I don't write many reviews but have to recognize Bill for his exceptional service. My septic alarm alerted so called Bill based on his perfect reviews. He was at our house the next morning and quickly diagnosed it as a faulty pump. It was a special class of pump so he ran to the store and quickly returned with the needed model. And not only did he replace the pump but he refreshed the PVC, fittings, wiring, everything. Total refresh all within his original price quote. After all was repaired he tested performance, and although it was working, he noticed there was a restriction to the neighborhood septic field. So he took it on his own, in the midst of a steady rain storm, to walk up to the septic field and assess the situation. Spent an extra hour testing and diagnosing neighborhood issues that were outside the scope of my repair. And his communication throughout was exceptional. I had to leave the house before he finished and he called me twice to provides updates and recommendations for engaging our HOA. City of Westlake requires regular pumping and inspection of sewage tanks. Our steep, curvy, narrow driveway is long and makes it difficult for a sewage truck to get to our tank. Finding a company that is willing to work with us is time consuming and frustrating. Bill Sanchez came to the rescue!! He has a small truck - worked with us to prepare for his arrival and what a joy it is to work with him. Professional, super nice, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced - his work ethic is amazing. It's a bad morning when you wake up with your grinder pump light on red. That means a lot sh** for breakfast. I looked up plumbing and septic on Yelp and Bill came up. Told him what was going on and he came by early the next to confirm my thoughts. Back up pump and burned up pump. Instead of doing the normal contractor set up for me to spend $2000-$3000, he says "you might have protection for this from your water district". Knowing my luck, I thought this could not be true. I was very satisfied with the service Bill provided. I called him at 8:00 am Monday morning. He called back within 30 min and was out by 1:00 pm that afternoon. He had to dig around to find the two tank lids but once he'd found them, he went to work and pumped our tanks. He even removed a grease clog that would have caused other problems. He also helped diagnose why the alarm on our septic tank wasn't working. He'll be back to fix that soon. He was professional, as well as friendly and charged a fair price. Bill came out to my property to pump and inspect my very old septic for the selling of my house. Bill showed up within 30 minutes of my call on a Saturday! And once he realized our septic tank and pump grinder are buried 2 feet underground he didn't hesitate once to attack the problem. Excellent work done by Bill. Very knowledgeable and he was able to come out very quickly for a septic pumping. At every level he went a step above and even fished out some debris that was left in the tank by the previous owners. Bill Sanchez has emptied my septic tank twice in the last 4 years. I live in the hills and his truck had no problem with the ~14 foot vertical distance from the top of the tank to the bottom of the truck tires. He is prompt, professional, experienced and honest.
