It was a chicken, egg, & cheese biscuit meal with a side of hash browns and coffee. It was quite delightful. I went back for lunch today, where I ordered chicken nuggets and macaroni & cheese. Absolutely awful location, if you have a choice to go to a different location, please do so. And I have been a customer of this chain for 15 years and have never submitted a negative review as to any restaurant. This is a franchise and they can care less about customer service or putting all the food you ordered in a bag. There is no oversight as the corporate has no power over regulating them. I have spent a lot of money at this restaurant but Jamie Brown, the restaurant manager, single handedly convinced me that this location is not interested in making it right for a customer.From now on, my money will be spent at location in Glendale that has a much better service and management. read more

Service sucks! I placed an order on the app at 10:25 for a breakfast item and a lunch item. On the app, it told me they would start preparing the order before I arrived. When I got there the lady told me they didn't start preparing the order until I arrived. I was 3 minutes late and didn't get my order because the apps wrong and they don't follow what it says. The app literally says you'll start the order before I get there, why say that and not do it. My order was also cancelled before anyone tried to communicate with me or inform me of the policy. read more

When I reached my destination and unwrapped the chicken biscuit, I saw what looked like human mucus on the chicken breast. I go to this drive through location regularly, and the young ladies that work the window seem to have a bad attitude and poor customer service. A short dark skinned dark haired Latina employee regularly forces items ordered into my vehicle before I have time to take them from her. I hope this message finds leadership on the regional level and Chic-Fil-A does something about the terrible service and poor staffing at this location. read more

I have been to many chick fil a locations across this great nation and this is by far the worst location I have experienced. The first time I went to this sorry establishment, a family member was sick and wanted chicken noodle soup. We got home to find out that the cup of soup did not make it into the bag and I was charged for it. I thought this might have been a one time mistake so I decided I'd give this location another try. A few weeks later, we ordered a Cobb salad for lunch. We were specifically asked if we would like napkins and utensils and I said yes. It was a beautiful day so we decided we would eat our meal at the nearby park. We get to the park to find out that we were not given any utensils to eat a salad... very frustrating. Earlier this month, I was in a rush and stopped by this location once again on my way home. We ordered a chicken sandwich and luckily they got the order right. Unfortunately, about 3 bites in I come to realize the chicken is not fully cooked and is chewy and had a light pink color to it. Luckily I caught this and did not get sick, although it was a waste of $8. The final straw was this morning when I ordered a chicken breakfast burrito. I once again was specifically asked if I wanted napkins and I said yes. I was given a total of 1 napkin for 2 meals... am I supposed to rip it in half and share??? I wish this was the worst part of my experience but as I continued to eat and be very careful not to spill since I had no napkins, I discovered a long hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting!!!! That is it, I am done with this location and will never be back. I will take extra time and drive further to specifically make sure I never spend another penny at this location. I would expect this if I were eating at McDonald's but this is unacceptable for Chick Fil A standards and very upsetting. read more

For the last few years, the Glendale Chick-fil-A has been the location I frequent. However, it has sadly gone down hill the last 5-6 months. They weren't open till their typically 10pm, lines were longer and I heard the phrase 'we are out' often. My final straw was going there and they were out of my favorite parfait and soup. So I decided to venture more south and have this great Chick-fil-A on the Southeast corner of S Colorado Blvd and E Yale Ave. They can get some lines, but it always seems to go quickly. They are just as pleasant and they have been getting my order correct! I haven't heard they are out YET! *I am knocking on wood here!* There was a few mistakes (twice in a row) but they did resolve it and very much apologized. I haven't had a hiccup since. We all have off days. They have plenty of parking and you can go inside AND go through drive-thru. They don't have shortened hours either. Parking lot always looks clean to me and doesn't have any cones as the one in Glendale. I think they will be my new go-to eatery for Chick-Fil-A. read more

I placed a large mobile order so it would be ready when I arrived. I came to pick it up - waited an additional 10+ minutes and when I unpacked the order the deluxe spicy sandwich was missing. Frustrating - because that was my husband's lunch! So I called to tell them and got transferred to customer care. Worst customer service ever - put me on hold asked so many irrelevant questions. 15 minutes later her solution was to give me a "free sandwich" - loaded to my account in 2 to 3 days. I am just without words at this point. She could not understand how the sandwich is not free - I paid $6 for it and did not receive it - so a coupon for it in three days later is not free!! So then she asked me if I wanted nothing instead - completely rude. It's stealing money, robbing a man of his lunch, wasting your customer's time and not taking responsibility. read more

Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food place in Denver/America! Everytime I'm in the Cherry Creek/Glendale area, I'll stop by here to get myself a chicken sandwich and some sweet tea. The service is so fast compared to any other fast food restaurant. The lines can get long but it'll go so fast so don't be discouraged by that. You can also order platters for catering as well as gallons of sweet tea too so take advantage of that. The waffle friends are so tasty as well! This location is notorious for making delivery drivers wait an excessive amount of time, and for no good reason. Fast food doesn't seem to come out fast here... and they definitely don't prioritize customers by order. My experience today was by far the worst one. I stood and waited a long time, watching the staff move through the inside line while not being attentive to the drivers waiting for orders. Meanwhile, I saw a bag sitting on the counter, for a while, with 2 straws sticking out of it. I knew my customer had 2 drinks in their order so I asked the tall, long blonde-haired male about it. He looked at the receipt on the bag, told me they're waiting on drinks, then grabbed 2 cups and set them down and walked away. I then had to watch blonde hair prance around the restaurant, back and forth from the counter to tables(multiple times, for minutes), just to bring sauces and whatnot to customers who came in well after I did, neglecting the fact that my small order had been sitting there waiting on just 2 drinks to be poured, even long after I asked him about it. A very dysfunctional place with poor management and no respect for their mobile customers, and definitely none for the drivers and their time. This place has gotten more disappointing each experience, and I've had a lot of deliveries with them. Unfortunately, even though I live nearby, I'll probably be rejecting requests from this location from here on out. read more
