My mom didn't understand that you had to order a minimum of 6 wings per sauce (he failed to mention it when she asked for 10 wings). He got visibly frustrated that he had to explain this to her - I'm talking raised his voice, made everyone around us feel uncomfortable. Absolutely unnecessary. I asked what their $3 regular drafts were. They were all tapped out. I asked what the $4 premiums were, and he again acted as if I were inconveniencing him. The service was horrible. We went in to place a to-go order and have a beer while waiting for the food. They finally gave us the beer when to to-go bag arrived. The manager was a total B----. She answered a question we asked the cashier with a curt "NO" while her back was to us. The wings are exceptional. However I don't think they know the difference between ranch and blue cheese. The past two times I ordered blue cheese I got ranch. When I brought it to their attention they insisted I had blue cheese and then brought out their "ranch" for me to try, which tasted suspiciously like blue cheese. I had high hopes for this place. Don't get me wrong, it is a very GOOD place, just not out of this world. Decor & TVs are great. But the wings, although great sized and perfectly priced, just didn't sing out to me. The staff are accommodating but not overtly friendly. The fresh-cut fries are AMAZING though. The king in Denver is still Grillin Wings but I want to ensure I give everyone a shot. Had the spicy garlic & mesquite rub. SG was passable but nothing spectacular. The MR was really solid but it all falls off when you eat the wing - maybe they could ground the seasoning into a powder instead - then toss, just a suggestion. read more

This place was very mediocre. We ordered wings to go tonight and they were very bland. My husband got boneless spicy asian wings and honey bbq. The spicy asian just tasted like bottled teriyaki sauce was dumped on them and honey bbq had no flavor. I got spicy garlic parmesan wings and spicy blue. I love this place! The quality and price are a lot better than the big chain restaurants, not to mention their wing sauce selection is fantastic. I've had both boneless and bone in wings here, the boneless are chicken nugget like but you can tell it's real food. Both varieties are always just the right crispiness. Ordered the dry rub Cajun wings, and they were delicious. The Old Bay seasoning was very good and the wings were served at the right temperature. They also carry local craft beer on draft. First of all I only like flats, so it all started with just opening the box. There was 9 drums and 3 flats! And mind you they were huge..Can't stand the giant wings. But hey they were here and I'm starving. Tried to Just Wing It! ( PUN INTENDED)! So I dove in and oh hell no they not done all the way! Chewy and slimey as hell so I now I'm just gonna break 1 of my 3 flats to check. It was done,but I swear that was from carry over cooking in the car.. But they were all chewy. I like extra crispy. Then I just gave up and literally slapped the box across the kitchen.. Ordered garlic parm and bourbon flavor. Couldnt find the garlic or parm on there! The sauce on the bourbon wings was good, but I didn't get my celery that I asked for at all, my blue cheese dressing looked like it was running out, so someone added a little water to stretch it, and now I'm in the kitchen cleaning the walls,because I slapped them across the room. AND I. STILL STARVING. SO AFTER I CLEAN UP THE MESS I MADE. I GUESS I HAVE TO FEED MYSELF! AS I SHOULD HAVE DONE AT FIRST. I AM FURIOUS!!!!! And never again will they get a red cent from me...SMDH... This place had the bare essentials of what a wing place should have- a good selection of sauces, wings, beer. Had to order at the counter and the service was unimpressive, but informative. I promised I wouldn't go back here after my last post but I decided to give them another try. Big mistake! I ordered while driving knowing I was about twenty minutes away. When I told them I wanted my order "ASAP" I was told it would be twenty minutes. I arrived twenty minutes later and paid thinking my order would be ready. Oh, and I was the ONLY person there. After fifteen minutes of standing around waiting and watching the staff glued to their smart phones, I was pretty much fed up with watching the manager flirt with the cashier. Eventually the cashier asked the cook about my order. He told her to "run along." I then told them I couldn't wait any more. I was told "they're almost done cooking." So my order was still in the fryer...40 minutes after I ordered. They seemed to have no issue with giving me a refund and offered no apology. Whoever hires the morons working there needs a swift kick in the balls and a good dose of customer service. read more

My favorite wing place by far! Staff is great, all the big games are always on. The only bad thing is even when you preorder for super bowl, the place is not organized and the staff over sells which means people get shorted. The restaurant itself could be cleaner, there was sauce splatters on the wall. The service was okay, we didn't get our wings until 25 minutes after we ordered them. My boyfriend got the lemon garlic pepper and they were horrific. I mean it was like they just put ten wings in a pool of lemon juice and garlic chunks, to say the least we will not ever get that flavor again. My work friends and I have been coming to Wingin' It every week for their lunch wing specials for years, and we always are happy with the food and service. There's a ton of different sauces to choose from - from traditional Hot Wing sauce to Garlic Parmesan and other more unique flavors. And if you are daring, you can be like us and order Chernobyl sauce, which nearly killed us all it was so hot. The same girls have been working behind the counter for years for the same owner, and before long you'll be a regular and they'll know your order by heart. Great, great wings! Perfectly cooked, I wish I could do that with my wings. My only complaint is that you have to order 15 wings to get two sauces. We ended up with 21 wings to get three sauces. With over 30 sauces there is something for everyone. I got the "Fire" which was very good but not overly hot for me; it had a nice "build" to it. I also got the spicy garlic parmesan which were so-so. Hopefully they'll taste better leftover tomorrow. The wife had the BBQ which we both thought was nice but nothing special. She'll get teriyaki next time. Others must know about this secret because nine of the 11 tables inside were taken and one outside with several takeout orders while we ate. When I went to the counter to box our leftovers I noticed they had 16 sauces out to taste on celery sticks. They didn't have a "Chernobyl" out so I asked for one. I tried maybe 1/4 tsp on a celery piece. I told the guy "that could be wicked" and he laughed. Little did I know! The heat just kept on building and lasted about 30 minutes. I can eat hot food that most people can't but you could not pay me to even TRY to eat six of those bad boys. Chernobyl puts Buffalo Wild Wings "Inferno" to shame. Mixed feelings about this place. I've ordered the wings to-go here several times & wasn't crazy about any of the flavors or sample sauces I tried. The older guy that works there (not sure if he's the mgr or owner??) well ... He's pretty rude & stand-offish! Doesn't give me a nice polite guy vibe whatsoever!! Been there 4 times now. It's SO close to my house I've given it a few chances despite the rude old dude. However, I do like the catfish filet dinner they serve there! So if ya don't mind being served by a not-so-friendly old dude & getting mediocre wings but good fried fish ... This is your place! Otherwise I'd pass! It gets a 3 star only for the fish ...
