I've made four delivery orders in the past few months. Every time I do, I order extra wet wings in the original buffalo sauce. They are all delivered extra dry. I complained on this fourth time, and was told I'd be refunded the wings. It's been three days and I have yet to see a credit. Furthermore the lady who answered the phone lied and told me," it's hard to have buffalo sauce extra wet since it soaks into the wings". Why would there be an extra wet option if the flavor the chain is named after can not be extra wet???? I complained to corporate and this was the response I received. Had lunch with the hubby after watching a chef make wings on Food Network, I couldn't them off my mind, so I convinced the hubby that it was a B-Dubs kind of day. The restaurant was running wild with kids but my hunger distracted me from the crumb snatcher who was crying and screaming with his toy in hand on the back of my booth. We started off with piping hot pretzels that were too hot to handle at first but cooled down after dipping them in ranch. They could've used more salt but I won't complain. Next were the wings. I All set. Garbage disposal is working. Have a great weekend and get you some dates for the bathroom. Toddordered a small traditional extra crispy which is about 10 wings. I ordered half tossed in medium buffalo and the other half tossed in asian zing, which is a sweet chili sauce. The Asian Zing wings were my favorite and I licked the paper container clean. My husband always orders the boneless tossed in mild buffalo with a side of fries. He ate half of the chicken but all of the fries which were nice and salty. And of course I snagged a few of his fries. All in all, it was a good lunch with great service which can sometimes be hit or miss. read more

Let's start with unprofessional "Caiden or Hayden" answered the phone with the most disrespectful joke of pretending to hang up on me, and when I replied with? Hello? Are you serious? Goes, I'm just kidding - what's your name, for me to only respond with WHAT'S YOUR NAME?!?!? Changed his whole demeanor. Upon showing up - I was asked my name. Which was noted down incorrectly, not surprised. But the which on the receipt says Hayden but when I asked if that was him, I was told no. Guy who cashed us out seemed like a manager - who had a bad attitude when I asked if he was Hayden. Been to a his location several times - it only gets worse. I should've left a review last visit when it seems like every employee there is rushed to close early. I've had "last call" be 10 before close, I've had last call be 20 mins before close, tonight was 35 mins prior to close and wouldn't be served a shots when picking up my food. Then when being treated like shit because wanting to spend money there - the food was made completely terrible. Next time - we'll go to our neighborhood bar and be treated with better customer service. If you're aren't built for night shifts don't work at night. Treating people who come in late night shouldn't be treat poorly because you aren't built for the night. Stay home. read more

I saw a lot of negative reviews but still decided to check it out. I'll be honest I am not sure why this place gets such a terrible rap. What I've noticed, is yes they are understaffed and running like chickens with their heads cut off (no pun intended) but the food was tasty and the beer was cold. Our waitress was working her butt off, yes maybe it took her few extra minutes to bring me the ranch I asked for, but considering how many tables she had , I didn't mind waiting few extra minutes. Buffalo Wild Wings (BW3) is one of my favorite lunch spots in the Park Meadows area. While it can fill up fast, if you hit it early you can get in an hour in less than an hour with ease! I especially like that at lunch they have their specials that include wings, fries and a drink all for under $10! Perfect! It is a bar atmosphere and if you come during happy hour it will be filled to the gills with people playing trivia and watching all the zillions of TVs flashing every sporting event known to man! Lunch is busy, but a quieter group. However, it is a very open space (lots of tables in the middle, with booth along the back wall), so it can get loud! As for food, I am a fan of wings so you can't go wrong here - it is what they do. Traditional, boneless, hot, mild, sweet, spicy - they got it! My personal faves are the spicy garlic (a medium hot), Asian zing (sweet spicy), BBQ hot & good ole Hot! They actually make a pretty decent burger too. Here's one fantastic reason to eat and order from this Buffalo Wild Wings...excellent customer service. I ordered online and the driver, who is part of Door Dash and not BWW, tried calling me about my order. He robo-dialed me over and over and I was on a business call and couldn't answer. He left me a vm saying my drop off instructions weren't clear and if I didn't call him back immediately, he was going to return my food. So I immediately call him, no answer. Doesn't respond to texts either. So I call the restaurant. And that's when I spoke to Jeff the manager. Jeff did everything right and here's where he went above and beyond. This man, who was not at fault for my crappy driver situation, got in his own car with my food and drove it out and delivered it to me. I don't know any restaurant manager that would do that. But Jeff did. And I hope everyone who sees this smiles knowing that there are some good people still out there. The driver sucked but Jeff made up for it and then some. Buffalo wild wings is a great place to go if you're a sports fan. This place has about 20 tv's just in the dining area and even more in the bar. The dining area has about 15 booths and maybe 15 tables, yet it feels tiny, because it's always busy. If there is a big game on, you better arrive early. The only big game on when I was there was the Celtics-76ers basketball game, so it wasn't crazy (no wait at 630) but every table was taken. I ordered a "small" boneless wing order with honey barbeque. The small comes with about 10 wings for about 10 bucks. The wings dish does not come with a side. The honey bbq was sweet with a little kick, delicious! The problem of the night was the 40-45 minute wait to get our food after ordering. We also ordered an appetizer (queso) and it came out immediately, making the main dish even worse time wise. The waiter was a young kid, good service, checked in on us, but never gave us the typical "ill check on your food" or the "your food should be coming". If you want a sports atmosphere with good wings, come here! But if it's remotely busy, and your starving, expect your food to be slow. read more

They were hard, dry, barely any chicken (mostly breading), some were seasoned, some weren't. The fries tasted like they were made in the morning. One start for existing, one star for the order being right. We ordered pick up for Monday night football. I placed an online order for the "15 boneless, 15 traditional + large fries" that's it. I completed the order at 5:28 pm, the estimated prepared time was 5:50 pm (20 minutes). Understanding it's Monday night football, I expected a possible delay as well. When I arrived to the store to pick up the order it was 5:55pm, I stood in the entry way for 5 minutes before any acknowledgement from a staff member. There were maybe 8-10 tables seated, it was NOT BUSY. Finally a manager asked what my name for the order was as well as the other 4 people waiting at that time and disappeared. One by one the other few got their orders and left. Someone asked my name again and disappeared. At 6;15 I got the attention of a girl bagging orders and asked for an update. She looked through some things, then pulled my order out of a hot box right next to her (I hadn't seen anyone put anything in there the whole 20min I was waiting) I asked if that had been in there the whole time and she responded "uhhh no I think they just put it there". Inleft with my order at 6:20. I live 3 minutes from the store and when I got home, it was obvious the order had been sitting there for 20-30 minutes. Came in to eat on a Sunday night and got some bone in wings. They changed the menu to total number of wings instead of sizes and the counts were wrong on both my girlfriend and i's wings. Also ordered Nashville hot sauce on 1/3 of the wings and got chipotle in adobo sauce instead, idk if the ran out and tried substitute it thinking no one would notice and on top of that it's not a featured monthly sauce so I'm not sure why they did that instead of telling me they were out. I should have said something or looked it up while I was still inside the building but being a chef I tend to not send things back in fear of tampering with the new food. Have had issues with the Bel mar location but figured we would try the park meadow to see if it was just us or bww in general and the consensus is that it is indeed bwws problem. read more

We are all about supporting local businesses during this difficult time so we order through door dash. Delivery was totally fine, no issues but the order. It's was a complete mess. First of all, I order 15 TRADITIONAL wing for my kids. Half salt & vinegar and sweet BBQ, what we get instead is Boneless Asian zing ( too spicy for my kids) and sweet BBQ. So between 3 small kids they got to spilt 7 whole wings of sweet BBQ. Yay for me I still ended up cooking them food which was the whole reason we order out tonight, so we didn't have to ‍. Then comes the adult order. We order 20 traditional wings with 4 different sauces. Instead we got 3 choices of them and the wings were raw and disgusting. So here I am still cooking more. We've gone to BWW for several years now and this location continues to go down hill. Today we decided to get take out via DoorDash and unfortunately this is the location that they picked up from. When the wings arrived they were cold and under cooked so we had to put them in the oven. The carrots were dry and the celery was old and brown. I called the restaurant to let them know and I was told, sorry about that... thanks for calling to let us know and then the call ended. Needless to say, we will no longer go to BWW. Haven't been here in a few years. The hubs had chicken wings on the brain for awhile, so that was our outing on this nice cool Saturday. I totally understand the shortage of employees everywhere, so I'm not gonna complain that it took awhile to be seated. Everyone was very friendly at this establishment. Well I am OCD on cleanliness and when we were seated, there was a used napkin behind the condiments. Right then I didn't want to eat. Hubs took his menu and moved it over by the edge of the table. Our waitress was very sweet. I remember back in the day slices of carrots and celery. These were big chunks of celery and pretty big baby carrots. Oh well. I had the honey bar b que wings and hubs had the teriyaki wings with a side of fries. We also put in an order for the honey bar b que chicken pizza. Food came up except for the pizza. We waited forever for the pizza. Finally it came and it was the wrong pizza. Another one was made and that took 20 minutes to come. I did not care for the pizza period. Too much sauce and messy. No plates or silverware either. It was messy to eat to say the least. That ended my run with Buffalo Wild Wings. Staff very nice, but the cleanliness factor was missing. read more

Everyone knows that BWW has great wings. That is old news. What most people don't know is that they also have tacos! I was there one day during happy hour and wasn't really feeling wings, so I glanced over the menu to see what else they had. Tacos stuck out and I figured, why not give them a try? Shockingly, they were pretty good. Garlic tossed grilled chicken, pico de gallo, Southwestern ranch and topped with cilantro. A employee by the name of Luke came up to my car to harass me after just pulling into the parking lot. I had woken up to a call at nearly midnight & drove 30 minutes to pick up my grandparents who where told they needed to be escorted out yet allegedly were over-served. Keep in mind they had spent nearly $200 on food and drinks tonight with friends, doing the staff a favor. I am absolutely appalled that this man had the nerve to walk up to my car to verbally harass me, when I had no contact with any staff member up until that point. Came in with a ton of co workers on 12/17/19 because I was trying to eat 60 blazin wings in 40 minutes. We all had sperate tabs and were randomly spread around the bar area, but every single staff member was on top of it and extremely friendly. This was a spur of the moment "we just need a snack and a beer" kind of afternoon. It was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Bdubbs was pretty happening for a Saturday at 2ish. Our server, David, came by, took a seat and asked if we were here for any special occasions (a nice little tactic). I jokingly said "yes! It's my first time here!" He got really anxious and excited, asking where I'd been all my life to not have been to one before. Long story short, he gave me a run down of all the sauces and offered to let me sample a few or all. And sample, I did. He came back with a little paper bowl of complimentary fries and lids with labeled stickers of several sauces I had shown interest in and even threw in a few of his personal favorites. We settled on three - caribbean jerk, asian zing, and spicy garlic. The caribbean jerk was my favorite. The spices were unique and of course had a nice little kick...as all wings should include. I also opted for the spicy garlic because it reminded me of a traditional wing sauce and I needed a vehicle for my beloved ranch. Carrots and celery made an appearance. After being drenched in ranch, they went down easily with a few gulps of beer. We also couldn't resist the potato wedges. My friend explained that some standard wedges, unhealthily battered and fried would be a good break between wings. These exceeded my expectations. They were coated in seasoning and to my surprise were better than the average potato wedge. These didn't last more than 5 minutes at our table.. Our very attentive server, David, asked if I'd be back to visit them. And I would! A lot of negative reviews of this place, but I think this is a decent lunch spot. They have a 15 minute guarantee or your lunch is free, so that'll should take care of all the speed complaints I've read. The food usually comes out in less than 10 minutes, and there's tons of TVs to watch while you wait. Serving sizes are a little smaller than typical American-sized meals, but maybe they're giving you the proper calorie-based proportion size. One thing though, if I ask for both carrots and celery, don't just give me 1 stick of carrot and 1 stick of celery lol. You should just give me 1 less wing and load me up on super cheap carrots and celery if you're trying to pinch pennies. read more

Ordered delivery and got it delivered by door dash . It surprisingly came at the time it said it would be delivered. I ordered the boneless wings for BOGO Thursday and got one order or Asian zing flavor and the other Parmesan garlic. Unfortunately the wings didn't have sauce coated all over it and it was basically just half dry and half sauce. The Parmesan garlic wings mostly had no sauce . I was pretty disappointed because every other time I've eaten here the wings have been great. I probably won't come back to/order Buffalo Wild Wings anymore. read more
