We picked the pea gravels for the garden walk path to match with our deck and asked the register what he would suggested for the new, first time garden bed that we just built. The guy at register said promix and we took his suggestion and excited to put them in our garden bed to find out that these consist of basically 70% sand and the rest are some small pieces mulch, pebbles and clay kind of stuff (doesn't look like compose). As time goes by after putting plants in and water them for few weeks we notice nothing grow and the dirt became cakey so I decided to ask around for the opinion on this dirt and everyone think its nothing but just craps. We have to throw almost all these away as its not suitable for garden bed and we did take the issue back to the store and they said they can do nothing about it as they use the same thing on their garden bed too which I called bs. The gravels we bought was great, the dirt is trashed. Hood amount of money spent to learn the lesson.

Their dog food selection is pretty much all the premium food for pets. Not that any of the kibble today is great for our pets. But they have all the dog toys and leashes on the front right. Dog food is on the back right of the store as you enter the facility. All the cat stuff is in the left. Aquarium stuff in the far back. Took our John Deere zero turn mower in for warranty work. We have less than 30 hours on it…read more Only 3 years old still under warranty, we only use it to mow about 1acre of lawn. Used it max 6 times. They would not warranty it saying that the air filter was dirty and it caused it to blow a hole through the engine. They want almost $3000 to repair. Absolutely insane. My husband cleaned the mower after every mow. They do not work for the customer at all. The idea that a dirty air filter could blow a hole through the engine is ridiculous. (the filter was only a little dusty not plugged. You can still see the white pleats). They only want to charge you. It is a total rip off. The mileage led went out last year and they told us we could leave it there for a few months because the parts were on back order. So we told them next time. So now it's next time (still under warranty) and they are saying we denied service. Hello they didn't have the part, not to mention they are an hour away and we have to tow the mower there each time. They have no concept of customer service Their idea of customer service is to not honor the warranty and give you an estimate for more than half of what it would cost to buy a new mower. I hope John Deere takes care of their customers because united Ag and Turf in Taylor does not. Oh and they just sent this "We are going to go further in as well. It will take some time as we must disassemble the engine." Like I trust them?

Tractor supply then took that information and sold it to other companies. I wrote to Tractor Supply, at its corporate offices, and it does not deny this. I am on the national "DO NOT MAIL" list; but Tractor Supply decided to distribute my name, address and other information to third parties, including Northern Tool & Equipment, also known as NorthernTool.com. This company refuses to delete me from its mailing list; even after very formal attempts on my part to do so. I have never done business with a company once it acts unlawfully, and a prudent person would also avoid these companies. Tractor Supply will not survive because consumers want their privacy.

Petco turned my fluffy baby into a patchy, traumatized mess, and I paid for the privilege!…read more I took my dog to the Pflugerville Petco @ Limestone on Saturday, 8/9/25 for grooming, and the results were completely unacceptable. Her haircut was patchy and uneven, with some spots shaved almost down to the skin. Stray scraggly hairs were left behind, and her face framing looked nothing like what I expected or requested. The part that really pissed me off? When we got home, she went straight into her crate and refused to come out for the rest of the night. She normally sleeps in my grandson's room, so this behavior makes me believe she was stressed or even traumatized during the grooming process. Because her coat was cut so short, there's no way to fix it until it grows back. I contacted them and spoke to Brittany the next day to discuss my issues. Brittany suggested a discount on a future service...no thank you, I will not be returning. I believe I should get a full or even a partail, but more than half, refund because the service not only looked bad but clearly impacted my dog emotionally. Pet owners deserve to feel confident their pets are treated kindly and professionally, this experience made me feel the exact opposite.

I just want to let all the groomers at this PETCO know how much I appreciate them. I was concerned my dog mochi may have been pregnant. They were all so sweet and told me that if she was possibly pregnant that she could go into labor due to stress. Mochi did not get her grooming due to the concerns. Well a couple of hours after our visit at Petco we came home and for the first time I felt puppies move in my dog's belly. Shortly after that two hours later she gave birth to four boys. One of her boys does have a cleft lip/palate so we will be in to see Dr.Logan soon. These ladies deserve to be commended, neither of them are veterinarians. But they were all so concerned about my babys well-being and I appreciate them so much.
