Aaron and Charles were awesome and were with us from start to finish. They did a fantastic job turning our ideas into reality and guiding us through the whole process. They were always careful not to damage or disturb any surrounding areas (grass, fencing, pool, etc.), and it was awesome seeing how fast it came together. We're very happy with the results and the experience overall and will definitely use them again for future pool and patio plans.

Now to be fair, I did leave voicemails on May 25th, Memorial Day weekend, at around 2pm. Maybe all these companies have gone out of business? I did leave my call back number and reason for calling. Anyone know of a Masonry company that would be willing to do my small job in East Dallas area?

Nearly a year later, they still have made little to no effort to resolve the issue. Accidents happen, but how a company responds says everything. In my case, there was no accountability, no urgency, and no customer care. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them.
