there was this absolute doll working the front counter, said her name was ruca and she was so sweet. she made sure i was well taken care of and even cut my pizza to my exact request! absolutely felt so welcomed! when i walked in my back was just aching, asked for a chair and what do you know, about 30 seconds later she had me a chair and i was able to sit and wait for my delicious pizza, absolutely will be back! hope to see ruca again! read more

I ordered a delivery on 4/25/2025 at 11:12 p.m. I ordered on line and paid on line and gave a tip. The confirmation said 35 minutes. The Order never arrived. I called Marcos no answer. Called again and they were closed. I am going to call Marcos today to ask about this order. I wonder if they are going to honor the order. At this point I believe, at a minimum I should get the delivery fee waived and the tip. I'm not asking for free food. I am asking for what I paid for or just give me a refund and cancel the whole order. I have no complaints about the food. It is usually very good. read more

We ordered two Marco's pizzas for dinner. They were ready at the counter twenty minutes later when we arrived to pick them up. No problems, no aggravations, no complaints, no issues whatsoever. From reading so many reviews on the internet these days I assume a lot of people have problems negotiating real life. The prices at Marco's are middle of the road for pizza, but the quality is far above the norm. The dough is made in the store daily and the pizza we ordered was delicious...some of the best chain pizza I've had. We ordered the Deluxe and the Pepperoni Magnifico. Marco's uses traditional pepperoni and so-called "Old World Pepperoni" on their pizza along with three signature cheeses. The Old World Pepperoni consists of small round slices baked in their original casing so they crisp up and render some oil. This makes for a really flavorful pizza. Marco's provided a really enjoyable pizza for a pizza lover. Rate these pizzas both an "A." Simply delicious pizza. Rate my Marco's experience for takeout Four Stars....meaning, really top notch for takeout pizza. (Marco's also makes sub sandwiches, salads, and wings.) I understand that they are now expanding into New Mexico and I would assume we will have one in Las Cruces sooner rather than later. Can't wait! read more

Let me say, I have no beef with local store. This has to with APP that Marcos broke. I have been a rewards member for a few years and on March 19 of this year I made an order that earned 10.00 off my next order. The reward was good until 4/17/23. I tried to use it as part of my order and it led me to a page that opened in a browser and asked me to log in. The page looks nothing like the APP. Anyway, then it said password expired and I had to create a new one, which I did. Nowhere in this page was my 10.00 off. So I checked my points balance and said I 90 points only 27 more to my reward. Now I went to the APP, figuring that I did something wrong. So I had to log back in to the app because it had timed out. We'll I tried log in with my new password, but it said I was using the wrong user/password. So I tried again and nothing. Then I tried my old password and that worked. I can see my all my recent purchases and points including my 10.00 reward. I called the store and they were no help. There is no way to give feedback in the app or the website. As soon as you start it takes you to a page to begin ordering. There is no phone number or email for corporate. They will ruin my business with them. 10.00 won't break me, however they're making a mistake with me. They have to know they deliberately broke things. I can't be the only one. I have pics from the app as proof. If that can't fix this, I'll drive next door to Donatos, which I did tonight when I couldn't use the app and reward. read more

Marco's is usually our go to on Friday nights. We are long time customers and usually have a large order. But the last time I ordered they forgot the cheesy bread. We had already eaten and realized it after. So I called and let them know and requested a refund. The employee told me they would do it but it might take a few days due to the Easter holiday. It's been 3 weeks and no refund. I would have been happy with a free order of cheesy bread the next time I ordered but nothing! So we will no longer be ordering from them. So everyone has been telling us about Marcos pizza and how amazing it was ! My wife and I have always stuck with the national chains and the local big name pizza joint around town just because we knew what we were gonna get ! My wife is probably the most picky eater I have ever met so it was definitely a challenge trying to talk her into something new ! Well we ordered our food a half cheese half ham and pineapple large pizza on classic crust and an order of cheese sticks! For sure it's no where as cheap as say Pizza Hut or little ceasers ( my wife hates the latter ) so to say we were apprehensive about the whole meal is an understatement ! Well shocker first time ordering even after I made sure to mention that we were Marcos virgins they managed to screw up our order . . . . But they so made up for the whole thing ! They called after they figured out they made a mistake to confirm our order and some how they managed to get here before their quoted time ! Not to mention when they got here they gave us the pizza they screwed up and our food that we actually ordered ! The driver was super polite and explained the whole situation and after tipping him 10 bucks I took the pizza and cheese sticks in and my wife who is super picky was in love !!!!! She basically said it almost made her tounge come out out of her face and slap her in the mouth ! I was very surprised and after laying our toddler down I couldn't wait to try it ! Guess what !!!!??? She was not giving the food the credit it deserved! It was better then she even explained and we now have a new favorite pizza place ! I even called and acted like an unhappy customer to get the manager on the phone he picked up after a brief hold and I said is this the manger ? What is your name !? He said yes my name is shain. I told him I just ordered for the first time from his store and they screwed my order up and I said do u want my phone number so u can look at the order ? (Still playing the part of angry customer ) before I finished the area code he recited my number and I said I just wanted to tell u that everyone was right in what they said this pizza is absolutely amazing and your driver was very polite I appreciate u fixing this issue and I made sure he knew that they are now our new go to pizza place ! So I recommend to anyone that hasn't tried Marcos yet it's a must that u do so right now u won't be disappointed ! Their pizza is amazing and their customer service is second to none ! Steer clear of Marco's....at least of this particular store. The pizza is average at best and considerably over priced. While it's not terrible, it does not warrant the premium price. But the big problem is the staff. I recently got a salad from this store that contained a large amount of spoiled and wilted vegetables. I'm talking green slime. Mush. When I called to complain (and I assure you I did so politely, expecting that I would just get the cost of the salad credited to me), I was simply told over the phone "There was nothing wrong with your salad. It did not have any spoiled ingredients." No apology, no offer of refund or replacement, no clarifying questions, nothing but a flat denial of my experience. Go to Grammas just a mile west on 125. Terrible service. Our pizza was delivered, with all the toppings slid off the pizza in the box. I called, spoke with the manager. He seemed unconcerned, but agreed to send another pizza. That was over an hour ago. Still no pizza. I called, and they forgot where the pizza went because the mgr who handled it, left for the night. Absolutely terrible service, I can't even give them 1 star. I waited 2 hours to receive my pizza and still am waiting. Their website is the most inconvenient website I've ever been on in my entire life. If you are hungry I'd urge people not to ever think about ordering from here you would probably die from starvation before receiving anything. I usually am a very patient person and when I called them they said my delivery driver is coming right now and keep in mind I called them about an hour after I placed my order for delivery and now it's been two hours! They built this store a couple years ago and I've been going there every couple of weeks. Good pizza (even good cold) except that over time the toppings have dwindled. The last pair of pizzas was $27 for essentially a medium and a large cheese pizzas with scant toppings. More money for less product, but I guess that's just like everything else now. read more

Worst pizza ordering and delivery service in my life! My boyfriend and I decided to try something new because we had never had Marcos before. We decided to order the white cheesy pizza and we were excited because it said on the website it was award winning. We ordered online and the website was poorly designed, but functional. We ordered our food and at the end we got a confirmation of the order. We ordered on a phone, so we took a screen shot of the confirmation. They said it would be here in 40 minutes. I laughed and said I doubted it would take that long because I didn't think they were a busy restaurant. We ended up waiting one hour and decided to see where our pizza was because at this point I'm hangry. The man on the phone claimed we never ordered anything. We assured him we did and we got a confirmation. He repeatedly said we must have ordered from a different location. We informed him that we were looking at our order confirmation and it had the address to this location on it. He then said there was nothing he could do about this. Gave us no discount or free item as an apology that I would expect from a business that cares about it's customers. He offered a lame apology and asked if we would like to place another order. Not a chance. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. If you want to give this place a chance I would say go and eat at the restaurant or call in and order. read more
