When I called the store to let them know about the mistake, the employee insisted the wings were correct. What made this especially frustrating is that I had visited this exact location the weekend before with my family and ordered the same wings, a flavor I've been ordering for years, and only returned because we felt we had finally found a wing spot that delivers the quality and flavor we like. The employee argued that their mild sauce is a buttery sauce and "not red," which directly contradicts what I was served just last weekend. Instead of listening to the customer and trying to correct the issue, they chose to argue. The lack of customer service and hospitality was disappointing and reflects poorly on management. Horrible service. I went to pick up my food that I ordered over the phone. The cashier was so rude. I checked the bag because I had a feeling something would be off, but I didn't do too deep of a dive. Everything looked okay but when I got home, we had clearly received the wrong order. Our appetizer was missing and the chicken order was incorrect. I called and the attitude I got was crazy. Same rude cashier insisted she put the appetizer in the bag while I'm sitting here staring at the untouched food that is clearly missing the appetizer. Opening the bag, a lot of the smaller bags and boxes were almost wet due to condensation from the hot food. I ordered the regular size of the boneless wings in BBQ sauce with ranch for dipping. My partner for the 12 wing meal of bone-in wings in the mild sauce with blue cheese and ranch for dipping. The 10 oz of wings for the regular was a lot, so I wasn't able to finish all of them. The sauce also taste more like a sauce in Asian cuisine, as opposed to BBQ. The sauce was still good, but not what I expected. My partner said the mild sauce was just as good as mine, but his wings were super small. Overall, a good enough place when we occasionally crave wings, but still want to try other places.
