Now, don't get me wrong, Wingstop is a good last resort option when your relatives come over at last minute. I ordered a BIG NIGHT IN BUNDLE big platter of 25 Boneless Wings, 3 flavors, and 3 dips. Their motto for this deal: "The perfect excuse to stay in and enjoy a flavor-filled night on the couch." Maybe suitable during the pandemic. The 3 flavors that were calling to me were the HICKORY SMOKED BBQ, 2 of their limited time flavors: BAYOU BBQ, and LEMON GARLIC. We opted for 3 dipping sauce flavors: Ranch, Cheese Sauce, and Bleu Cheese. Overall, horribly slow service. We ordered pick up and they were definitely behind orders. Everyone is incredibly overworked, understaffed and lines were out the door. After what appeared to be around 45 minutes, I thought I'd never see my order. Definitely very hit or miss. read more

Im handicap with Multiple Sclerosis, mobility is not my strong suit so I rely on delivery. The ball was dropped in this situation. However, I walked in upon opening- 11 am. It's a chilly day and the place is FREEZING, making dining in really unpleasant. My food took FOREVER to come out, and I was the second person of the day to order. There was no coke in the soda dispenser. The place was not clean- tables were streaky, the paper towel dispenser should be picked up and wiped under (it was obviously surrounded by filth) on the condiments counter, and the bathroom was abysmal with filth.
