I got an estimate to replace all the windows in my house, first from Renewal by Anderson and another one from a local glass company in Hemet. Anderson's prices were ridiculous and the glass company could not provide the service and product I wanted. Window World was top notch from the estimator guy, Omar, to the office ladies and installers. The prices were excellent, product very good... they were professional, helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to my own family and friends read more

Half-assed work at its finest... Window World (Ko) was hired by our landlord to replace a $3000 fired rated door between the garage and our kitchen. They horrifically botched the job and then refused to leave unless the work was signed for... Now they will not return calls or texts to come look at their "installers" work. They split the door using the wrong screw, busted the trim work and didnt clean up after themselves... Save yourself from these rip off artists... dont hire Ko and this Window World franchise... read more

They do not replace existing window but retrofit where they install the new window on your existing frame. Quality of the windows are under par, dust and air penetrating through weep holes which are pretty big on both sides. l wish I knew it was a retrofit and I could have installed a new one. read more

A bit of a bait and switch. I saw in the valuepaks an ad for 6 windows for $3,137 so I called and specifically asked if there were size requirements and any other upcharges. They mentioned as long as the windows were under 5ft each way, it would fit within pricing. They were clear that the only thing on top of the $3,137 would be taxes which I understand. When the sales rep came, he refused to honor the price even though my windows were well within the limits. I haven't decided yet where I will get my windows done, but I'm not a fan of companies that deceive to get their foot in the door. read more

Myself and my husband were extremely excited to get our windows replaced using window world. Online and in person, their work is amazing. The men who came to service the home were fast and easy to communicate with, unfortunately the reason for my low rating has everything to do with their customer service representatives. They canceled our appointment without consent because of their poor communication and when speaking with them to rectify the situation, they took absolutely no accountability, proceeded to blame us for the cancellation and spoke with us about payroll, which I find extremely inappropriate. Sadly Megan the manager in particular was extremely confrontational. She wanted to do nothing to rectify the situation. All she offered was an apology, followed up by blaming us, which obviously made the apology meaningless. As a company, they took no accountability for their mistake and did nothing to make things right. We have worked in customer service for years and do a lot business for home improvements and this has to be by far the worst experience we have ever had with customer service. I did reach out to corporate to let them know about the situation they informed me that they'd relay this to the owners, and someone will reach out to me , and I never received a call back . Overall, this company does do great work, but they leave the impression to me that the customer is not a priority only the money they receive matters. read more

Made an appointment and the sales person did not even show up. No call from Window World. When I finally called I was told that they did not get my response to a text to confirm. They must have too many customers in order to throw away some that easy. read more

THE WORST! First of all, they required 50% deposit which is illegal in California! All that is required by law is 10%!!! And they are giving my mom the biggest run around trying to get her deposit back! The salesman was SO PUSHY! Said he was the owner!? Wow he was awful! I had to ask him to lower his voice he got so upset when my mom was trying to decide the frame color. My mom had 3 days to cancel and she cancelled on the 2nd day in writing and it's been well over the "10 business day cancel policy" and they STILL HAVEN'T RETURNED HER MONEY! Now they are saying the good old "Checks in the mail!!" BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Let's see how much longer this is going to take!! CHARLOTTE DO BETTER!!!!!!!! read more

I had my windows installed less than a week ago by Mike, Gil, and Zack, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This team was truly a class act. They made me feel completely at ease in my home, executing the project with a clear purpose and plan from start to finish. The long wait for my windows was well worth it, thanks to the joy they brought with their meticulous installation. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and it was clear that they took great pride in their craft. Each window was installed with precision, and the care they took in prepping and cleaning both before and after the installation was of the highest professional standard--something I haven't seen in a contractor for quite some time. I also want to give a special shout-out to my sales rep, Omar, who delivered on every promise. This one picture doesn't do justice to the excitement and beauty they've added to our home with their exceptional craftsmanship. read more

I really put the experience of our Window World installation at a 10 out of 10! The team of Max and Brandon was flawless -- from removal, installation, every detail of caulking and cleanup before they left. We enjoyed chatting along the way ... they were so pleasant! I highly recommend the windows we chose and -- ask for Max and Brandon if possible. The windows are all I hoped for .... They keep out noise, heat and especially wind and dust! I am totally happy with our new windows, and should have done the replacement years ago. Glad it's done now for us to ENJOY! D&G M. Palm Springs, CA read more

Both sets of sliding glass doors started leaking a river of water into our house from the top during every rain. We were told they would repair them but referred elsewhere to have the work completed. After we were ignored for months we were told we should have been sealing the windows ourselves. Although originally happy with this company during optimal weather the rain has brought out the truth in how unworthy they are to hire. read more

I just had the windows and sliding doors replaced in my condo by Window World Riverside County and couldn't be more pleased. Everything went perfectly from the initial home visit and estimating process all the way through to the installation. Ko, our salesperson was on time, professional, efficient, didn't try to oversell, and explained everything in detail (without taking up our entire afternoon like so many sales people do). Megan in the office oversaw all the paperwork and was always friendly and prompt at getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had. And on installation day, Mike and Gil did nothing short of an amazing job! They arrived exactly on time, were professional and friendly, installed four windows and three sliding doors in one day, cleaned everything meticulously and left us feeling relieved and excited with our beautiful new windows/doors. They were a top-notch installation team all the way! It's rare to have a home remodeling project go smoothly from beginning to end, but Window World made this one of the easiest projects I've ever done. I would highly recommend them when you are ready for new windows and doors! read more

We just had all of our windows replaced including 2 sliders, we chose Window World Riverside (WW) after getting several other quotes. WW had the best price for all of the extras they include, the other quotes did not offer as much, well, unless you wanted to pay extra which jumped the cost way above WW! From my first call to request a quote, to Omar the sales person, to MIKE AND FREDY our installers, I am so happy we chose WW - every single person I interacted with was kind, professional and knowledgeable and took COVID safety measures. This has been hands down some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever had. I could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend WW Riverside! NOW - let me tell you about how well the windows worked, 104 degree day, A/C set to 76...normally the A/C would turn on around 1pm at 4pm I realized that my upstairs office still felt cool and the A/C had not come on yet! At 6pm, our house finally hit 77 degrees and the A/C clicked on! THE WINDOWS KEPT THE HEAT OUT AND LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you WW, Thank you Megan, Thank you Omar, Thank you Mike, Thank you Fredy!!!! read more

Charlotte part owner you can state what you like in order to make your business look better and you continue to state I'm not telling you the truth in yet I provided proof to you to show you what I've been saying is true since I've only spoken to you a few times otherwise it's always been your receptionist Megan and Laura I had conversations with. If your employees want to lie to save their jobs that's on them. I provided proof my phone bill to show you dates and times I have called your company and tex messages that were sent between your staff and I. As for not liking your staff that isn't true I called your office because one of your staff older man was in a hurry and raised his voice at me and I didn't like that and being alone while it happened frightened me and I brought that up to your attention and even wrote it down on my paperwork that he didn't allow me to inspect the window before he left. As for the day of my appointment I never received a confirmation that this appointment was going to happen so I called left messages on your company voicemail but no one got back to me so I thought once again my window was going to be delayed on top of that I was at the hospital when your representative showed up and your company didn't call me that day you called my husbands line which he can't answer while at work nor have you ever called my husband line before so say what you will you know you and your company did me wrong by me one bad window after another for over 6 months until you decided to call this other representative. When I first met him he even stated he didn't bring the window to my home because it was scratched and I would (had to wait 2 more months for another) show that video with him stating that again as proof but at this point I'm done proving myself I know I'm telling you the truth. What I can do is warn everyone else who may consider your company not to go to you as you provide unprofessionalism, rudeness and scratch windows. There is no communication with your staff until something goes wrong then you get involved and do nothing but want to charge a fake fee As for all the women out there please make sure your not alone when they go to install your windows be careful and safe you don't want to get yelled at and feel frightened like I did. read more

Window World Riverside just completed my whole house replacement. This is my third job with WW ( two with Riverside one with San Diego). Not very helpful! Took a while to get a reply just to be told they can't help with replacing my Windows. Never been turned away from a company like this before. Thanks for the comment however, I'm including a photo of the text as I never said anything about 3 days nor did I say it was only a repair. The text does say 2 windows needed replacing. Wanted to edit and include photo for others to choose wisely when conducting business with this company. They can't even comprehend conversation when it's in writing. That raises a red flag for me as they may misunderstand or miscommunicate something and I'll have to suffer for it. Good luck folks!! read more

Just had all the windows in my house replaced by Window World. Great experience! Ko came to my home and thoroughly explained the process, answered all my questions, etc. Windows took about 3 months to arrive (not surprising for the times we are in), and were installed yesterday and today. Ralph and Misael were my installers - what a team! Those guys worked a 12 hour day yesterday (they had to load up in Riverside before driving to Palm Springs to start the job) and never broke stride! Yesterday it was 121 in Palm Springs - didn't phase these two! They were real pros, very pleasant and courteous, and worked efficiently. Never once saw them take a break, other than about 15 minutes to eat. They came back this morning to finish up one last window and were done in a little more than an hour. My house is all put back together, windows look amazing and life is good! Thanks, Window World! read more

Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows. Ko was here for the initial appointment on time and very well informed. It took a few weeks longer to have the windows installed due to supply problems. The day of installation was very easy. The two men that showed up were here about 6-7 hours and replaced all the windows. They cleaned up, took the trash with them and washed the windows. Could never tell anyone was here. Except for the new windows that keep the heat out, are less noisy and are very well sealed against the dust. Would use them again in a minute. read more

This company deserves 5 NEGATIVE STARS. In short, they advertise Certified Energy Star Products however, they are only energy efficient. Omar who came to measure called someone for instructions on measuring so, that worried me. I went to the office and Omar printed energy-efficient ratings for windows to be manufactured in 3-4 weeks. It was then I noticed the windows we spoke of with 5" borders were not ordered and Omar argued, that was what I ordered. I went home and decided to cancel the order since it was still another 3-4 weeks before mfg. Laura said she could not cancel the order and Charlotte Das will be back on Monday. Later that afternoon Charlotte called me and said "No matter what" she was going to keep my money whether I took the sliders or not. This company with Charlotte Das supervising does not believe in Customer Satisfaction and I can say her employees have more manners in their little fingers than Charlotte does in her whole body. I have contacted CSLB regarding violations. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER. read more

I couldn't be more impressed with a company than I am with Window World of Riverside County. From the first time Ko came over to give an estimate, to how great my place looked when Michael and his crew finished. Ko was knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining his products and why they were a good deal. He didn't talk down any other company but instead countered with what his company and windows could do. His guarantee isn't as good as some of the other estimates I received but it's still pretty darn good. Charlotte was always so nice when speaking with her on the phone. She went out of her way to try to get a day I preferred to get the windows put in. Michael and his crew were quick, efficient and you see tell how they enjoyed working together. Because of this they worked together very well. I don't think my overall experience could have been any better. read more

Window World just finished my windows. Today I was able to completed the second half of my homes 13 windows & 1 slider. First 11 windows done in 2018. Can't tell you enough about how wonderful everyone that we dealt with. Let's start with Ko he came to our home to tell us about these amazing windows. Ko asked me what I needed in a window. I needed windows that would keep the heat out ,but also let the sun in. He answered all my questions along with a sample window that would fit my needs. All the information on the glass so I could do my homework. Now Taylor from the office. What a sweet person. She keep us up to date on the delivery & installation. With reminders to make sure we are ready. Believe me I need the reminders Lolo. She answered any extra questions I had or made sure to get back promptly with the answer. The installers Jake & Manni OMG what super nice guys. Their work was impeccable. These windows are beautiful, but its the install finish work that these two did that really made the windows shine. We love the look of the windows so much. We have decided not to put back the wood blinds. Three of my neighbors are interested in new windows and are looking forward to seeing mine. I can't wait to show off my beautiful windows. read more

Requested for some windows to be replaced, but nobody call or got I connected with us in over 2 months.

Ko came out to give me an estimate for window replacement. Everything was good at first but when we said we would need a few days to think about the offer he changed drastically. Ko wanted us to sign right then and there. He said he could not guarantee the price if we did not. My husband told him we would not be pressured into anything and boy what a change in attitude. Ko could not get out of my home fast enough. His quote was high. He also talked bad about other companies and bragged about his prices being better than anyone's. Bad customer service is always a turn off and even if his quote was great I would not use him... read more

I "am positing an honest review about my experiences with Window World of Riverside Very good and excellent service. I called so many places because we needed 14 windows and 2 sliding doors to be replaced and install. In my house, the previous company give us a price they were outrageous. of the house upgraded all the windows, didn't want to keep the ugly window. Every place I called was not interested in just replacing one window. They had a minimum. At This company they were more than happy to help. Mr. Bill Thiebert Sales person spend some time with us to explain the prices and the quality of the window. Everything was written in a professional manner. He told us will take 3 weeks for installation. Sure, enough Charlette, at the office called us and set up the date for the installation she is very professional, reliable and accurate in giving us the specifics. She answered all our concerns at once. She was friendly & very, very, nice to speak with too. As soon as the window came in, they installed it. The window looks great. The guys who did the work were very nice and did a great job. Thank you! The most awaited day "Installation Day", I had Mikael install 2 other men who came and did the work professionally and accurately. They were fast and very much experienced with the job. We had windows replaced and had an excellent experience from the estimate to the install. Quality windows and nice crew.

I hired Window World of Riverside to retrofit my condo windows in Palm Desert. With the extreme weather of Coachella valley desert I knew it was important to get a reliable company with a warranty for their products. The owner Ko came to quote my job. I had 2 other quotes and felt WW had the best price and product available with a warranty. Ko said any issues with the windows can be addressed with his company and they would deal with the window manufacturer. Much more personal than just installing window and leaving the owner to fend for themselves should problems arise. My HOA requested information as well as the City needed permits, and for a small fee, WW took care of the permitting process for me. It was pretty streamlined and a simple process. Megan and Skylar in the office were extremely helpful and made the entire process a breeze. I have only had the windows a month, but they look great and the install went smooth. 5 stars all the way thus far. If I experience any issues down the line, I will update my review, but I can only speak of my stellar experience thus far. Thank you! read more

Horrible experience, my husband and I requested a quote. Rep Omar came to our home and gave us a quote sometime in May 2021, we contacted Omar May 27th 2021 and told him we wanted to move forward. Omar made us aware the windows needed to be made and will take 12 wks to have them made and replaced. I texted Omar Aug 13, 2021 requesting status, Omar never replied nor called. I called Window World Riverside directly and talked to the store manager, she was rude and very unprofessional. According to her one of the windows could not be made, keep in mind they manufacture their own windows. She said, Omar contacted you to make you aware we weren't able to make one of the windows, and the order was never placed. Omar never called me to make us aware of the situation, here we are waiting for our windows to be replaced. My next question to her was so are you wanting my business, and she replied No, she did even apologize nor make the attempt too. read more
