The employee argued that their mild sauce is a buttery sauce and "not red," which directly contradicts what I was served just last weekend. Instead of listening to the customer and trying to correct the issue, they chose to argue. The lack of customer service and hospitality was disappointing and reflects poorly on management. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled matters and this one wasn't handled well.
