Customer service was nice. Polite and helpful. Even refilled the carrot testing area so we could try more sauces. There were no teens working today like some reviewers indicated. Seemed like the owner or a manager was there and young men in their 20's. We ordered 20 wings, 10 boneless. A large fries and some extra sauce and a side of carrots and celery. Sauces were all good. I liked medium and honey hot the most. Wings were ordered extra crunchy and had a pretty good crunch even after being sauced up. Wings were pretty meaty but there were a couple puny ones but most were good sized. I didn't like the boneless wings, they had some foamy "chicken" filling and some chicken breast. I basically expect all chicken meat, not chicken meat plus nugget type filling. However my husband prefers this kind and I have found this style of boneless wing to be very common, so I'm not saying anything was wrong with it at all. Fries were good but only luke warm. Carrots and celery was a generous potion for $1.35 Ranch was great and so was the blue cheese, both tasted homemade. As always, the sauce we chose were tasty. The traditional wings are meaty and tasty, and the sauce/rub options are plentiful. Good blue cheese dressing. We were disappointed this time with the fried mushrooms, a usual fave for us. Not sure if it's a different batter, if they were underfried, or if they are using frozen ones, but it was a mediocre experience. They are charging a 3% COVID19 surcharge, which is fine -- we like supporting local restaurants, and order from Wingin It on a pretty regular basis. Wings are pretty good. Atmosphere could use some work. The first time we were here, the floors were sticky, however they've been fixed. Nice little hole in the wall to watch sports games in a quite atmosphere. Staff is always nice and the service is relatively quick.
