Didn't think to look up reviews for this place as I've been to multiple Wingstops before. Big mistake. I came around dinner and there were only 3 others there already eating. Let me start off by saying I really like wing stop wings. With that said my fries had two long curly hairs. Not much of a complainer, I wanted to give the restaurant a heads up the next day. After the run around to speak to a manager. I was given the number for a complaint line. When I called it was a district managers voicemail. I left a message, but nobody has returned my call. I've been here 3 times already and I have to say the service is great and quick! I feel bad sometimes when there's only one employee working and handling the orders by phone, line at cashier and making the food. This happened the last time I was there which was last week. This wing stop was smaller than many others I have been to but the service and speed were great. Of course, the wings too were delicious.

We ordered $40 of trash. This was completely inedible. The second I picked up the bag I could smell how rank the chicken was. My chicken strips were PINK and very very clearly under cooked and mealy. The cheese fries taste like what I imagine licking the bottom of a hobos foot would taste like. The wings were the worst. They were clearly spoiled, old, and smelled completely rotten. I'm surprised the delivery person was ok with having them in their car. It must have been about as pleasant as driving around with a baby who had just had the worst diarrhea in the history of human kind. We both started gagging. Not even our dog wanted to come near it. If you have someone you truly wish ill upon, send them an order of wings and cheese fries. They will be sure to get sick. Sometimes it can be good here and sometimes it can be instant food poisoning. The quality at this location is absolutely subpar compared to other Wingstops. This is especially true compared to Wingstops in other states. I would avoid this location at all cost. read more

Can I have some chicken with that salt?! I have been to this Wing Stop on four different occasions hoping that it was just a fluke. Unfortunately I have been equally disappointed each time. Everything has been extremely salty. I also request to get my wings cooked a bit more and I add extra seasoning. I have never had those additional requests actually occur. Though it looks like they may have been understaffed, so it wasn't really their fault. Perhaps they should give a better estimate of their time. It was very disappointing to come home and unbox 10 undercooked, barely seasoned wings. Then reach for my fries and realize that they too have barely been seasoned. I was hungry for wings today and stopped into this place for the first and last time. The staff was friendly but the decor was very plain and basic. The fries were okay and that was good as it got for me. The wings were some of the worst I have ever had. I love salt but the Louisiana rub was ridiculously salty. The buffalo sauce was the most generic tasting buffalo sauce I've ever had. And all of the bone-in wings were way overcooked. For $13.66, it was a very poor value too. Anyway, my experience was unremarkable in terms of the staff (they were reasonably polite, given how much they're probably paid) or the wait (they told me 15 min, and it was), but the food was like... wow. Didn't know it was even possible to make crappy wings. Just very small (they charge how much for 10 of these?) and way too salty. You can't make up for a lack of meat with more sauce or toppings! I have been eating at wing stop for years and this location is the very best! Their dedication to customer service is unlike any other. Brenda made sure that I was ordering the best deal possible. She was very friendly, kind and patient because I can never remember which combo I get. I usually just get it to-go but I decided to eat some here. I've been listening to how she talks to other guest and she is excellent with everyone! My order was complex and it was made to perfection. I go to this location all the time so I am disappointed I will be unable to return as a result of no longer being able to trust them with my money. Ordered and payed for two beers but only wanted one at the moment. Went in to get my second beer and they had given it away to a couple who told them they were "grabbing my extra beer" .../ beers are a dollar so the amount isn't the issue but I am extremely offended that their workers think it's ok to give out others purchases without confirmation from the person who paid. I am a bartender and to me it's the same as letting randoms walk up and put drinks on others tabs. Unprofessional and not trustworthy business to me. No replacement was offered by the employee... Woefully unprepared for Super Bowl Sunday, which is very obviously their highest volume day of the year that they apparently weren't ready for. Had no system in place for people to pick up their to go orders, and they lost a lot of the online orders. I ended up waiting for over 2 hours after the time they said it was ready and I missed a lot of the Super Bowl. Horrible experience and would highly recommend nobody get wings here read more

I asked 20min later why is it taking so long since I seen 3 other people grab the orders and they said they were still working on the fries, guy was nice enough to give me a free soda for the wait. 10min later I had my food and left.
