    Hot Latte (no flavor)
    Raquel J.

We only had their coffee, hot latte ... no flavor needed! The coffee was so good! It was very rich & smooth, came out nice and hot too! The staff were very nice and welcoming. Cute little spot ... we will be back to try their food as well! If you're in the area and are in need of a hot coffee / latte , please try theirs!

This place is inviting and unique. The decor is well done. They recently opened so I stopped for coffee and decided to get an empanada since it was out on display. Very friendly staff. The coffee was good and the empanada was very tasty but very cold. The competition is fierce in this area with so many great bakeries and cafes. I wish this place much success and hope they become a hot spot.

Finally got to experience this place after hearing of it for more than 2+ years! I've heard at…read moretimes this Coffee spot can be pretty packed, so I feel like I came on a really good day. First off: Service. I told the employee that this was my first time there, and they were more-than-happy to help me make a decision for my order. Patient and walked me through. Second: The Food. Let's get into it. 1) Cassava Latte ($7.50) - I was so pleasantly suprised at this drink; described as "(i)nspired by the Filipino dessert cake, made with condensed milk and coconut." The first sip, and I was intrigued! It was perfectly sweet, and the perfect mix of that coconut-dessert taste that cassava typically delivers! It tasted genuine, if that's possible. 2) Sinigang Croquette ($5.00) - This was interesting. Described as "Pork and Gabi (taro) shaped into a patty, rolled in Japanese bread crumbs, and deep fried. Served with our in-house sawsawan (dipping sauce)", it hit all the right notes. To be honest? $5.00 for 1 felt a bit steep. I'd pay $7.50 for two, though! 3) Boy Bawang Shio Pan ($7.50) - This was the most curious of all my purchases. Described as an "(i)n-house salt bread rolled in garlic and corn crumbs, filled with roasted garlic butter, topped with corn cheese whip. Inspired by the popular Filipino snack: Boy Bawang. THIS ITEM I SING ITS PRAISES. I am an absolute lover of the Boy Bawang Garlic Flavor Corn Snack --- much more pungent than anything Corn Nuts could ever offer. This Shio Pan absolutely delivered with its roasted garlic flavor! And as soon as you take a few bites ---- you get hit with that roasted garlic butter --- and let me tell you, they are not shy about their filling! Absolute master class --- but it's only for a limited run. You should definitely try! Third: Ambiance - The Cafe is quaint --- and has a seating area that could maybe fit between 18-24 people? It's just along the side of the business, but I managed to get a table for myself. Ayala, you did not disappoint! Can't wait to try your Sisig Flatbread for the next round!

I had the sisig flatbread and the pork croquette. The sisig flatbread had very unique and complex flavors. I thought it was very creative. The croquette was fresh and tasty, but it was truly the sauce that came with it that was the star of the show. It bold and vinegary and tasted great with the sisig flat bread as well. I tried a bit of my friend's pandan waffle and it was quite tasty! I could really taste the pandan. Now the bad. The ube latte was mediocre. I asked for mine with matcha, but I really couldn't even taste the matcha. I think next time I might try their other drinks to see if there is a difference. However, I was really expecting better. Overall: I'd say the food is better than the drinks, which is a bit of a disappointment because I was hoping for both to be out of this world. The service was good and the staff was very kind. I also enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant as well.

The owner, Kamily, is always friendly as you walk through the door. My go-to are their teas, which contain 160mg of caffeine and lots of vitamins. My favorite is rainbow splash, but all have been tasty. I've also tried their protein shakes which are so good they taste like dessert! With under 300 calories each and 24g protein, the shakes come in flavors like banana pudding, cookie drip, and Reese's pieces. Each tea and shake are $10 each. My only suggestion, as a frequent visitor, is I wish they had a punch card so I could rack up a free shake. Truly recommend this business to all!

The Morristown location, just across Speedwell Avenue from the Hyatt Grand Regency, is open and airy with plenty of seating, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and free WiFi for those who need to get some work done or seek a temporary distraction from those around them. On my most recent visit to ETB, I had a pistachio latte - made with coconut milk and pistachio syrup and served in a cup rimmed with pistachio cream - which was fantastic! What really stood out to me was the presentation. The plating is decorative and gives upscale, fine dining vibes, which makes the whole brunch feel elevated rather than just casual. The atmosphere is one of my favorite parts. It has a cute café-style brunch vibe with an airy, light, and inviting decor. It feels relaxed but still aesthetically put together. The service was also excellent--our server was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. I also liked that they offer mocktails and allow BYOB for alcohol, which gives you flexibility depending on your preference. Now, just to be real--this place is popular, so expect a wait. It can get crowded and a bit tight inside, especially during peak brunch hours. Parking is also something to plan for since there's limited space (the lot only fits about four cars), so you'll likely need to find street parking. Overall, I definitely recommend Blossom Brunch. The food, vibe, and service are all on point. Honestly, they're doing so well that I hope they expand soon--it's clearly a spot that's in demand and could benefit from more space.

The pancakes were definitely the highlight of the meal. We ordered the sampler sizes of the Tres Leches, Fruity Pebbles, and Banana Pudding pancakes. Out of the three, the Fruity Pebbles pancakes were by far the best, flavorful, fun, and wellbalanced. The Tres Leches pancakes, while good in concept, were overwhelmingly sweet. The Banana Pudding pancakes, however, were enjoyable and had a nice balance of flavor. For savory dishes, the Crab Cake Benedict was excellent and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the Chicken & Waffles Benedict did not meet expectations. The chicken lacked seasoning and crispiness, making the dish taste bland overall. I was not a fan of that particular entrée. On the other hand, the regular Chicken & Waffles dish was much better and came with three wings coated in a tasty hot honey sauce. The service and hospitality, however, left a lot to be desired. Although our waiter was kind , the timing of food was lacking. Also they did forget to give us utensils and we had to ask when one of the dishes arrived (because they didn't all arrive at the same time ) . Our table of four initially received only three drinks, leaving one person waiting an additional five minutes for theirs. The food was brought out one dish at a time rather than together, which disrupted the dining experience. The last dish to arrive, the Chicken & Waffles and Eggs Benedict ,came out so late that the rest of the table had already nearly finished eating. Overall, while some of the food items stood out positively, the lack of coordination and attentiveness in service negatively impacted the overall experience.
