This was the worst experience. I've been eating Larosas for around 50+ years. Never again. It's become like any other mainstream restaurant. Wife and I each ordered lasagna. When it arrived it was cold. Not warm but cold. Sent it back agreeing to microwave without making it new. Came back scolding hot on the rim. Still cold in the middle. Went to eat the garlic bread and it had hair cooked on it. Manager that I spoke with was very young and had no idea what to do. Wasn't looking for free food. Paid before I complained. Will never eat Larosas again. Just sad read more

My food was great here, loved the gluten free pizza even though service was a little slow. However, my partner got the pepperoni pizza which was weirdly misshapen but we ignored it because it must taste the same, right? But he found so much grease in it that it became inedible. We do love having a location here by us but it was just a crazy dish. read more

The in-laws enjoy this place so we decided it was the beset choice for delivery. Came timely and in good shape. Pizza was fresh with plenty of toppings. I didn't realize it wouldn't be cut in standard slices so that was a bit odd, but it was fine. I'm guessing that had to do more with our crust selection than size. We also got the little pepperoni bites with marinara which were good and cheesy. It was solid pizza and I can see why they come here. read more

And when you order you want to be so detailed about truly making it perfect and fresh, not too done but cooked but you refrain from the details because then it's surely to be the opposite. Lol. Why is it LaRosa's either hits perfectly or not at all?! We always play eeny meeny miny moe between the three that are within same carry out distance for us. This time we chose Amelia. With no special instructions. Pepperoni and spicy sausage. It was prepared and baked perfectly! We should have ate it in the car on the way home though that would be my only complaint. Lol. Service was slow, very pretty in here but it was not too good. Wings were quite nice, but pizza had onions when we didn't ask for them.

A so so place for lunch. We came here for a work lunch, the waitress was nice but she didn't really allow my coworker to customize her pizza much. The pizzas looked good but I ordered from the chicken Alfredo from their lunch menu. It came with a salad. The price was good but the taste was just lacking. When I ordered the boneless chicken wings, I ended up with chicken nuggets. The sauce was good, and 7 dollars for 5 wings, isn't too bad I guess, but I could have gone to McDonald's, gotten 10 nuggets cheaper and put my own sauce on them. Which I'm sure, as many will suggest, I will probably do next time, instead of ordering from here again. This review is not about the service but the quality. Pizza sizes have shrunk, pizza sauce cups have shrunk as well. Their pizza sauce tastes watered down or they've changed the recipe, lacking in taste. The hoagies have shrunk as well and are all bun. Seems LaRosa's has jumped on the shrinkflation bandwagon. This is by far the best pizza in all of greater Cincinnati and one of the best you will find anywhere. There is just something special about their sauce that can't be described and they use the freshest toppings. They are not stingy with the toppings either! If you're in the mood for something other than pizza, then consider their amazing calzones. While they are not the same as the calzones you find up in New England, they are still wonderful. A perfectly seasoned fluffy crust packed full with the toppings of your choice. Another option is their hoagies. I personally have always stayed true to their famous steak hoagy but have heard the other hoagies are just as good. The worst thing about LaRosa's is trying to decide which thing you're going to eat: unbelievable pizza, delicious calzone's or the famous steak hoagy? If you're just visiting Cincinnati, you may need to stay a little longer so they you can try all of them. read more

You know what you get when you go to LaRosa. Very consistent food quality and excellent service. The Amelia location does a fine job with both plus they get your order out fast. My parents are in their nineties. When they pull in the parking lot the servers put their onion straw order in before they walk in the door. I don't know how Marc and the boys are doing it but they always have the farm team working in this location. Class a service with a smile. Orders are 100% accurate hot and ready on time. Delivery is nearly as perfect. Not only that when you check out people are actually friendly they care enough to get it right and they say thank you. Throughout the entire pandemic this location has been able to sustain that level of service. I have no idea how but congrats job well done and keep it up! read more

LaRosa's is a staple in my family. They never disappoint but the last time we got delivery, the food was cold and I had to put it in the oven for a little bit. We got a hoagie, onion straws, pasta, breadsticks, and a salad. The food was good after I heated it back up but if I wanted to take the time to throw food in the oven, I would've just made something out of the freezer. We love this location and get food from there often, but we just wish it was always consistent and the food was always hot. read more

The food is great but don't or takeout. The last three orders we have placed have been delivered missing items. Today they left the meatballs off of two orders of spaghetti. Last time we asked for extra sauce and got what looked like light sauce. No it wasn't the rep that placed the order because the missing items were always on the receipt. Granted I'm the idiot that keeps ordering from them but that just says how much I like the food. Next time we will eat in. Whoever packs the orders for delivery is clueless. read more

Don't make the mistake I did. Apparently the "free" pizza that you get when the Reds strike out 11 batters is only good for carry out. How do I know this? I was just at this location and after sitting down, ordering my food and getting my drink from my server, I left after waiting 35 minutes, never saw my food or my waitress again. Too bad. There's something about LaRosa's that keeps me coming back for more. I think the sauce is laced with something! It's good pizza, damn good pizza... I make it a point to show people that come in from out of town what we have to offer here in the Queen City, and LaRosas ranks high on that list. From the meat lover's pizza with pan crust, to the breadsticks, to the calzones, you can't go wrong. Although higher priced than say Dominos or Pizza Hut, the quality is far more superb. We finally have one out in my neck of the woods (Mount Orab), so driving to Amelia, Eastgate, Milford, or Anderson is no longer needed when I'm craving that delicious pizza pie! And LaRosa's at the Reds games, Kings Island...etc, AMAZING! Try it sometime. And if you haven't tried LaRosas, have you been living under a rock? Try it! read more

I've been to many La Rosa's restaurants, but I have to give this one major props - we showed up at 10:45p and hoped to dine in - we discovered they were closing in 15 minutes, and not wanting to be rude, we were just going to grab carryout and let them close up shop. They not only unlocked the door and invited us in, they let us dine in - our waitress was incredibly kind, they were cheerful, friendly, and the food was fabulous! Love the sweet sauce, I don't always get pizza but I always have to have some of the sauce on something (bread sticks or the like). The ciabatta flat bread it amazing and I love the pizza (duh), but I have to say that There is always something to try. I am a vegetarian and they are always willing to leave something out or fix something a little different so that I can eat there with friends and family without having to look like the difficult eater. I order a lot of take out from here and it is always packaged well. I will tell you it is great to get a carry out salad here because the container that it comes in is great to keep and reuse (that's what I call recycling). I have found nothing I don't like here, and I love the service. I have been in many places that if you send something back I am sure it is going to have spit in it when I get it back but I have to say I have never felt that way here. If there is something wrong they will fix it no problem. Long story short (too late) eat a La Rosa's it is so worth it and you will find something there you will love. read more

Food service all were great until: This review is NOT about food cooked.great waitstaff etc.of which were great . It is about the patron/s. Family of 4 w small children just behind us ...never heard a "peep" and super table manners. Now for "the other family" Had a small kid .. not in a highchair size of child. The kid was a little bastard. Wouldn't stop doing that fake cry to get what they want. Food...crayons "goldfish" spread all over the place.i kid you not ...they had shit. Everywhere. And i mean shit everywhere. ..all over the chairs..table. .floor. I told my waiter on the way out; that little shithead and parents needed a invisible fence collar on and they and give it to me.
