemed high-quality and packed with taste, and the sauce was seasoned well. Now, it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but for being a chain and having prices similar to a Pizza Hut or something, this would probably be my go-to for quick and easy pizza. read more

Literally every time I've ordered has gotten worse. This will be my final order and survey. Please start to take pride in your business or it will close. Within a month, #1 - placed and order for pickup online and paid. Got to the location to pickup and they said my card errored out and I did not have my card on me since I paid already; went home got my card and came back. Got my food, went back home, and they forgot to give me my salad. Drove back to get my salad, third times a charm. No sorry, just oops here you go. #2 - delivered food and forgot chicken Caesar salad, this was 7:05. Sorry we forgot that I'll be right back. The location is 5min away. 7:53 the salad shows back up. Again, no sorry, just "you get a chicken Caesar salad"?. Your pride in your business shows and I'm assuming it won't be there for long based on your consistency. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! we came in about 8:30 and the sign said the dine in closed at 9. We had a party of about 20, because our family from south Carolina was here for a visit as they are every summer and the manager and workers seriously didn't even bat an eye at welcoming us in and taking awesome care of us while we were there! the service was amazing and fast and everyone was friendly and welcoming! the Food was amazing as well! Ever since becoming a Yelp elite member I've realized this city has no shortage of options no matter what type of food you're looking to get. The hottest debate has always been between who has the best burgers and chili and ice cream but there are definitely some raging debates about donuts, beer, sausage, tacos, and pizza... definitely pizza. Like all debates, I think each place has a signature style and you either like it or you don't. What I really like about Marcos - the thin crust (similar to donatos) and the sauce - they put more on than most places, is a very good basic sauce. The toppings just don't seem to be the greatest... but overall, it's a nice middle of the road pizza before dipping down to the likes of Little Caesar's or Grammas. I keep forgetting to ask for it well done, which I think would crisp up the pepperoni a lil. The cinnamon desert is decent too. read more

We love pizza and there are many options in our area. We had never tried Marco's before and glad we did. Online ordering is easy. Delivery was prompt and driver was very nice and pleasant. Greek salad was fresh and easily enough for two people. Good wings and a unique Buffalo sauce that is tart and just a hint of heat. Ordered a white sauce pizza with feta,tomato and extra cheese that was tasty. Thin crust pizza was just the right crisp to it. We were all happy! Will definitely order from here again! I would have given this particular Marco's 5-stars because I love them no matter what, but the lady on the phone was rude when I called in my order. Luckily I don't remember her name. :) However, the delivery guy was great and arrived before the projected delivery time. The pizza was perfect: parmesan crust (which you MUST have, always) and the extra, fresh mozzarella cheese and pepperoni were amazing and piping hot. Their pizza really is some of the best pizza I've had from a chain. Look out Ohio. Marco's is fantastic! read more

Good luck ordering delivery at night! If it's after 10PM (even though they don't close until 11) they'll tell you they aren't delivering for the rest of the night. I'm not saying Marco's pizza is terrible however there is something about the sauce that I just don't like. I do give it credit because the toppings, crust and the fact that it's not super greasy are pluses. However as stated above the sauce does not meet my expectations. I ordered pizza via phone and picked it up. The lady on the phone that night made things a bit confusing but in the end she did get my order right. I went in to pick it up....fast and easy. I really enjoyed the pizza. Much better than LaRosa's which everyone around here thinks is fabulous. I'm a Columbus native, so I'm not in tune with the LaRosa's craze. The pizza was soft, fresh toppings, and just right. Plus its not as greasy as Grandma's pizza. I love it....will be ordering from them again. So much better than Pizza Hut for sure! read more

I think this is a required taste. I found the pizza bland and wasn't delivered very warm. The cheesesticks were always bland. The prices are decent but id rather pay for quality and flavor verses cheap and flavorless. Like I said, I think it is an aquired taste that some will love and others wont. read more

Most of the time service is good at Eastgate Marcos and the drive through folks are awesome with customer service but if the get "they" get the order wrong don't hold your breath waiting on a replacement and expect a combative manager after you wait for almost an hour. You have some good folks working there but replacement orders need to improve. read more

Great pizza but the elderly lady who works there as a waitress can be quite rude. Pick up a "White Cheesy" pizza for movie night, it's so good, another regular for us is extra chz bacon and green olives, and again another warning, their bacon usually has a gross taste that some bacon on pizzas get. I don't recommend the pepperoni magnifico however, there is sooo much pepperoni you can't see the cheese and a lot of the pepperoni gets burned because of how small it is. All in all if u order right Marcos is awesome, delivery takes 50 mins for 5 mi away tho. read more

My family and I have enjoyed Marco's Eastgate for several years for dine-in, take out and delivery. With very few exceptions (hey, nobody's perfect!) the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable, the place is spotlessly clean, prices are reasonable and the pizza and subs are yummy! The only thing I don't like is the cinnasticks which are always swimming in buttery grease, but everything else is really tasty. It's our go-to pizza place for sure! read more

I think Marco's has some of the best quality pizza in town and I order from them all the time till now. I am very disappointed I ordered a delivery not very complicated and I ordered it at a specific time so that I could get it before I had to leave. I called up there go check on my order the guy told me they were running a little late ok that's understandable. He said they would be arriving in about 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes for my order no apologies no coupons for next time. The pizza was so late I was minutes away from cancelling my order. I understand your running late but it's a common courtesy to apologize. Won't be ordering here again..... read more
