Wing prices have crept to absurdity. Used to be a great place along with the Portsmouth location. They've grown their menu because people stopped ordering wings at almost $2 a piece. Plenty of better options for a wing enthusiast. read more

My first time at this restaurant. Food was great but the service was absolutely horrendous! Took FOREVER to take my order because the bartender was too busy chatting and on her phone. The jukebox was heavy metal, not really an inviting environment. The bartender, Dani I think, was more concerned with social media than her customers. Will never go back. read more

Used to love this place , unfortunately past couple times I've been where bad experiences . Both take out , both times there waiting and took bag as soon as ready and when got home ( less than 10 minute drive ) wings were chewy , lacking sauce , and not even the slightest bit of a crisp . Service was not great either time also both times had to check if food was ready , which it was , but they weren't going to tell me even though I was there waiting five feet away unless I surveyed the orders coming out myself. I've done takeout here twice and both times were hugely disappointing. I'm shocked since it has such good reviews. Is it what I'm ordering or the fact it's takeout?? Buffalo chicken wrap was barely edible. The chicken was dry and tasteless. Second time I went for mild buffalo wings. The sauce was oily and no where to be tasted on the wings themselves. Disappointing takeout experience yesterday, ordered takeout for my husband to pick up on his way home from work he went and it was pretty busy apparently and paid for our food which is over $50 and was given a bag walked out came home and it was only half of our order... When I called to check they said that they couldn't reimburse us over the phone and that we need to come back, we live over 25 minutes away so my husband turned around and went back to get the rest of our order at that point all he received was I'm sorry I was busy ,they didn't offer to re-cook anything or Give us a discount or even warming up the food. Really tasty boneless wings - I tried the coconut (seasonal) and the teriyaki. My man ordered the garlic parm and the Thai Chili, but unfortunately he got the same order as mine.... good thing they were delicious but yeah, wrong order! I ordered the boozey iced coffee and asked for it hot - was surprised they have ICED coffee, but... not HOT... Odd but ok. Waitress was very nice and we didn't point out the error in getting the wrong order... was just not worth it on a lazy Sunday and we were looking for a quick bite after a haircut next door! Well, the sauces were a bit watery and underwhelming. My group got a number of wings and flavors and all felt the same . The idea is there but the oil for both the appetizers and wings seemed old and heavy. There was advertisement of .35¢ wings and when we arrived we were told it was no longer a special even though the sign was still visible. Wife had garlic Parmesan boneless wings, tasted more Parmesan than garlic. I had wicked hot boneless, pretty spicy, but not inedible spicy. Enjoyed them. Fries were bigger hand cut ones but were terribly greasy. Left fries on plate for first time ever. Had half steak and cheese, shredded, it was decent. Definitely go back for that. My boyfriend and I went here last night for dinner and I couldn't NOT leave a review. Our meal was absolutely fantastic. From the munchies to the chicken tenders everything was delicious. What I couldn't get over was how all the food including appetizers was still hot (temp) at the end of the meal. You can tell it's freshly made and the chicken was not dry at all on the inside. Highly recommend the truffle salt fries, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. read more

I went to Wing Itz for the first time last night. The place is super clean which makes for a good first impression. We had a wonderful waitress, due to being a vegetarian I ordered the Ceaser salad and a side of fries with the truffle salt & herbs. Both were absolutely delicious!! My friend ordered 10 boneless wings with two different flavors and she was crazy over them. I asked if they could put on the Celtics game for me and of course it was no problem. Another thing very interesting about this place is the 9% NH food tax is already in the prices, I'd never seen that before but greatly appreciated it. The friendly staff really puts this place over the top & my only regret is not trying it sooner! read more

Customers that don't wear a mask or follow the guidelines is not the restaurant's responsibility. Too many people getting injured trying to enforce mask enforcement. If you fear for your safety then maybe you shouldn't be going out to eat. Everything you said you have seen is common in every single restaurant. Don't single out one restaurant! Personable employees; cook(s) will even come out and talk to you about the sauces and those amazing double baked french fries! Menu has a good mix on it for kiddos too (if they don't like wings). Absolutely love living so close to Wing Itz. I've loved their Portsmouth location for takeout and this location is even better if you want a low key night out. The medium buffalo sauce is amazing and great for tenders on a salad. My favorite is the spicy Thai for wings - never had anything else like it! read more

As a Celiac, I can't have gluten which makes getting chicken wings difficult. Thankfully, Wing Itz has so many gluten free options that are DELICIOUS. My favorite sauces are the sweet Thai chili and blueberry bbq, but I've never had one I don't like. Also, the fries are to die for and the fried cauliflower tossed in honey bbq is amazing. I was dying for buffalo wings around 8 pm last week. My friend offered to pick me up some wins so I ordered the boneless with a side of blue cheese and French fries. The boneless wings were sub par, I ate them but highly regretted not getting the bone in. I will have to go back and get them. The fries were out of this world though. Thick cut and perfectly cooked. I love me some buffalo wings and drive by this spot daily so I decided to order some takeout for dinner. The bag I was handed was covered on the inside with sauce, you'll find out why in a minute. I get home and take out the boxes of chicken which were soggy and falling apart, and opened to see 10 almost naked wings sitting in a bath of buffalo sauce. The skin was soft, wet and floppy. Not one speck pf crisp was to be found. I got the hot buffalo, which was not hot at all and was very thin and vinegar heavy. The tenders we got had a very thin coating of breading that also was not crispy. The hot bbq sauce was, you guessed it, not hot at all and tasted like a cheap mild bbq mixed with a can of hunts tomato sauce. Very thin as well and did not stick to the chicken. These tenders were also swimming in a sea of dull wet sauce with a few baby carrots and some brown limp celery stuffed under the parchment paper the chicken soup was sitting atop. We ordered a garden salad to go with the meal. The lettuce was brown around all of the cut edges and the rib of each piece of romaine was a nice shade of tan. Completely inedible. To top off this stellar experience, when I looked at the receipt they had automatically charged me a 20% tip. When I called to question this I was told it is automatically added when I swiped my card at the counter and it needs to be removed if a tip is not wanted. So sneaky! I had the salad and forced tip refunded and still paid almost $50 for the worst chicken experience I have had in a long time. read more

We had never been here before, and we found it with Yelp. We had chicken wings, and they were very good. We were going to order more food, but there was a group of children with their parents. Not sure how this place gets "best wings" the sauces are average and the wing sections taste underwhelming. The boneless chicken tenders taste like over cooked frozen tenders (I know it's not frozen and the owner uses fresh ) however the oil or however it's prepared zaps the flavor. I have tried both locations and honestly I've had better wings at other places. For a place "known" For their wings they don't do a good job.
