A perfect fish fry - perfect crunchy exterior, light fluffy interior, not too fishy tasting but enough for you to remember you're eating a sea creature. And one of the best beer menus in the area. All cans and bottles though.

Super cute and cozy atmosphere. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, service was quick, and orders were accurate. Don't let the lack of a parking lot deter you because there was plenty of parking on side streets nearby. Most importantly they had a delicious VEGAN fettuccine alfredo with mushrooms! Highly recommend this dish to people with all diets. If you didn't know it was vegan you probably wouldn't suspect it just based on taste.

My boyfriend's love of this place has definitely rubbed off on me. Everyone is welcoming here, the vibes are genuine and the food and drinks are off the charts. We went with another friend couple and introduced them to Winfield's. They seemed to love it, which I'm so glad. It is always nerve racking bringing someone else into a space you love and hoping they also appreciate it as much as you do. On this visit I went with the burger, without cheese, and with a side salad. This burger is juicy and flavorful. It tasted wonderful. The drinks were lit and beautifully crafted. Check this place out. They have great specials as well and it is family owned and operated with the father in the kitchen, the mom serving and the son bartending.

I grew up during the times of a popular tv series called "Cheers." No doubt, many of you like me remember the theme song. Be glad there's one place in the world Where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came You want to go where people know People are all the same You want to go where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came Where everybody knows your name Well you don't have to go to Boston, Ma to get this sort of love. Lackawanna has its own place to go, and take your worries away. And they are always glad you came. Winsfield pub is where everyone knows your name. It's always a great feeling going somewhere and the staff is actually glad to see you. Looking around even the patrons, are happy, talking and telling you hello. The bar area is set up to the left side of the restaurant, and leaves plenty of room for regular dining. The food was really good as well as the drinks. Chicken sandwich- so good I wanted to order a second one after the first bite. Crispy fried chicken breast, spicy slaw topping and nice fluffy bun Crème brûlée- very good and the texture was perfect

This past week was my second time at Winfield's and it didn't disappoint! Winfield's offers a variety of food and drinks. We came with a group of friends for some drinks and dinner. We started off with a few appetizers which were very tasty! I really enjoyed the grilled cheese bites appetizer that also came with a side of of tomato soup to dip the grilled cheese bites in - a perfect appetizer to share. For my first drink I got the RX Queen which was so tasty and well crafted. Nowadays it is hard to find good cocktails in Buffalo and Winfield's definitely fits the bill for unique and well crafted cocktails. Onto dinner - I went with the lab burger which was so tasty and came with a large side of fries. Our server was also super friendly and was very attentive. We will definitely be back for good food and tasty drinks!

Everything about this place is fantastic. Service, food, atmosphere. Very chill place you are able to relax with great food and drinks and feel extremely comfortable. I've bee here several times, and I've never been disappointed. Mostly everything is house made, from the condiments, to the sides. They have a full bar, with a mixologist, and he loves every second he's making a drink. There is a very small parking lot in the back of restaurant, but I don't bother to park there. There are spots across the street, and down the side street, so that's never been an issue. Please go and support a local business. You won't be disappointed!

Still an amazing choice. I brought some friends who had never been and they were all mad I never brought them before. Steve was a gem of a server. We split some appetizers including duck poutine, corn fritters, and burnt ends. Corn fritters were on special and they were exceptional! A favorite all around. Everyone loved their dinners and the lavender blueberry creme brulee we split for dessert. Highly recommend, as always.

Delicious! We were at a bar in the area, and one of the staff worked here as well and we took her advice to visit here, which was dead on! It has a small parking lot in the back, and there is some street parking around if you can find it. The back parking lot has a weird little turn in - so be on the lookout for that if you want to park there. There is an entrance in the back to the location and we walked in through there and up to seating at the bar. The main entrance with the hostess is actually around the front. We ran into the same server we had at the other location and she was kind enough to help us out once again. I strongly recommend the lamb burger. It was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The fries were well made and tasty! We decided on the chocolate cake dessert which came with fresh fruit and chocolate drizzle on top. It was a smaller portion, but really good! If you just want a sweet fix, you could share. If you are a cake lover, order two. :) Staff was friendly and it felt very 'local' and like a part of the neighborhood. Overall: A+ Would definitely recommend and will be back when in the area. Get the lamb burger!

I've been on somewhat of my own personal wing tour lately and I'm glad we tried Adolf's. We came on a Monday, which is their wing special night, 75 cent wings. We arrived a little before the 5:00 PM rush so we sat right at the bar, ordered and behold, the wings were in front of us in about 5 minutes! Service was very fast and friendly. We ordered hot, and the level of heat was exactly what hot is supposed to be. Saucy, but not swimming in excessive sauce. The wings were crispy outside and juicy inside, that elusive perfectly fried wing. We opted for the homemade blue cheese, and while I liked it, I found it didn't have a strong blue cheese flavor. But they do have two choices of blue cheese type. Carrots and celery were included, not always the case with wing night specials. I would call these elite level, top 10 in Buffalo wings, maybe even top 5. The only reason that I did not score 5 stars was that there we 7 drums and 3 flats - and I am a flat guy. This usually works out well because my wife likes the drums, but this time they definitely skewed in my wife's favor. If it were not the wing special night, I might have said something, but the wings were so good I did not want to register a complaint about the lack of flats. We also ordered the hand cut fries which were hot and excellent. We definitely plan to return.

He was a really nice guy and told me what his best menu items were. I had heard good things about the steak sandwich and hadn't had one in a while. I opted to get that with some fries. The fries were the best fries I've had. They taste like the ones from McDonald's only better because they aren't doused in salt. The sandwich was perfect. The steak was cooked exactly like it should be and the flavor was incredible. The peppers and onions on top added even more flavor but didn't overpower it. I don't think I've eaten anything faster in recent memory. No take out boxes needed here. The meal is too good not to eat right then. The bar also had a great vibe to it. I'm a big fan of old school style bars and establishments like this. The traditional architecture and nostalgic feeling is perfect here. It's not modernized like every other new bar built in the last decade. It's got character, a great menu, and excellent service. I will definitely be back for more lunch specials and enjoy this spot downtown.
