The company I work for has bought many pieces of equipment from here. The guys at Ewald Kubota are…read moretrue professionals in the light and medium Equipment industry. I usually deal with John, Lige or Terry in service. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate my fast paced schedule of trying to organize repairs around several different crews. Ewald Kubota approaches their customers the way I approach mine. Be open, honest, admit when you messed up, make it right, and do whatever it takes (within reason) to make your customer happy. 2 events stand out to me in this regard. The first was a couple of years ago; an employee ran over a bunch of metal rebar. It punctured a coolant line and the engine overheated and cracked the engine block. When I brought it in, they told me it was a $7000 repair, and I fully expected them to make me pay for it. They explained to me that because I had full coverage insurance, they would be able to submit it as an accident claim. That although it would take them considerable effort and documentation, they were happy to do it for me. The repair was completed at a $250 deductible and everything else was free. Super happy. The second example is that a few months ago, I decided to upgrade all the tires on our tractors to Michelin Tweels. These are the bulletproof, non-pneumatic tires that were just introduced to the market. They cost $600 each tire, but come with a 2000 hour warranty, which was a main selling point for me. About 150 hours into use, one of the tires started to delaminate from the hub. I sent them a picture and they told me to keep using the tire while they ordered another one and shipped it. A few days later, I brought the tractor in and they switched the tire out immediately with a brand new one at no cost to me. They could've given me the runaround, but decided to stand behind their product even though it was not a Kubota branded product, because they knew that taking a $100 loss every few years to keep a customer for 30 years just makes good business sense. John, Lige, Terry, you guys have earned a customer for life. I don't care that your machines cost more than any other brand; I'll gladly pay it every time because of the awesome service attached to them!

Well instead they over charged me for everything, and I mean gauge you. Worse the vehicles looked worse than when they were dropped at the dealer. $20k later. Total ripoff. He wasn't there when I returned with my husband, the person at the desk contacted him to see what time he would be back, but never passed on that information. NO person there asked if someone else could help. 2 weeks later, Travis has not bothered to call back. I may be a lot of things, but I will not be ignored. Instead of the John Deere mower, I bought a Cub Cadet..... sorry guys, but even the little guys have money to spend......... VERY disappointing experience

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Don't ever do business with…read morethese people-worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have purchased several pieces of equipment from this establishment; called to get specs on the rotary cutter that I bought so that I would have the correct tools to maintain it. Called Coufal in Taylor and spoke to Gary in "Customer Service" while @ the hardware store and asked if he could get the bolt size holding the blades (couldn't be found in owner's manual). He says, "I don't know it right off the top of my head; you don't have a socket set you can just put up there and get the right size? "No, Sir. I am at the store trying to get the right tool," I responded. To which Gary the states, "I don't have time for this, I'm right in the middle of payroll." Total joke-don't waste your time with this unprofessional staff or business; especially when you're spending so much money.

To say that this small business is the best is a severe understatement!…read more Mowers and more is fast and reliable. I had issues with not one but two mowers. Don't ask long story. They came to my home. Evaluated both, fixed one (I had crappy gas in it!) and ordered parts for the other. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. In a world where customer service is not a priority, this company helps restores my faith in community. Thank you both for helping out!

My intent is not to be malicious, but this is 100% my honest review of my experience. If you had a…read moregood experience, awesome, but this was mine. If the owner replies to this review claiming they have no record of working with me, it is a lie. Here is the reality of my four-month, $1,400+ experience with Mowers And More. It started in April with a $210 diagnostic and a $500 PTO clutch replacement that did not solve the issue. They then said I needed a wiring harness. What followed was a frustrating series of delayed appointments. I was incredibly patient and accommodating through all of this, including reschedules for when the owner was hospitalized, and another time when they had to reschedule and couldn't show up because it was very hot that day and they got overheated at their earlier jobs. When they finally showed up weeks later, they realized they forgot to order the necessary PTO switch. They hadn't checked their inventory and blamed an 'AI ordering system' instead of taking accountability. Worse, during the install, they actually blew a solenoid, leaving my mower completely dead and unable to even crank. They had to make another trip just to fix the solenoid they broke. Literally before this entire ordeal, my mower cranked up just fine. Sitting idle for months waiting for their delayed repairs is more than likely what contributed to the fuel issues, not the 'wrong gas' that the owner later tried to claim. During that visit, they drained the fuel system, put on a new filter, and got it running on starting fluid just long enough to claim the PTO worked. They told me my carburetor was 'gross' and that I needed a new one. At this point, I was completely fed up. I told them I would just handle the fuel system myself because I wanted them gone. I never intended to not pay them. However, I clearly communicated that I wanted to get the mower running first so I could personally verify their electrical work. I couldn't just take their word for it. Instead of being understanding, he claimed, 'We did the work you hired us for,' and demanded the $720 final payment for a machine that still wouldn't stay running. I held my ground and refused to pay until I knew the machine worked. I am not a professional mechanic, but I took over, put on a new fuel pump, cleaned my old carburetor (I didn't even need the new one they claimed I did), replaced a single fuel line to the tank, and boom, it fired right up and cut the front yard perfectly. Only after I got it running myself did I go ahead and pay the invoice in full even though I feel like I shouldn't have, just to wash my hands of them and close the account for good. The owner likes to brag that they just won a local repair award. When confronted about this terrible service, he made excuses about how hard the parts supply chain is right now and claimed I 'have no idea' what it is like to run a "repair" business. It is incredibly ironic, especially when my entire career has been building companies in Home Services and Tech. The reality of running any business is that backend logistical issues happen, but it is your job as an owner to manage that chaos so the customer doesn't feel it. Save your time and money and find a true professional.
