After reading strong reviews, I contacted Alex to see whether he could replace sun‑damaged windows…read moreand to request an estimate. He immediately asked for a photo without gathering any details about the windows. I explained that the damage wouldn't show in a picture, but he insisted that photo‑based estimates are his standard process, with in‑person measurements only after agreeing to the estimate. This process felt impersonal and did not inspire confidence. While this may work for some customers, it did not meet my expectations for a service provider. I decided to look for a company that offers a more reassuring initial assessment.

Rhonda is easy to talk to & very down-to-earth. Dan and his install team work well together, and with only three of them, were able to do 13 windows (remove & install new) in one day. Very pleased with the quality of the custom windows, and Rhonda offered three different choices of UV protective glass (we chose the middle grade). Keep in mind, though, the windows are built to order, so it was a month after we first met with Rhonda that the installers came. I can't give enough praise in words to thank Rhonda and her team for the effortless transition from old, worn out, builder's grade windows, to the beautiful windows they installed.

The products they install have great customer support as well, which we value. We also have friends that used the team for installations, which is why we ended up taking a bid from them. We are absolutely enamored with the final result! Justin did such a fantastic job with the installation and has great attention to detail. We're so excited about it that we are ready to schedule the installation of our next door. Thank you, Southern Pride Openings!
