Went into this store yesterday to buy and item and then today I go in to return the item and they state, it's an accessory so a final sale, it's a brand new item and I was never told about the final sale. I said "so there is no refund at all" they said " no". Horrible costumer service. If you're training new employees, make sure they know the policy too. I would not recommend this store to anyone. My daughter bought a jumpsuit from here, wore it once in Hawaii for maybe 2 hours and noticed that the garment was coming apart at one of the seams and when we tried to exchange it for a new one, they refused to replace it since it was worn once. Horrible customer service every time I go to this location. I most definitely won't be wasting my time or money on them again. From reading the reviews, they also never seem to want to do returns. If Victoria's Secret can take back underwear and bras (which is gross if you think about it), I'm not sure why this spot has problems doing returns on clothes. I've only returned one item in my lifetime from this place and recently tried to return a dress that didn't fit me. I tried to return it for store credit since it was the 19th day. The lady took a look at my receipt for a very long time and told me she couldn't give me store credit and that I had worn the dress and she couldn't sell it anymore and handed it back to me. I assured her that I hadn't, as the tags were still on it and she said it's obviously been worn, so I just took it and walked out confused. For one, the dress didn't fit me, so how could I possibly have even tried to wear it. Two, the tags were still on. So I was apparently sold a "dirty dress" that didn't fit me and somehow wore it out with tags on and my boobs hanging out. Now if I could post a picture of how spotless and sellable that dress was I would, but thankfully the Windsor at Scottsdale Fashion took it back with no problem. read more

Went to this store on Sat for daughters homecoming dress. Unfortunately the dress didn't fit properly which I failed to check as a parent. Sunday we took the dress back and exchanged. No problem but she needed shoes we got some gold shoes she walked around the store and we purchased. She got home tried it on with the dress back in the box. Realized her colors were suppose to be silver so I took the shoes back on Wednesday. Was told I could only exchange because they were dirty on the bottom and a small dime size scuff on the heel. I picked up several other shoes on the same shelf that were all dirty on the bottom some worst than the pair we bought. Then she added it would be an exchange anyway because it was part of a previous exchange. The previous exchange was a dress for a dress. So I was given a gift card which can't be used online when I have no intention of ever returning to that store. Instead of considering that the shoes were bought like that especially when other shoes on the shelf were in similar condition I felt I was being accused of the damages. So moral of this experience is to check your shoes throughly before leaving the store. read more

I have already left a message on the corp website but nothing has been resolved. My daughter bought a prom dress a few ks ago she went to wear it Saturday night and the tab on the zipper broke! My husband tried to put it back together but it didint work she had to go to prom with a safety pin in her dress. My daughter was pronounced Prom Queen and when they put the crown on her head it fell off she bent down to pick it up and safety pin broke! My daughter is very much a trooper so she danced her Prom dance with her skirt open in the back. Can you imagine with all those high schoolers starring at her. This dress saysther eare no refunds because it was a special occasion dress. I expect the refund for the dress. Please let me know what you will do you should stand by your product that my daughter thoght she would be proud to wear to her Senior Prom! All the spelling errors are the yelp sight. read more

I bought a graduation dress there the other week. Then found a better one at another place, so I went to return the dress, since I never wore it and it was not final sale. However, they never put the receipt in the bag so I was not able to return the dress or even get a store credit. I was only able to exchange it for something that costed more. I even brought in my credit card statement showing when I bought the dress. The girl working were was rude about it too. Now I am stuck with a $50 dress I do not want. I have been a huge fan of Windsor for many years, kinda a shame I will never buy anything from them ever again because of how they treat their customers. Highly do not recommend this store for any kind of dress shopping of any sort due to customer service, quality, and especially their return policy. read more

I have been shopping at Windsor for a very long time not because of the service but it's a great price for decent priced dresses especially when I'm on a time crunch. My experience today started off positive with Camile she was very attentive gave her opinion when I asked and was running the fitting rooms perfectly. But once I got to the register things went left. I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Julissa the manger on duty. In the fitting room I signed up for there save 10% off coupon that signs you up for there newsletter. I fully expected to check out with my coupon but as Julissa explained it you have to wait for the email code which sometimes takes 10 min, a couple hours, or 24 hours. This makes no sense to me how is it the customers fault that the system is not consistent. Her attitude was not appreciated at all! Her solution was to drive back to the store and then I can be reimbursed or wait next to the register until it comes through. Are you dumb? Never will spend a dime there again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. I have always loved Windsor and have worked for the company in the past and I was so shocked on the way I was treated. I had came in a few weeks ago and was one of maybe 4 people in the store. I was confused on what to get so I had turned for help but the workers seemed too busy in talking about an upcoming wedding. I had gotten a couple items and wanted to try on and no one had still acknowledged me. So finally i butted in to ask for help and the blonde haired worker who I also think was the manager seemed very annoyed and asked the other girl to get me a room and then walked the other way. She was very rude ringing me up and seemed like she had better places to be than to be helping me. I said to have a good day and she turned the other way and continued on. I felt very unwelcome and very disrespected. I will not spend my money there or recommend this place. Knowing the values and expectations of working at Windsor I have no idea how she is still employed there. read more
