Tater Tots
Melanie T.

The one item on the menu u that stuck out to me the most was the loaded tater tots. There's hot sauce, bacon bits, and either cucumbers or pickles. The tater tots look so yummy and they are crunchy and delicious potatoes. This can definitely be a full meal for one person or you can get the and share with your group. You do have to be patient. It came out in a reasonable time. There was one person doing everything.

Tikka Masala Chicken Sandwich

HOT DAMN! Cleaver & Co. has got something delicious going on, and I am HERE FOR IT! After posting up at Junction Food Hall, I just knew that I had to try a little something from Cleaver & Co. When I gazed upon the Tikka Masala Chicken Sandwich, I knew I had to have it. Tikka spiced chicken, topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and raita sauce, on a brioche bun - yes please! Let me tell you, it was packed with all the flavor and more! The chicken breast was fried up perfectly, the bun was toasted, and the ingredients just melted in your mouth. I'm sure after all that you're wondering why just 4 stars, why not five? Well, that sammie came with a rather steep price tag. Weighing in on my wallet at $13, I was shocked. Sure, it was delicious, but I wish they included a bag of chips or something at that price. Delicious, yes. Worth trying, yes. Worth getting again, to be determined. Cleaver & Co. may be a, "grab something different each time for the experience" kind of place, because getting hooked could cost you a pretty penny.

This is our favorite burger place in Denver. Each burger is a UNIT, so you can order fries separately but be prepared to potentially not need them. Each burger is juicy, rich, and oh so filling. Cleaver & Co is located in the Junction on Colorado Blvd. This is a small shop next to Ebisu and a coffee place in an indoor shared eatery. There's plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating. I believe the area is called Colorado Center. There is a Dave & Buster's and a movie theater nearby.

Got Goat?, tater tots, and Creme Brulee shake

Was craving a burger and took a chance on this place based on the handful of reviews, and I'm glad I did. Been a minute since I've had a good lamb burger, and Got Goat? was a perfect choice. The burger was cooked well, and it comes with plenty of toppings and the perfect amount of that dill-goats cheese mousse that you get it in every bite. The tater tots were perfect and crispy, not a weak one in the bunch. While I personally ate them all, they are a good size that would be easily split between two people. Ketchup comes default on the side but, being me, I had to request some ranch. That had to be one of my best choices this meal--it is an excellent house-made ranch with a light smoky flavor. I made sure to get every last drop. My creme brûlée--or caramel--shake was great, I rarely have anything bad to say about a shake that uses custard. Was it worth $7? Maybe not, but it was delicious. This location is located in Junction Food & Drink, another food hall type setup. There's a good amount of seating, including bar stools in front of this spot. The food halls are starting to grow on me, and if you're planning to go to a movie at the nearby theater, definitely recommend swinging through here for dinner beforehand. As a note, most of the (non-garage) parking has a 2-hour limit posted. I'd come back to Cleaver & Co for some tater tots and ranch alone, but I'm looking forward to trying their other burger and chicken offerings.

Awesome food stall in junction food hall. The food was amazing and I loved everything we ordered. The got goat burger was amazing. The meat was cooked well and the goat cheese and onions were good on the burger. I don't know why they called the sauce a mousse but the overall concept was good. The loaded chicken fries were awesome and you should definitely get these! If there's two of you then this is enough for both of you guys because the portions were huge. The hot sauce and ranch and pickles went great with the chicken and fries and they didn't skimp out on the cheese sauce. The creme brûlée shake was amazing. So thick and not too sweet. Overall highly recommend this super awesome stall and the food hall was also great as well. The service was also good and didn't take too long.

I love chicken sandwiches, and this is the place to go! They all sound delicious, but I went with the chipotle grilled chicken sandwich. I ordered it one time with a bun, and one time without a bun (post gluten free stages.) I did not get the chipotle sauce the second time and I forgot about it until I was finished, but that's okay. The tater tots were nice and crispy! Just the way I like them!

At the end of the day the hardest thing to swallow here was the $14 dollar bill. I got the hot chicken and it was good. I watched as they took the breast, added breading in front of me, and fired it up. It was a nice hot chicken (I ordered hot but I'd say it was medium). I got fries as well- which I'll avoid in future. They were fine fries with some spice dust on them but the calorie plus price plus taste equation didn't pan out. Overall a good place and a pricey but tasty hot chicken

West Coast on gluten free bun

This burger was delicious! They offer a gluten free bun which was very good. The meat was perfect, cooked with some pink on the inside. I tried to order a side of fries, but found out they were not GF so had to pass. I got my burger within about 10 or so minutes. Plenty of seating at the junction. I recommend!

Everything in the Junction is a bit hipster and a lot awesome. Cleaver is exactly that. They take wonderful care with every meal. This was my first time visiting Cleaver, we got a chipotle chicken sandwich and a west coast burger. Both had a generous amount of avocado mash on them. The chicken sandwich was good but the flavors weren't as strong as I'd like. The west coast burger was delish but crazy messy. As with any slightly hipster joint, the sides aren't included. I could be annoyed by this but honestly, it's just the way life is now and they cost $2.50 each so not bad. We got the tots and they were FANTASTIC! Perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, they had some all spice on them and it was really good with the chipotle sauce from the chicken sandwich. Also, a perfect amount for 2 people! Solid place for a nice meal and a social atmosphere. I'll be back again!

Pit Master

Food was good. I ordered the pit made with a side of the bacon jam and it was a hit. Also ordered the loaded tots but it had way too much hot sauce on it and I couldn't even eat half so, money wasted there. Got the grilled cheese for my son and it came with fries (my burger did not come with any sides). There were two service people there and it seemed that one was training the other. However, I did at the counter for maybe 1min in front of them looking at the menu and an additional two minutes at the ordering counter before I was l acknowledged. They walked in front of the register several times in my waiting and they never even made eye contact. I ordered and then I was flagged down when my food was ready. However, I made a sister order for my sons grilled cheese and the cook (I'm assuming) came up and took my order because I was left waiting again. He was so nice and took my name and number so that I was texted when my order was ready

The hamburgers are just frozen patties warmed up. Not fresh at all. Stick with the taco joint here, trust me.

When it was originally explained as a French dip restaurant, I'll admit I was skeptical but I'm very happy to say that I was wrong. This place is truly great. I ordered the alameda street and I feel confident saying I've never had a better French dip. The bread was perfectly fluffy and the flavors were seriously surprising. We also ordered the crispy potatoes and just thinking about them again is making my mouth water. The interior of the space was super vibey with disco balls and fun art. Def downtown vibes. Parking was not ideal, but it never is downtown. I ended up at a meter a couple blocks down which was totally fine. I love how meters allow you to pay by phone now and text you when your time is almost up.

We came here after a big event and it was festive around the holidays. A gigantic Christmas tree set the vibe, and it wasn't too loud in here on what was apparently angsty 90's music night. Others in the group got pickle beer, negronis, and I had some kind of fancy cocktail that I can't remember what was in it, only that it tasted good. Good spot overall!

Elevated Hospitality: A Masterclass in Event Execution at Tom's Watch Bar…read more I recently organized an event for 120 guests at Tom's Watch Bar in Denver, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the initial contract phase to the final onsite execution, the team proved they are true masters of high-stakes hospitality. The Vision & Planning Working with Joanna during the planning phase was a dream. She is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail. She understood exactly how to translate our brand into the space, creating a custom Denver-themed digital design featuring our logo that played across every large screen. The energy it brought to the room was palpable--our Immediate Past President was so impressed she's already requested the same "wow factor" for all our future events. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. The Savory: The mac & cheese was a crowd favorite, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and moist. The loaded sliders and tater tot bar also kept the energy high throughout the evening. The Sweet: Do not miss the dessert bar. Specifically, there is a peanut butter bar with an incredible internal crunch that is absolutely addictive. The Atmosphere & Entertainment The venue layout is genius. We had a mix of indoor seating for both small and large group discussions, plus an incredible outdoor space with stunning stadium views. We brought in a third-party karaoke vendor, and the staff--Joanna, Zach and Matt--coordinated with them so seamlessly behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about a single technical detail. Between the karaoke, Jenga, and cornhole, there was never a dull moment. The Service What truly sets this venue apart is the personal touch. Zach and Matt are absolute stars. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. That level of care for an event organizer is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a venue that combines a high-energy atmosphere with white-glove professional service, Tom's Watch Bar is the place. Request Joanna, Zach, and Matt--you'll be in the best hands in Denver.

Cool vibes as you come in the place but was a little concerned how empty the place was at 5:30…read more Should have listened to that concern. As a businessman from out of town, was in the mood for a burger while downtown. Had wandered the area over the days prior to our visit and thought the place had a good ambience. So, since we wanted a burger, we decided on the burger bar. When a place has burger bar in their name, one thing should stick out on the menu. Had a hard time finding a burger that stuck from a relatively small list of burger options. With a small number of tasty options that sounded good, decided to get the "I can't Decide Burger", which is two super sliders from the menu options. Cool idea, poor execution. For a $20 burger (two super sliders) was a little surprised it didn't come with a side. So that side salad was an additional cost. Ordered fried pickles which were dry and not much taste to them. The jalapeño margarita was a good choice, but that was the best thing we had. The two of us order four "sliders" which presented well when it go to the table. But the flavor and texture were unimpressive. Dry and flavorless patties from a place with burger in their name was frustrating. For two people to spend $90 for dinner to get mediocre sliders, dry fried pickles, a side salad (with tasteless Blue Cheese dressing) and one drink apiece was a disgrace and we wouldn't recommend.
