My neighbor purchased doors and windows from Window World. Based on his recommendation and inspection, I also purchased the same package from Window World. Unfortunately, the installation of my new sliding doors were installed incorrectly by the installer. The doors were overly difficult to open and close to the point my guest were also unable to open them without my assistance. Mike (another installer with the company) and the Window Manufacture came out on a service called. Based on their observation, a gallant effort was made to correct the issues. Unfortunately once again over time, the doors were becoming difficult to open and close. Once again I contacted Window World and expressed my concern regarding the doors. The Window Manufacture once again came out to review the issues. By the way, supper, supper nice person! He acknowledged my concerns once again, explaining he will get it corrected and not to worry. The Manufacture sent out (2) new complete frames for replacement. Along with the frames, Window World sent Mike and his assistance to my home to complete the repairs. Upon demolition, Mike took the time to show and explain how the previously installed door frames were incorrectly installed. While installing the new frames, once again, Mike took the time to show and explain what he had completed to ensure everything was installed correctly. I am elated to state my doors are now working correctly, easy to open, easy to close. As listed in some of the other reviews "Mike is the Man"! My takeaway from this experience, the product is manufactured by a solid company that stands behind it products. The installation company (Window World) also stand behind the product and installation. Of course once again, Mike the installer is the Man! I just had the windows and sliding doors replaced in my condo by Window World Riverside County and couldn't be more pleased. Everything went perfectly from the initial home visit and estimating process all the way through to the installation. Ko, our salesperson was on time, professional, efficient, didn't try to oversell, and explained everything in detail (without taking up our entire afternoon like so many sales people do). Megan in the office oversaw all the paperwork and was always friendly and prompt at getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had. And on installation day, Mike and Gil did nothing short of an amazing job! They arrived exactly on time, were professional and friendly, installed four windows and three sliding doors in one day, cleaned everything meticulously and left us feeling relieved and excited with our beautiful new windows/doors. I just had all of the windows replaced in my home, by Window World - Riverside. I have waited for years to do this because I have a hard time making decisions. However, my salesman, Omar Luna, made everything easy. He took all of my questions and guesswork out of it. He helped me make all of the decisions. He is THE best! He was so kind and knowledgeable about windows. He spent the time to tell me about the product, and was in no hurry. There was NO hard sale at all, which I appreciate! I had 3 estimates and Window World was the best price and the best customer service. Omar brought out actual windows so that I could see what they looked like and get a feel for the quality. I would definitely recommend Window World of Riverside for your window replacement.The day of installation Jake and his crew were on time as scheduled. Lead Installer Jake walked me thru the installation process from start to finish. Jake and his crew did an amazing job from removing 10 windows, installing 10 new windows, caulking and cleanup. The quality of workmanship and professionalism was exceptional. The window prices were excellent compared to other estimates I received and there is a Lifetime Warranty provided with their windows. I can personally vouch for their Lifetime Warranty which is second to none. I have another 6 windows to replace which I will be getting them measured and ordered in the next few months from WW. Our new windows look amazing!!! So clean and clear and energy efficient. The installers did an amazing job, we replaced 15 windows and 2 patio doors and they did it in 1 day. I was expecting a big mess being that they replaced 30+ year old windows but Jake, Max and Freddy were very tidy, cleaned as they went, and it was a very smooth install. They were also so kind to the kids while they asked them lots of questions about what are they doing! I love that the store is local and the installers are local to Riverside County too!
