Horrible, we came in line and we're very respectful and asked for two bowls, they loaded my bowl up, and then when my boyfriend went in line, they didn't even give him a full scoop of anything. His bowl is 1/4 of my size. And when they scooped his pico de gallo, please, they did not give him nothing but the juice from what was in there. read more

Quick spot to grab Qdoba at the Gardens on Havana. Fresh & busy so the meats and chicken are always fresh off the grill. I often grab the small chicken burrito bowl with a cookie for lunch. Even when there is a line it moves quickly. The salsas at this location are delicious and seem to have a good heat! Quality of food is always good but the level of service is hit or miss. In the past year they have had manager changes so maybe that's why? There have been times I've gone in and the person making the bowl looks like they can't wait to go home. Absurd that they did what they did. Everything was raw I get I ordered slightly late 10pm. They meat was stringy and very unappetizing. Something was wrong with it all. The fajitas was raw raw fresh chopped peppers and onions and a big f you to me and a waste of my hard earned money. With the way the world is going, I'm not sure if food reviews matter anymore. However, this place is better than I remember. I hadn't been there in years. The staff was friendly and actually tried to get my order the way that I wanted it. I got a birria quesadilla and a surf and turf burrito. My only minor complaint, is that they didn't ask if I want guacamole or queso on the side. I haven't had a fast food experience this good in a long time. The food was great, the staff was friendly and the girl working in the back counter (which I didn't get to talk to) was super cute. I would definitely go back to this location. Not to mention Qdoba is superior to Chipotle because their food and service is better. I suppose, since I'm white, they assumed I didn't speak Spanish however, when I ordered extra shrimp on my surf and turf bowl, the shift lead, a short, Hispanic lady, took it upon herself to tell the staff that I was a little fatty, and she needed more shrimp. A NEW QDOBA! Y-I-P-P-E-E! I love these places . . . the Mango Salsa Salad is soooooo good! Burritos are huge! Build it with just what you like. The day we were there the shop was practically empty . . . it is a brand new shopping area. Everything is new. Lot's of shops haven't opened yet, but I know it will be booming soon. Location is central and excellent. Close to Mississippi & Havana intersection. Service was fast, but not particularly friendly. Not sure what else they had on their minds, since they weren't too busy . . . we were the only customers at first. It is a fast food, but healthy food, stop when you are in a hurry! I frequent this area at least once a week, so I will be stopping in again soon. read more

I love the people here, so friendly and not stingy on the cheese .. the guacamole is FREE! I usually get the burrito bowl. I'm really disappointed that they don't have the shredded beef anymore because that was my favorite. My daughter and I went to this place around 10:15 this evening. We were both tired and didn't want to cook. We were both disappointed to find they were closed and the doors locked. According to their website and the restaurant, they close at 11pm. Why would they falsely advertise their closing hours? We love the food here and never had any problems before. Wow, quick service right off the bat. The guy making the food was cheerful and had a warm greeting. I ordered three cheese nachos, my typical choice at any Qdoba. Man oh man, I should have reconsidered my meal once I saw the status of the food. It was a Sunday morning, and the food did not really look fresh. The guy assured me it was still fresh. I should have known better. My first thought right then and there was ........ man this is going to make me sick. My illogical grumbling stomach took over and assured me that I'd be fine!!! Been wanting to try Qdoba since I first arrived in Denver. With locations sprinkled all across the Denver Metro, this place came in handy when were were in a pinch and needed a quick and tasty bite to eat. The menu is fairly simple, but with the additional soup and salad options, it is much more expansive than that of Chipotle. I opted for the Craft 2, which enabled me to try their chicken tortilla soup and "naked" taco salad. The soup was really, really tasty. Not too salty, as is often the case with the tortilla soups at other establishments. The salad was also crisp and fresh, although I do wish that I could have tasted more of the cilantro ranch dressing. We didn't order any drinks, but I was impressed to see they had a digital drink station that offered dozens of selections (maybe even a hundred). Who knew there were so many flavors of Diet Sprite or Ginger Ale? A great find if you're in the mood for something quick and delicious. read more

This is the Q'doba closest to my house so it ends up being the only one I go to. I also tend to prefer Chipotle, but I cannot deny the queso situation that Q'doba has been offering up lately! Queso wherever you want it!!! I appreciate that the staff at this location takes their time when you're ordering. That is a huge pet peeve of mine - rushing me through line and not giving me a chance to get my order right. This place won't do that! I do wish they had a veggie option. Absolutely terrific! Everything was great yesterday.I stopped in for lunch after class and everything tasted so fresh. I had a chicken quesadilla and a pulled pork burrito. The Quesadilla's cheese just melted in your mouth. The pork and chicken were Suculant and juicy. I can honestly say that Qdoba is better than Chipotle. The ingredients taste so much better here for some reason. I highly recommend adding the Habanero sauce to your Quesadilla if you like yummy Heat. Super delicious. Service was excellent. Thanks. I don't normally review fast food places unless something particularly stands out good or bad. I mainly wanted to review this one because of the superb service I've received here. I've stopped in on a number of occasions over the lunch hour and the staff is always friendly, chatty, and even if they don't like their jobs, you'd never know. The food is excellent also - I think it's probably my favorite of Qdoba, Chipotle and Baja Fresh. Not much else to say, I just wanted to commend the staff - at least the ones who work over the lunch hour. The great service is what prompted me to come back more than once. read more

It took me going to a horrible location to really value this one. First off the staff usually is awesome and they LISTEN! (What a concept right?) if I tell them I want my food done a specific way they actually do it. I usually get a quesadilla with pico and then guacamole and sour cream on the side. Probably the best Qdobas I've been to in Colorado. The staff jus makes u feel welcome and they take really good care of u. I ONLY now go to this location. My experience with other locations were horrible. At this one, friendly staff, clean and just quick with your order. And the best part....how they engage in a conversation with u as they are getting your food. Asking how this looks, how my day is going, etc. just making you feel welcome and that you had known these people for awhile. Just awesome. read more

We have been to this location several times. Normally it's one rude employee but no big deal as everyone has their bad days. Today however was the worse experience there by far. My husband ordered the tacos. When he opened the tacos they literally just fell apart. My husband is Hispanic and we probably eat tacos at least once a week. The corn tortillas were not cooked at all. My husband took them back. The manager I'm assuming rolled his eyes at my husband at told him that's how all corn tortillas are and they just fall apart. Remember my husband eats corn tortillas with just about everything. After arguing with my husband for several minutes they just gave him flour tortillas. They are so rude there. The only one that has always had great customer service was Carlos. He normally runs the register. read more

By far the best customer service for a fast food restaurant I have ever received! I was greeted with a friendly wave and smile. As I ordered everyone made small genuine small talk. The register guy was super friendly and always smiling. He came around to even ask all the tables if everything was to our likening and if there was anything else we needed. Food was also perfect. This was the worst, cleanliness wise, of any Qdoba I've gone to. My wife ordered the chicken burrito, the tortilla was dry at the edges like it was going stale. The ground beef nachos was up to par, but, the bag of chips I received was about a quarter full and more bits and pieces than whole chips. If I could select 0 stars I would. Stay away from the store at 9364 S. Colorado Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126. Not only do you not get what you ordered, but you get charged for additional items you didn't order. When you question it once you have the receipt, Qdoba associates say they are not able to credit a transaction after the fact, as they cannot access the transaction which is not true. After a terrible experience, the only offer on their end is a free entree coupon. Part of my order was missing and I paid for a burrito I didn't order or need ALL WHILE THE MANAGER WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE ON THE LINE WITH HIS TEAM AND IT WASN'T BUSY.
