A man with glasses at the register told me "I don't know what you're talking about. A man came yesterday and asked the same thing." I said "no, I literally called today at 5:11PM and was on the phone with you guys for over 9 minutes. The lady said that you guys had it." He proceeds to tell me "it was probably LC, KC, LJ (something along those lines) or Emily that gave you false information." Honestly such a huge waste of time. I highly don't recommend this place AT ALL.

We were building out garden and want to support local store so we stop by to check this place out…read more Since we may need at least 2 sq. y and they have deliveries service, we decided to go with this place. We picked the pea gravels for the garden walk path to match with our deck and asked the register what he would suggested for the new, first time garden bed that we just built. The guy at register said promix and we took his suggestion and excited to put them in our garden bed to find out that these consist of basically 70% sand and the rest are some small pieces mulch, pebbles and clay kind of stuff (doesn't look like compose). As time goes by after putting plants in and water them for few weeks we notice nothing grow and the dirt became cakey so I decided to ask around for the opinion on this dirt and everyone think its nothing but just craps. We have to throw almost all these away as its not suitable for garden bed and we did take the issue back to the store and they said they can do nothing about it as they use the same thing on their garden bed too which I called bs. The gravels we bought was great, the dirt is trashed. Hood amount of money spent to learn the lesson.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR KUBOTA SERVICE!!! Here are the items we requested: 1) check the tires 2) check the blades (sharpen if needed) 3) does it need to be tuned up? (Check usage hours) Costs are as follows: 1) $83.64 to LOOK AT THE FRONT TIRES 2) $67.00 to check the blades 3) $269.6 check the hours to find out if it's time for a tune up Sales is awesome. Service Department is terrible. Find the small engine mechanic who loves what they do to service your equipment after you purchase it. This place rips you off.

They do have a dog wash here. I haven't used it for my pets, but it was great to know they have one. The places I used to go to around the area closed and this one is super close. They seem very short staffed here. At the time I shopped here and I ready to check out my wait to check out was about 15 minutes and I only had one person in front of me. Their dog food selection is pretty much all the premium food for pets. Not that any of the kibble today is great for our pets. But they have all the dog toys and leashes on the front right. Dog food is on the back right of the store as you enter the facility. All the cat stuff is in the left. Aquarium stuff in the far back. Took our John Deere zero turn mower in for warranty work. We have less than 30 hours on it…read more Only 3 years old still under warranty, we only use it to mow about 1acre of lawn. Used it max 6 times. They would not warranty it saying that the air filter was dirty and it caused it to blow a hole through the engine. They want almost $3000 to repair. Absolutely insane. My husband cleaned the mower after every mow. They do not work for the customer at all. The idea that a dirty air filter could blow a hole through the engine is ridiculous. (the filter was only a little dusty not plugged. You can still see the white pleats). They only want to charge you. It is a total rip off. The mileage led went out last year and they told us we could leave it there for a few months because the parts were on back order. So we told them next time. So now it's next time (still under warranty) and they are saying we denied service. Hello they didn't have the part, not to mention they are an hour away and we have to tow the mower there each time. They have no concept of customer service Their idea of customer service is to not honor the warranty and give you an estimate for more than half of what it would cost to buy a new mower. I hope John Deere takes care of their customers because united Ag and Turf in Taylor does not. Oh and they just sent this "We are going to go further in as well. Well I went in last night and there was no one in Fish, I walked around and looked for someone to help, i finally approached the man at the register as it felt like a burden because I made eye contact and his RBF said enough (resting biatccchh face) basicaly said why are you looking at me. I also want to mention I have one working eye and chose not to wear my eye patch last night. I get that people want to ask questions, but don't stare at me like I pissed you off coming to your job, by the way he didn't even bother to say, did you need help, or heck anything nice. I finally waited until he was done checking someone else out and then I asked for help with the fish, super dismissive, but he said the guy with the curly hair is over there now did you not see him... no DANIEL I didn't see him or I wouldn't have asked for help, because lord knows someone pissed in your cheerios. I turned around and tried to roll my one good eye and even then I was afraid of running into something. I finally found CHAD and he tsted the water, I got to gripe about shittty mc shiiiittt pants attitude and got new plants for my tank $50 later, happy with purchase and the cutie that checed me out SAM, yeah she's a doll..
