Ordered delivery and got it delivered by door dash . It surprisingly came at the time it said it would be delivered. I ordered the boneless wings for BOGO Thursday and got one order or Asian zing flavor and the other Parmesan garlic. Unfortunately the wings didn't have sauce coated all over it and it was basically just half dry and half sauce. The Parmesan garlic wings mostly had no sauce . I was pretty disappointed because every other time I've eaten here the wings have been great. I probably won't come back to/order Buffalo Wild Wings anymore. read more

This is one of the few chains that I truly enjoy. The spicy garlic wing sauce is not particularly spicy, but has a great flavor. I love that they always have some tasty, local brews on tap as well as the usual suspects (Coors, Miller, etc.). The service here was particularly good. I sat solo at the bar on a rainy day and chatted with the bartender. The bar was surprisingly empty for a Sunday afternoon. But, the wings were tasty and the soda refills plentiful. I always enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings. I usually get the wings but this round I got the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich which was very tasty! The fully loaded potato skins where really good too. Unbelievably poor customer service. Their only defense was that we ordered on super bowl Sunday HOWEVER, we ordered at 10am for a 4 pm pickup... Waited for well over an hour and our ordered was lost and found at least 2 times, with not one apology. The wings, flavors, and varieties are great! My favorite is the hot BBQ! I like it so much I buy the bottled sauce from the take-out counter (3 bottles is $15). Thursday is 60cent boneless day, but come in sometime and get their fries or other plates/appetizers that are often overlooked. Waiting to be seated during peak hours or game days is tedious, and it is also very loud. The service ranges from good to not good. Most waiters/waitresses are personable enough at least. A employee by the name of Luke came up to my car to harass me after just pulling into the parking lot. I had woken up to a call at nearly midnight & drove 30 minutes to pick up my grandparents who where told they needed to be escorted out yet allegedly were over-served. Keep in mind they had spent nearly $200 on food and drinks tonight with friends, doing the staff a favor. I am absolutely appalled that this man had the nerve to walk up to my car to verbally harass me, when I had no contact with any staff member up until that point. We stop in every other week or so and ALWAYS sit in the bar. Lots of TV's all around you. We have always had great service even when the place had been packed. We have seen a pretty consistent set of servers we usually see. We eat wings all over the place, BWW's has great size wings. The qualify that statement , they are serving 6/8 wings which means 6-8 wings per pound.. most places are serving 10/12 wings. Meaning 10-12 per pound. So there are crazies on Yelp talking about small wings at BWW's. We like Honey BBQ and buffalo chips and wedges. Cold beers always and a good variety... we enjoy Long Board and Stella on tap. Join the loyalty program .. " Blazin Rewards" ? We have had many cheap meals because of it and I never recommend reward programs. Sit in the Bar and out of main dinning area. Just my opinion. Rancho Cucamonga BWW is by far the worst service I've ever been to. I've moved away from the area a little over a year ago towards Temecula and the two that I frequent there are far above in service and wait time. Came in today to the Rancho BBW, as I was visiting a friend in the area, and inquired if we could sit at the bar area. The hostess stated yes and we began to sit. Keep in mind there are only five other tables with customers. She came over to us and we were instructed we could not sit in the vast empty seating area, because there is an hour wait. I inquired what wait, no one was outside waiting. So we decided to sit at the bar top and we checked the Yelp rating for this store. To no surprise, it has TWO stars. (One to many). In short this store has always sucked in service and apparently still sucks. I will stay out in the Temecula area for wings. read more

I dropped in the other day for lunch, Not my first visit, but my only recent one. I had a pleasant meal with decent service. Kudos to BWW for offering a salad as an alternative to fries, but shame on them for the $.99 up charge. Kudos to BWW for offering a salad that has mixed greens instead of only iceberg lettuce, shame on them for serving the leaves that had turned brown. Wow, I took some L's yesterday. Took my boys to BW3's for lunch. On Monday's, kids eat for $2. Great deal. Also, when the Bronco's score (any amount of points), the next day appetizers are free. Well, if you remember, the Chargers shut the Broncos out. No free app. Then, after my boys get their drinks, I'm told this location no longer honors the $2 kids meal on Monday. DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN This will largely affect my visits to BW3's. I need my wing fix, but I also like deals. On a side note, across the street at Hooter's, kids eat for FREE on Saturday's. If it wasn't for Clinton's service, (Server in front) I probably wouldn't have gotten the service I needed. An extra star is literally only for him. I came in to pick up some orders and I needed them asap, as they weren't for me, but for other people. Because of the Broncos game, there was a huuuuuge line. I waited, and then asked the girl in the front, (I know her name, but won't reveal it.) she immediately dismissed me and didn't bother to check if my orders were ready and had me wait in line again. Then Clinton, the other server, saw her unfriendly attitude and went to retrieve my order. This pardoned me from waiting in line any longer!!!! What a star! Thank again Clinton. Came in on a Tuesday night because do the great deal they were running with their traditional wings. Got seated after a short fifteen minutes for a table of five. After being seated we waited about ten minutes till our server came by to take our order. Didn't get his name but the man that served our table was very kind but seemed nervous or maybe overwhelmed(busy because of the deal). Overall he did a great job although he didn't really check up on us al that much during the course of our meal. The food comes out and we were actually really impressed by the quality of the wings. Compared to the many other Buffalo Wild Wings we've been to, the quality of the wings at this location was superb. That was the plus side. Now here is where it all goes down hill. Aside from the great food, the lack of customer service made my decision that I will never be back. As we had a lot of leftovers, our server was no where to be seen so I had asked the server standing behind us if we could have a box, the boxes were literally right next to her. Anne looks at me starstruck as If I spoke to her in gibberish so I ask her if I can gave a box again. Mind you, while she was just standing there and my server was no where to be seen, she looks at me and says I'm not your server. Ok that's fine, but most places I've been to can grab you a box just fine without wanting something out of it. Instead of kindly letting me know she will grab my server, she stands there, hands me a box after the second time and proceeds to tell me again that she is not our server(thank god she wasn't) One of the ladies at our Table whom isn't fluent with English wasn't understanding the situation and asked her for something. The server sits there with the rudest facial expression because our guest had a hard time communicating with her and rolls her eyes, says we don't have that here and laughs and walks away. Now I know racism sadly isn't a thing of the part but? Are you kidding me? Is that how you treat people now just because you are too indecent to kindly let us know that you will grab someone more adequate to help us out because you obviously didn't want to? I was disgusted at this point. Forget the good price and good quality. Anne was the greatest example of how she was trying to belittle my guest because of her lack of English. Now to be fair, not all the servers here lacked simple human decency like Anne did. I will never be back to this establishment because of my experience with Anne and I hope she realizes that her foul actions effects everyone around her. read more

Ordered wings and a burger, my husband wanted to have a beer with his order but our waitress (Christi) said unless he has an American ID she couldn't serve him alcohol. The only reason this place even got one star is because 0 wasn't an option. Our food was absolutely horrible and most of it was served cold. I ordered a beer and watched it sit at the bar for 30 mins before my server ever decided to grab it. When food was brought out some ranch was missing and we asked the boy who brought the food for some ranch and he said "ask your server". Our server seemed very overwhelmed, we had to ask him multiple times to get things we needed and he had an attitude about everything. Most of us had worked in the food service industry for years and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. I used to go to BWW very often. I got tired of parents who couldn't keep their kids from crawling all over the bar, under my table, etc. And the prices seemed to get more ridiculous each year. I went into this BWW knowing all that, but I always liked their menu choices and a couple of their wing flavors are great and I wanted to have them again. That was a bad decision. The beers are still on the steep side from a price perspective, but other places have or are close to catching up. The wings were the big disappointment. They were lukewarm and tasted & felt like they might be old. I was too hungry and it took too long for my order to arrive the first time to send them back so I just dealt with it. The bottom line is; this was a chance for BWW to win me over to come back again. They failed. They can't all be this bad all the time or they would be going out of business, but I doubt I'll be back anytime soon. There are much better sports bars that cost much less. But they don't have daycare, so maybe that explains the high prices and low quality food. The bartender was nice, fast, and attentive. So I usually hate going to a BWWs. The service is usually crap and the food takes forever. However, tonight we were desperate to find a tv to watch OKC vs Miami. So we came to BWWs. Stephen the bartender was amazing and put the game on the big screen for us. (We were totally fine with a small tv). He was nice, on top of his game and has made me change my mind about avoiding BWWs. Hire more people like him and you'll have a good system. We had a truly good experience here for the first time! It had been over a year since our last truly lackluster experience where food took an hour (for wings!) and the beer brought out was wrong (IPA's are not served with oranges, but somehow our last server insisted that it was definitely the IPA we ordered. The bartender had to intervene and finally got us the right beer.) Anyhow: Our server today was Morgan. She was on *top* of things, remembered everything, was there on the spot whenever needed. I used to really like Buffalo. It was a tradition to go. I still try to because my kids like it but every time I go, I'm reminded why I shouldn't. Lately it has only become worse. None of the food comes out together. The appetizers came out 20 minutes after my sons food came out. My food came out 10 minutes after that. All of the wait staff have masks on but several have them under their chin. I guess having it in your chin checks the box. Many restaurants don't require them. Our waiter, a loser with a man bun, huge earring holes, and who hasn't showered since May, made our dining experience crap. We come here weekly with our four kids and he has managed to make me never want to come back again. We didn't get greeted for ten minutes, and only after I asked where our waiter was. He didn't bring everything we ordered, didn't come to check on us, let our kids sit with no drinks, and gave us attitude when we asked him to get these things. I had to track him down to ask for what we needed and found him standing around carting with fellow waiters. I asked for an extra plate for my 15-month old as I was having to serve him on the table. First he said sure, never came back, and then told me the plates are only for certain meals and refused to bring me a plate, and threw some paper trays on the table and told me to use those. Congrats BW. You've lost a previously loyal customer. Way to ruin a family Friday night. We're never coming back. No one go here. They're anti-family. read more

This use to be the best place for wings back when they first opened. Not anymore. Do not go here! For one it's expensive. You spend 15$ on a medium order of boneless wings. Their wings taste like they keep them in the fryer a bit too long. More batter than chicken. It's hard to bite into and almost makes you wonder how long they have been sitting out. They don't douse them in sauce anymore. You get a pinch of sauce. Tried ordering multiple beers on the menu and was told more than half the beers on the menu they don't have. Went to this place for the first time with several coworkers on our lunch break. Our server was noticeably rude and repeatedly snarky. The menu was extremely confusing. After we tried to figure out the menu for several minutes, the server told us the old menu we were requesting was replaced with a new menu which started that very same day. He said, and I quote, "if you want to yell or complain about the menu, don't yell at me because I yell back. So if you want to complain, tell the manager, not me." About 1.25 hours later, we finally got our food......one hour and twenty-five minutes of sitting with nothing to eat (on our lunch break). LOL.... as if that wasn't enough shining customer service, I directly asked in plain English for "potato wedges" and the server delivered French fries. When I kindly said, "oh... I asked for potato wedges", the server said (and again, I quote) "well that's not what I heard". My coworkers were all mortified that the server had been so directly rude. The server said he'd comp my potato wedges. I thanked him and told him he did not need to do that. Honestly, the food was completely sub-par, but we were all starving. The server said my entire meal had been comp'd. Again, I thanked him and said genuinely, "thank you so much... you didn't have to do that". The server said, "well I didn't comp it... the manager did." WHY was the server so combative?! It was completely awkward. We all have bad days....don't take your bad day out on people who bring you business. Snarky. Rude. Awful food and yeah.... I won't be back. I'll stick with Tokyo Joes and Garbanzo.
