Both visits were pick up orders, and the only reason we tried again is because I like to factor in that places can have bad days from factors such as new employees still training, unexpected busy periods, running out of items, etc... The burrito was so small I could wrap my whole hand around it, and I wear an extra small in gloves. My husband's burrito was actually really good, we even suspected maybe half of my order was in his burrito, but that wasn't even the case. I did try to get some of our money back on the website and never heard back from management. The second occasion, my husband put in a pick up order well ahead of time knowing he had a short lunch break. Once he arrived, the order was not only not ready, but he was quoted an additional 20 minutes. They did give him a refund though.
