We're very good at very little in life. But we're amazing at chicken wings. Stopped in with a buddy on a Sunday afternoon to give it a go. Again, chicken wings, we know. The whole experience was OK until each of our five-piece wings arrived. The Wicked & Diablo sauces were absolutely incredible! Most wing places can't get the sauces and the heat right and Wing-Itz did! However, the whole experience was negated by the sloppy-jalopy-wet-moist, slightly undercooked skin. And that after we asked for them "slightly crispy". And that, AFTER we politely differentiated between slightly crispy and extra crispy. Another minute and a half in the fryer would've made all the difference. When this is all that you do, you gotta get it right. Ya gotta. You put too much time, money and effort into your restaurant to have an inattentive fry cook spoil it for you. This is what we do. Wings. Honest each time, every time, all the time, without exception. Here to help, Wing-Itz...never to hinder. But if nobody tells you, you will never know I would love to see you succeed. With concern, Wingin' It Wild Boyz

So many options for someone who has to eat GLuten free. My best friend was excited to see on their snack menu they had GF fried pickles, was was this so exciting for her you may ask? In the 13 yrs she has had to be GF she has NEVER had a fried pickle!!! This was a first and they were delicious! Their double fried French fries are the perfect outside crunch and fluffy potato inside. Then the wings!! So many sauces to choose from! This place hits it out of the park. Then the drinks. Delicious. Our waitress was amazing. She was helpful in details we needed regarding being Gluten free! I cannot wait to return!

Barely any sauce. Mango habenero is my favorite flavor, but could not taste it. Beyond disappointed

The food, I ordered the tonkotsu ( pork bone broth Ramen) was absolutely delicious. The ramen were firm, a bit chewy in a good way, the vegetables were crisp, the pork belly was decadent. The flavors are layered so perfectly that each spoonful they are dancing on your tongue. I will certainly return and now more often as the parking out back is free and convenient. R

The service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the menu pairs perfectly with the excellent house cocktails from their full bar. The ramen bowls remain the highlight. The Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen, especially, is outstanding: a rich, deeply flavorful broth, tender pork, and that comforting warmth that hits the spot on a cold New Hampshire day. The Bao Bao buns are a great way to start the meal, and the Takoyaki--light, crispy spheres filled with diced octopus and drizzled with savory sauces--adds a fun, flavorful twist to the appetizer lineup. On our latest visit, we tried the Okdol Bibimbap. The presentation was appealing and the flavors were solid, but the dish leaned a bit too heavily on the rice compared to the protein and vegetables. A slightly more generous balance of toppings would bring it right up to the level of their other standouts. Even so, this place continues to impress, and I'm already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu on my next visit.

Maaz's Chicken serves up fried chicken, sandwiches, gyros, burgers, rice platters, fried seafood, appetizers, salads, desserts, and cooler drinks (Pepsi products/Gatorade). The prices here seem reasonable. I stopped by Maaz's Chicken for lunch and dinner on Grand Opening Day when they were giving out free lunch (selected items) and 50 percent off the menu all day. The place was very busy with a line out the door. The owner had a DJ playing music near the entrance and chatting with customers. The owner is from Rhode Island and actually works across the border in Mass. The owner was looking for a place to open a chicken restaurant and chose Franklin, NH since it's a good area, bypassing Franklin, MA (for now) much closer to Bellingham, MA and Rhode Island. The lunch line was very busy and I eventually got up to the counter and ordered the Chicken Sandwich and 2 pc Fried Chicken with Fries and can of Diet Pepsi and strawberry Hood Ice Cream for dessert, all complementary for lunch. The chicken sandwich was big with a thick breaded buffalo tender with lettuce & mayo, pretty good. The shoestring fries were decent and the fried chicken had a nice crispy salty coating on the outside. I decided I would return later for dinner takeout. I returned for dinner takeout several hours later and the place was getting slammed with the line almost to the door. I ordered a bunch of food including a Beef Gyro ($8.99 plus tax), 6 Mozzarella Sticks ($6.25 plus tax), Chicken Over Rice Platter ($10.99 plus tax) and a 2 Pc Tilapia with Fries & Slaw ($11.99 plus tax). With the Grand Opening Discount, my total with tax was $20.83. After ordering, there was another line of customers waiting to pick up their food after paying. I waited about 16 minutes for my big order to be all set. They did run out of cole slaw and let me substitute Banana Pudding which is normally the same price as cole slaw ($2.99 plus tax). I checked my order before leaving and everything was there. I enjoyed my big dinner back at the office and the portions of food were generous. The Chicken Over Rice Platter was excellent, which had firm seasoned rice topped with marinated hot chicken pieces, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, white sauce. The Beef Gyro was overflowing with beef gyro meat, lettuce, tomato, red onions, and a house dressing in a soft warm thick wrap. The Mozzarella Sticks were standard and came with marinara dipping sauce. The 2 Pc Tilapia with Fries was comprised of 2 good size fried tilapia filets with a seasoned breading and a pile of shoestring fries, tartar sauce was provided too. The Banana Pudding was sweet and topped with Nilla Wafer cookies. Overall, I was able to try a variety of foods here at Maaz's Chicken including the grand opening lunch and discounted dinner food. The fried chicken though crispy outside was very salty and dry, probably due to the volume of customers ordering the same thing. The fries at lunch time were not very hot (staff trying to serve the masses at lunch) and the fries I got with my tilapia dinner were hot and firm. The Chicken Over Rice Platter and Beef Gyro were excellent and my favorites of the day. This rating is based on the dinner takeout (4.5/5.0) and not on the grand opening lunch.

And it seems I wasn't the only one who discovered this hidden gem. When we got here, the spot was packed inside. Despite this we ordered three different items for a sit-down experience, and still received everything within 25 minutes. I ordered the lamb shawarma wrap on one occasion, and it was love at first bite. The wrap itself was toasted to a perfect brown crisp on the outside, yet retaining softness underneath, where it encapsulated the ranch-like sauce where it mixed with the sliced lettuce, carrots, onions and tomatoes to give it a well rounded, mixed, creamy flavor of the vegetables. The lamb meat itself was the primary vehicle of salt and spice (with emphasis on the garlic), yet never being dry. All this being considered, the wrap never fell apart, and held together the entire journey. I made the mistake of ordering the lamp wrap my first go here, because the next occasion I came here, I got the chicken shawarma bowl. Although the rice, sauce, chicken and vegetables all inherited the same flavor profile as the wrap, the bowl fell wildly below my expectations as it was impossible to get a truly full bite of every single thing utilizing a small fork. Nonetheless, this is truly the spot for a reliable bite that emulates a small taste of the Middle East.
