Loved the new Pandan cloud matcha that was recently added to their specialty drinks, can't wait to come back and try the blueberry latte and their food items. Def be prepared to wait in line for 15-20 min because they are always busy on the weekends!

First off: Service. I told the employee that this was my first time there, and they were more-than-happy to help me make a decision for my order. Patient and walked me through. Second: The Food. Let's get into it. 1) Cassava Latte ($7.50) - I was so pleasantly suprised at this drink; described as "(i)nspired by the Filipino dessert cake, made with condensed milk and coconut." The first sip, and I was intrigued! It was perfectly sweet, and the perfect mix of that coconut-dessert taste that cassava typically delivers! It tasted genuine, if that's possible. 2) Sinigang Croquette ($5.00) - This was interesting. Described as "Pork and Gabi (taro) shaped into a patty, rolled in Japanese bread crumbs, and deep fried. Served with our in-house sawsawan (dipping sauce)", it hit all the right notes. To be honest? $5.00 for 1 felt a bit steep. I'd pay $7.50 for two, though! 3) Boy Bawang Shio Pan ($7.50) - This was the most curious of all my purchases. Described as an "(i)n-house salt bread rolled in garlic and corn crumbs, filled with roasted garlic butter, topped with corn cheese whip. Inspired by the popular Filipino snack: Boy Bawang. THIS ITEM I SING ITS PRAISES. I am an absolute lover of the Boy Bawang Garlic Flavor Corn Snack --- much more pungent than anything Corn Nuts could ever offer. This Shio Pan absolutely delivered with its roasted garlic flavor! And as soon as you take a few bites ---- you get hit with that roasted garlic butter --- and let me tell you, they are not shy about their filling! Absolute master class --- but it's only for a limited run. You should definitely try! Third: Ambiance - The Cafe is quaint --- and has a seating area that could maybe fit between 18-24 people? It's just along the side of the business, but I managed to get a table for myself. Ayala, you did not disappoint! Can't wait to try your Sisig Flatbread for the next round!

There were some fans also watching and cheering, but it was much calmer which is perfect for me anyway. The service was very friendly, I enjoyed my maduros and the Bandeja Paisa was large enough to share too. Rice was seasoned, beans were tasty, chicharron crispy / just right. The steak was what you would expect, thin but wasn't chewy. The sausage was bursting with flavor and tasty seasoning. We also had a few pastries but it was the end of the night so they probably would have been better in the morning. Overall a good time, family friendly spot and I'd recommend stopping in. Oh- my chicken empanada was also really yummy even though I ordered beef and had to ask twice because they forgot it. But I didn't let them know it was the wrong one because when I bit into it I really liked it!

I was sitting there, clearly waiting, and continued to be ignored as others were taken ahead of me. There was no explanation, no acknowledgment, and no attempt to correct it. The experience felt discriminatory and extremely unprofessional. Regardless of the reason, this is not how customers should be treated. I will not be returning and hope management addresses how customers are prioritized and treated.

I originally wanted their drip coffee, but they were closing soon so they had stopped that for the day. I decided to try their liquid crack cold brew with almond milk. The owner was extremely kind and assured me that I would really enjoy my pick. She was right! It was fantastic! It had no added sugar and just their beans (as the owner said when I asked her what as in it). There was a slight sweetness from the almond milk (just perfect for me). The atmosphere was wonderful! It had lots of space for seating and plenty of natural light. There was even a flower shop inside the restaurant with the most adorable golden retriever! I would definitely come back to try more of their drinks.

Apparently this cafe use to be a laundromat I believe? So you can see some of the architecture behind that. It's such unique place since it serves coffee and flowers! What an interesting combination!
