    Tater Tots

The one item on the menu u that stuck out to me the most was the loaded tater tots. There's hot sauce, bacon bits, and either cucumbers or pickles. The tater tots look so yummy and they are crunchy and delicious potatoes. This can definitely be a full meal for one person or you can get the and share with your group. You do have to be patient. It came out in a reasonable time. There was one person doing everything.

HOT DAMN! Cleaver & Co. has got something delicious going on, and I am HERE FOR IT! After posting up at Junction Food Hall, I just knew that I had to try a little something from Cleaver & Co. When I gazed upon the Tikka Masala Chicken Sandwich, I knew I had to have it. Tikka spiced chicken, topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and raita sauce, on a brioche bun - yes please! Let me tell you, it was packed with all the flavor and more! The chicken breast was fried up perfectly, the bun was toasted, and the ingredients just melted in your mouth. I'm sure after all that you're wondering why just 4 stars, why not five? Well, that sammie came with a rather steep price tag. Weighing in on my wallet at $13, I was shocked. Sure, it was delicious, but I wish they included a bag of chips or something at that price. Delicious, yes. Worth trying, yes. Worth getting again, to be determined. Cleaver & Co. may be a, "grab something different each time for the experience" kind of place, because getting hooked could cost you a pretty penny.

This is our favorite burger place in Denver. Each burger is a UNIT, so you can order fries separately but be prepared to potentially not need them. Each burger is juicy, rich, and oh so filling. Cleaver & Co is located in the Junction on Colorado Blvd. This is a small shop next to Ebisu and a coffee place in an indoor shared eatery. There's plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating. I believe the area is called Colorado Center. There is a Dave & Buster's and a movie theater nearby.

Got Goat?, tater tots, and Creme Brulee shake

Was craving a burger and took a chance on this place based on the handful of reviews, and I'm glad I did. Been a minute since I've had a good lamb burger, and Got Goat? was a perfect choice. The burger was cooked well, and it comes with plenty of toppings and the perfect amount of that dill-goats cheese mousse that you get it in every bite. The tater tots were perfect and crispy, not a weak one in the bunch. While I personally ate them all, they are a good size that would be easily split between two people. Ketchup comes default on the side but, being me, I had to request some ranch. That had to be one of my best choices this meal--it is an excellent house-made ranch with a light smoky flavor. I made sure to get every last drop. My creme brûlée--or caramel--shake was great, I rarely have anything bad to say about a shake that uses custard. Was it worth $7? Maybe not, but it was delicious. This location is located in Junction Food & Drink, another food hall type setup. There's a good amount of seating, including bar stools in front of this spot. The food halls are starting to grow on me, and if you're planning to go to a movie at the nearby theater, definitely recommend swinging through here for dinner beforehand. As a note, most of the (non-garage) parking has a 2-hour limit posted. I'd come back to Cleaver & Co for some tater tots and ranch alone, but I'm looking forward to trying their other burger and chicken offerings.

Awesome food stall in junction food hall. The food was amazing and I loved everything we ordered. The got goat burger was amazing. The meat was cooked well and the goat cheese and onions were good on the burger. I don't know why they called the sauce a mousse but the overall concept was good. The loaded chicken fries were awesome and you should definitely get these! If there's two of you then this is enough for both of you guys because the portions were huge. The hot sauce and ranch and pickles went great with the chicken and fries and they didn't skimp out on the cheese sauce. The creme brûlée shake was amazing. So thick and not too sweet. Overall highly recommend this super awesome stall and the food hall was also great as well. The service was also good and didn't take too long.

I love chicken sandwiches, and this is the place to go! They all sound delicious, but I went with the chipotle grilled chicken sandwich. I ordered it one time with a bun, and one time without a bun (post gluten free stages.) I did not get the chipotle sauce the second time and I forgot about it until I was finished, but that's okay. The tater tots were nice and crispy! Just the way I like them!

At the end of the day the hardest thing to swallow here was the $14 dollar bill. I got the hot chicken and it was good. I watched as they took the breast, added breading in front of me, and fired it up. It was a nice hot chicken (I ordered hot but I'd say it was medium). I got fries as well- which I'll avoid in future. They were fine fries with some spice dust on them but the calorie plus price plus taste equation didn't pan out. Overall a good place and a pricey but tasty hot chicken

Everything in the Junction is a bit hipster and a lot awesome. Cleaver is exactly that. They take wonderful care with every meal. This was my first time visiting Cleaver, we got a chipotle chicken sandwich and a west coast burger. Both had a generous amount of avocado mash on them. The chicken sandwich was good but the flavors weren't as strong as I'd like. The west coast burger was delish but crazy messy. As with any slightly hipster joint, the sides aren't included. I could be annoyed by this but honestly, it's just the way life is now and they cost $2.50 each so not bad. We got the tots and they were FANTASTIC! Perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, they had some all spice on them and it was really good with the chipotle sauce from the chicken sandwich. Also, a perfect amount for 2 people! Solid place for a nice meal and a social atmosphere. I'll be back again!

This burger was delicious! They offer a gluten free bun which was very good. The meat was perfect, cooked with some pink on the inside. I tried to order a side of fries, but found out they were not GF so had to pass. I got my burger within about 10 or so minutes. Plenty of seating at the junction. I recommend!

The person who took my order, who was a woman, was very nice at first. Then I started asking questions about the Rasta Pasta to see if they could take out any meat if there was any. Come to find out they have shrimp in their Rasta Pasta. She checked with the kitchen to see if they can remove the shrimp, and they said yes. I asked another question: can I know how much food comes with the Rasta Pasta? She said it's a big amount. I was wondering if I can get a small amount. When I asked that, she seemed so annoyed to go back to the kitchen to ask them if I can get a smaller amount of Rasta pasta. This is when she started to become a little bit rude. When she came back from the kitchen, she told me, "Yes, they can make a smaller portion of Rasta Pasta." But then, this being my first time at this restaurant, I thought maybe I could eat a little bit and then save the rest for later or tomorrow. I then changed my mind from a smaller portion to a bigger portion. I understand when you're dealing with an indecisive person at the moment, it can get a little annoying, but when you work at a restaurant, whether you're the owner or not, that is so rude. She then said this to me, "That's a lot of food for one person." Without her even knowing if I have siblings or not, or if I am sharing this with someone, she just assumed that it's all for me just because of how I looked (I had planned to eat a little then save it for the next couple of days). I do look a bit overweight, but for her to point that out, that's so rude. I almost cried in my car when I walked back to it after leaving the restaurant. I'm currently on a weight loss journey, but for her to say that and not even know me almost broke me. The atmosphere was okay at first, but obviously that went downhill as I was leaving the restaurant. The only good thing that I actually enjoyed that I got from there was the coconut cake and the mac and cheese...

Now I want to make this location my go-to. Its location is convenient. On north end of the charming South Pearl Street, it's an easy access from I-25. Everything is so walkable from there to other shops on the same street or even on the other side of the highway. After entering the restaurant, I noticed that there is/was a large menu on the the left wall right at the entrance so I took the time to peruse before I turned my attention to the ordering counter. And there, a young lady with a very warm smile was already standing there staring at me with a pleasant "Hi". What an attentive service that was! I am pretty familiar with their menu although I did ask her some questions to which she replied with the needed information. One of the questions I had was about one of the sauces (that they offer complimentarily for chicken meat) and it's called piri piri. As far as I can remember, she said it's tomato based with a little spiciness (it might contain some red peppers as well.) Chimichurri was simply too ordinary as that is what I always get so I decided to go out of my way to do something not so ordinary; I got to be a little adventurous. What I ended up getting me was 1/2 of dark chicken, a side of smashed cucumber slices (salad) and a side of mac and cheese. Once my food was packed and ready, a different worker (male) handed me my food. He was also very polite and cordial. I always appreciate their top-notch customer service. I was on my way to work my side hustle downtown so this meal was what I needed to consume before that job assignment. Once I got to my car, I opened my bag and immediately started my early dinner. The dark chicken meat was perfected moist. The red sauce I got gave it a nice kick to the whole enjoyment of the main. The smashed cucumber is light and refreshing with some tanginess to it. The mac and cheese (I believe) is a vegan dish (am I right) but whatever they use to make the typical mac and cheese taste is/was still there with no sacrifice. And get this, nothing (absolutely NOTHING) was oversalted. Lately, I have been encountering more and more restaurant where they season their dishes with too much salt which truly upset me. Chook's conscientious way to cooking all the dishes is what I can appreciate the most. And the quality of ingredients they use are almost guaranteed. This place is simply not for chicken or sub or salad lovers. If you want to spend a casual after 5pm time, they do serve quality beers, wines and cocktails on top of soft drinks. As much as I appreciate this restaurant, I am not sure if it is talked about amongst my foodie friends. My sincere hope is that they utilize your business as often as I do. You deserve so much appreciation and accolades from them.

I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker at 1:40 AM and sat there waiting. After about a minute, I started saying, "Excuse me?" a few times. Absolute silence. So I drove around. There was a car at the first window literally waving someone down. Looked like they needed ketchup or sauces because apparently that's the only way to get an employee's attention after 1:40 AM. When they left, I pulled up around 1:43-1:44 AM and had to wave someone down myself. The employee finally opened the window, and I immediately noticed she wasn't even wearing a headset. So the drive-thru wasn't being ignored by accident--they just weren't taking orders anymore. She asked, "Do you need something?" I said, "Yeah, I'd like to order." Her response: "We're closing down." Me: "Don't y'all close at 2?" Her: "Yeah." Me: "It's 1:43... not 2." Her: "I know." So I asked, "If it's not 2 AM yet, shouldn't you still be operating?" Her response? "Uhhh..." That pretty much told me everything I needed to know. I just said, "Don't worry about it." She asked if I was sure. At that point, why would I still want food from a place that was actively trying not to serve customers? Wait here's the best part... The manager was standing right behind her the ENTIRE time and never stepped in. Look, I understand wanting to get out on time. Everybody wants to go home after work.
