Firstly, it's immersive, the artistic makeup of these treats are incredible and made to look like untouched foods. The outside is a crispy chocolate shell and the inside is a masterfully mixed cream and pastry. When you bite into these you get an explosion of flavor that leaves a lasting impression. You MUST go here.

I had previously tried their Tart Brûlée, Matcha Almond Bun, and Mushroom Suisse at the other location and found them pretty good, but almost too buttery, especially the Mushroom Suisse. I also vaguely remember getting their "Banana" dessert, as they're best known for their fruit-shaped desserts, and finding it decent. At this spot, I got the $5.95 Pain Saucisse, listed as a buttery pastry filled with beef sausage, pickles, and cheese for a savory, tangy flavor. Similar to the other suisse, it was very buttery, with there also being too much cheese. This led to the whole thing being a tad salty and oily. Outside of that, I liked the smoky sausage, and there was a faint bite from the pickle. If this were balanced better, I would have liked it a lot more. For the price, it's certainly better than the various trash Nathan's carts, but that's not saying much. If I were to go back, I would likely get either the pistachio cube, matcha croissant, or black sesame puff square. In short, a decent, fancy pastry shop.

We visited this today on a special occasion ... a cool cafe. They thought of everything from fresh bakery items to cakes, pastries, coffee, and lattes- ready to eat--and everything is at a very reasonable price... Cute Paris-style chairs and tables add to the beauty of this store. Counter staff were friendly and they informed us about the app and rewards. We had- *Butter cream bread *Buffalo chicken and Ranch pizzetta *Chocolate supreme croissant *Cream brulee Bombolone *NY-style cheese cake slice Everything was great..!! Crossiant so was flaky, crispy, and tasty altogether. Outdoor sitting is there, just like any classy cafe. Also, they have free parking [SOFI Parking Garage] in the basement so no hassle of where to park downtown, right?

The movie received an 80% and 75% approval rating respectfully. After the movie, we stopped by the Paris Baguerre which is only five minutes away. The close proximity is one of the reasons I chose the Paris Baquette. The pastry shop is clean, brightly lit and most importantly quiet enough to have a conversation. As my buddy and I played movie critics we chose our desserts. They make pastries daily. We went with the "Strawberry Lemon Cream Croissants" $6.69. The croissant was definitely fresh and delicious. A little high in price. but the quality and taste were there. They offer Lavazza coffee. I can't remember the price but it was not out of line. You can park in designated parking spaces in the SOFI parking garage. They have an app and a reward program, as well. As a final note, if aliens can get to Earth from light years away, we would not stand chance if they had nefarious intentions.
