With no shortage of bakeries on the island, Paris Baguette brings new flavor into a place filled with Italian bakeries and I'm all for it. The space is bright, new, and modern. They have a unique system here. You walk in and grab a plate and tongs and grab as you move along. On my last visit I had their caramel cronut. Nobody on the island makes cronuts. The cronut was amazing. If you've ever had one then you know what Im talking about. Filled and topped with delicious caramel. Haven't had the coffee but they do serve lavazza which is quality. After listening to my daughter rave about the hot chocolate at this place, I took a drive with her Paris Baguette. I am not usually a hot chocolate person, but it was a very cold early evening and I gave in. My daughter grabbed a decadent croissant stuffed with cream and strawberries and ordered two small hot chocolates. The hot chocolate was hot, creamy, and so rich but yet light if that makes sense. The service was quick and friendly. It's a great place to sit, drink, and eat tasty pastries while catching up with friends! Love that this is at a plaza with ample parking and friendly employees! read more

I always like to pick up pastries here and they never disappoint. We got the butter cream pecan croissant, a strawberry tart, and tiramisu tart which were all so delicious! We came on a Sunday and they were pretty busy, with lots of drink orders so we didn't pick up a drink. The place itself has some seating where people like to do some work and chat. read more

Just a quick review last time we stopped in we weren't able to sit because there were all these men sitting with lap tops with two screens a mouse and head sets on. I found it kind of odd. This is a cafe to drink and have dessert/ sandwich's and here u have grown men taking up rent space. While paying customers can't sit and enjoy their coffee. When speaking to the "manager" she said she was unable to do anything. I find this bad business practice. This is totally not professional to say to a paying guest and these people should have a time limit to be sitting at tables especially if they are not eating or drinking! read more

Overall: Only one on staten island and its like the ones in queens! Came for the grand opening and the morning after it was great! Inside: has lots of room for studying and just sitting to grab a quick bite! Food: lots of the great bakery goodies, the cakes are all phenomenal especially the Yogurt and the triple berry. I love the sweet pastries so the donuts and flaky breads are what im always getting. The croissant donut was filled and wonderful. Also, have special ones that are seasonal and also just local! Service: of course since its new there are lots of new employees learning, however one of the baristas and the cashier seem to have a lot of experience and quickly had my lattes made as well as teaching other employees. read more

I'm happy they exist. They have a delicious selection of lattes, etc. It rivals the Starbucks down the block - plus, come on, the bread selection is on point. This particular location is spacious enough with a welcoming vibe. A nice place to chill in between returning packages to the UPS store and shopping at the supermarket. Go. It's worth it. read more

I've ordered a cake for my wife's birthday. Once we cut the cut we found out that the actual sponge cake is about 1/3 smaller than the actual cake, as the middle is just filled with cream. This seems very unprofessional and deceptive. if I pay for a large cake, I should not receive small cake made into large cake by filling it with cream. read more

This place is adorable. Its Parisian desserts meets Chinese mochi and some other delicacies. Get there before 9AM if you plan to sit and eat otherwise it's standing room only. They have literally dozens of different pastries to choose from, whether they are filled with fruit or cream or chocolate, there's a little bit of everything. The pastries are self service and you order your coffee at the counter. They also allow you to add your own milk and sugar which I like. Most places stopped doing that after Covid. The reason for my 4/5 stars?? You stick to the floor as you walk. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. I don't know how often they're washing the floor, but it should be more frequent. read more

Ordered delivery and got the Cookie Butter Latte King Cream Donut, super super sweet, like hurts your teeth sweet. But the cream on the inside was good. Also got the Mocha Mochi Donut, solid mochi donut. And the coffee croissant donut was good. read more

Absolutely fabulous! The croissants are fabulous, and definitely worth the price, and possibly going up a size. Coffee was delicious. The place is kept spotless. We will definitely be regulars. There does seem to be a problem with their loyalty program. They scanned my phone, and nothing registered. Their store isn't listed on their main website to make a inquiry. I tried several different items for breakfast. Me and my husband tried different breads and various cakes and everything was very good. Kinda commercially manufactured and way smaller than what I expected but made well. And the coffee was really smooth no bitterness. So yes I recommend this place to try atleast once if you're curious. I don't think I will because I order online and would rather have something more substantial. read more

This is my first time here, the cappuccino is awful,the mango cake is tasteless, the " chocolate medallion " on top of the cake made out of something not eadable . This place has nothing to do with franch pastries , this is the cheap version , made out of cheap ingridients. Great quality and wide variety of cakes, pastries, breads, salads and sandwiches. Their coffee and cappuccino and tea selections are also good! The space is also big and inviting, and there is a fair amount of seating. This is my go-to place for birthday cakes and other cakes to bring to events. read more

I'm in shock to find little bugs in my pastries that I brought from there. The place looked so clean and sanitized, but apparently with closer scrutiny they might have some underlying health concerns. I made a report with the NYC Department of Health, hopefully they'll come check it out. read more
