If 0 stars was an option they deserve it. Ordered "unlimited" appetizers and got one order which took forever to come out. The waiter stopped by our table like three times in over two hours. We had to grab him while he walked past if we wanted anything ordered. Shorted us on our wings, lukewarm beer, never checked in on our table. Will never be coming back to this location. Dude could've had a huge tip with the amount of wings and beer we ordered by literally just taking two seconds to ask if we wanted a refill or more appetizers... it's really not that hard to be a good waiter. Absolutely terrible service Our waitress in the bar area( brunette with big glasses) tonite (7/6/25) was less than HORRIBLE to begin with. The grilled tenders came out as big as a chicken nugget. Ordered one item and received the wrong one. Was never checked in on considering we were literally the only people on the bar. Our waitress sat at a table and scrolled on her phone the entire time. The service here from was our waitress was fast, friendly and competent. She was able to take our orders and complete them in a timely and professional manor. My double cheeseburger was hot, fresh, juicy, and delicious. However, the fries were heavily over salted to the point where they could not be eaten, but we were able to get a second order of non salted fries as a replacement. The Manager Megan Mondragon need a few lessons in customer service, when we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. The waiter Corbin was wonderful and was very apologetic about taking so long. He needs to be promoted to Manager position, he had customer service skills! I won't be going back as long as she is manager. Our server was great. Drinks & app came out fast. The one thing I've noticed from repeatedly visiting is that I don't like how they bring some food without the rest. My cauliflower wings came out COLD immediately. I would've rather waited for fresh hot ones since my husband didn't get his wings for several minutes after our son & I received our food. Kitchen needs to coordinate timing better. We want it all hot n FRESH, at the same time... I do love their rewards points. Unfortunately this BWW has some of the worst service of any that I have been to. On several occasions we have stopped later in the evening (8:00PM) and decided to sit in the bar area. Every time we have either had to go grab a member of the wait staff after a 10-15 minute timeframe, or go directly up to the bartender to place our order or ask for menus. Thursday night football, first of the season. This BWW was not ready at all. Restaurant tables were full. Final a server came by after 25 mins and said, "Hey, to be honest, food inside will take 1 to 1.5 hrs to get to the table." We have a bunch of Uber eats, Grub Hub, and other online orders. The kitchen has to prioritize first due to our contract with those vendors but we can get beverages while you wait. That's absolutely horrible, your first priority should be customers in the seats at your restaurant. Stop taking online outside orders, others said they have been sitting watching the game & haven't seen their food in 2 hrs. Get it together! i've never left a review before so i don't know if this will even help me but i ordered takeout tonight and i can't get ahold of anyone in the store to fix my order. about a month ago I ordered delivery through DoorDash and there were so many missing items with my order. I chalked it up to third-party delivery service issues so this time I ordered through the app hoping for better success. while, I did receive everything I ordered, my wings were made wrong and they are so soggy and barely warm. I ordered cauliflower wings with the honey garlic sauce and I received some sort of extremely hot sauce on my wings instead. i'm just getting really frustrated because this exact same thing happened last time, I was around when honey garlic launched last time and I was so sad when they took it away. both times I've tried to order it now that it's back, my orders are made wrong and I don't get to enjoy my favorite sauce. I really didn't wanna take this here, but I've called the store twice and both times the phone rang all the way till the end with the automated message telling me that " no one is available to answer your call" and then the line disconnects. Ashley is server Marshall is manager Stopped off for a quick bite to eat after a shopping trip at IKEA! Although we weren't immediately greeted, a server came to get us quickly sat at a table indoors. I immediately noticed the rough shape of the booth bench but otherwise, inside was clean and organized. Our server Ashley, was amazing, friendly and very observant to our needs. She was never pushy but always there if we needed her, and had a good sense of customer service . We decided on a couple of beers and a selection of wings, as it was a quick lunch. We chose the hot wings (pretty spicy), General Tsao's, and the Chili Lime Wings. We also ordered an order of (large) fries which I would say were more of a medium size than large. Overall I would say the wings were ok. They weren't as hot (temperature-wise) or crispy as I normally like them, however the taste was there. Our ketchup bottle was empty so we snagged one from another table. We were given plenty of napkins and there were also a good amount of individuality wrapped wet ones at the table - which we definitely needed. Beers were good, cold and refreshing. The manager, Marshall, checked up on us a couple of times which was nice to see that level of caring. Overall the experience was good for a fast and quick meal with a beer. She was on the phone in the server station, disappeared for lengths of time and when she would appear again like it was a magic trick she was gone just as fast. I will gladly drive farther to get to another location before I come back here again. I order online for pickup at 6:16pm and it gave me a 6:40 pickup time. I gave them a 5 minute cushion, but at 7:00, I asked to see a manager. The manager JUDD came out and was unapologetic, rude, and passed blame on his staff, like all good leaders do. Finally, 26 minutes later, he handed me my food and quickly walked away. I checked the bag to make sure my order was correct and I found my cheese curds were cold to the touch, as well as my traditional wings. But the boneless wings were hot. JUDD had already gone into hiding, and I didn't feel like waiting longer to get hot cheese curds and traditional wings while the boneless wings got cold. Then, when I got home and begin to eat my cold traditional wings, I take a bite and find that once upon a time, the wings were overcooked and the chicken was dried out. Mistakes happen, but to follow up a mistake of not being on time with being rude and giving a bad product, that's the trifecta. Never again will I go to this location. read more

Well, this sucks. In my previous trips to BWW I had been pretty happy. I think their food is good and if you like sports bars they are a perfect spot to watch a game or several. Tonight I ordered a buffalo ranch wrap to go. A pretty standard order for a place that specializes in buffalo wings right? I requested no tomatoes and the original buffalo sauce with potato wedges instead of chips and salsa. Seemed simple enough. I got home and I had my wedges... and a chicken wrap with NO sauce at all and plenty of tomatoes. I hate tomatoes in sandwiches! But I was starving so I picked out as many as I could and ate half of it. Who makes a buffalo chicken wrap without buffalo sauce?? In their defense (sort of) I looked at the receipt after discovering the mistake and there was not a note for no tomatoes... but there was for the buffalo sauce. I don't know what happened, but it was definitely disappointing. There was a tag with the bag that has a spot for "checked by" that was blank. I have not had BWW in a while due to being disappointed with my orders in the past always being incorrect, and finding more consistent and better tasting places to order wings from. I received a coupon for a free 6 piece birthday wing in my email and decided to give it another try. I added an extra 6 piece to my order as well so I could have 2 sauces. My order was correct this time, however, the food was horrible and I threw over half of it away. The wings were not crispy at all. In fact, they were slimy. I ordered blazin on one of my 6 piece wings, as they advertised an updated blazin' sauce, and I decided to try it because I liked the old blazin sauce, so I was hoping it would be an improvement. It tasted nothing like a smokey wing sauce. It was overly sweet and was more of a hot barbecue sauce. I know it was correct, however, because of the amount of spice was blazin' level. The sweetness and spice did not balance well at all here. In fact, I gagged on my second bite because the taste alone was so bad. I ordered my other wings with lemon pepper sauce, a sauce I loved last time I had it, but I could never get it again when I ordered it in the past as the wings would show up dry and not even with the dry seasoning. Though these had the actual lemon pepper sauce, there was a bitter after taste. I'm not sure if this is from changing the recipe of the sauce, or the wings being freezer burnt- which could be very likely due to the fact that while the skin was not crispy, the meat itself had a chalky and dry texture. I would reach out for a refund, but in the past when I would try to correct my order after getting plain dry wings, I would be told a refund was issued and would never receive the money back. I love this place so much. They have gotten way better over the years and make some very good wings. They are always crispy and never slimy and gross. I also love how they have a ton of options for your wings whether it be the sauces or even rubs. They are very spicy unlike some places that have several but they all taste the same. The service here is always great as well. Everyone is super nice and check up on you several times. They h e tons of tvs too and have several different games on at once.
