Very pleased with the quality of the custom windows, and Rhonda offered three different choices of UV protective glass (we chose the middle grade). Keep in mind, though, the windows are built to order, so it was a month after we first met with Rhonda that the installers came. I can't give enough praise in words to thank Rhonda and her team for the effortless transition from old, worn out, builder's grade windows, to the beautiful windows they installed.

I arranged with this company to do the work and we decided on the cost and the time they would arrive. I called them mid-day (a few hours before they were supposed to arrive) and they said they were coming and to send photos of the shower door. I sent the photos and followed back up before they were arriving to make sure everything is ok. They stopped all contact after that last call and I never heard from them. I called a few more times to see if something happened and they were still coming but no response. I had to pay double to get someone out on overtime pay to do the job as we could not push back the hvac install. This company really screwed me over and I would not recommend them to anyone.
