They replaced a external window and it was so brittle it took longer than normal to get it out and shattered in many pieces. I really hate giving bad reviews. I've thought long and hard about what to say about this, but I…read morefeel like I need to warn people about this company. Two years ago, we had Blackland Glass replace every window in our home, and they sold these windows to us by stating they were "the best, top-of-the-line windows you can buy. . .fully warrantied against everything, including pebbles, rocks during mowing, etc. Lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace them no matter what." We paid over $18,000 for these windows. They installed the windows, and they did a very poor job of it. At one point, they installed a solid pane window in a bedroom and had to take it out and move it where it was supposed to go. They broke bricks around a couple of my windows, did an absolutely abhorrent job on the caulking. There are awful bumps in the caulking, dents in the lift handle in the bottom of one of the windows. Still, what was done was done, and I tried to take a deep breath and move on. Fast forward to last summer when we got a crack and a hole in one of the windows, so I thought, "Great. At least they're warrantied." I called the company, left a message. No answer. I called again. No response. I called a third time, and I left a rather firm message for someone to call me back. They did call me back, and the person there told me that they no longer deal with the company that made our windows due to quality issues. Needless to say, I still have a hole in my window, still have broken bricks and bad caulking, and they refuse to honor the warranty and repair the window. I finally decided to write a review today because someone told me that I'm not doing anyone any favors by remaining silent, that there are people out there that will trust Blackland Glass and invest a lot of money in false promises. I still have a b roken window because we live out in the country, and trying to find someone to come out here and do a repair is very difficult. Still looking for someone to repair it. If you do decide to use them, I hope you have a far better experience than we have.

After getting quoted $1,300+ at the Honda dealership to replace my windshield I decided to look…read moreelse where. I thought most places would be crazy expensive because of the "camera recalibration." Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative than giving your money to the dealerships. Everyone I spoke to was professional, they were on time, and kept me updated on their arrival. 10/10 would recommend their services
