They came out, pumped our septic system for an inspection, as soon as they left our alarm turned on. We called them immediately and they told us 'itll turn off eventually!' After a couple of days we called again and they said "it'll turn off in 4 weeks" After 4 weeks we called again and were told "I don't care, we didn't do anything, its not our fault and not our problem". Moral of the story, dont hire these guys unless you want them to break your system and refuse to fix it! read more

David called 6 hours late and then abandoned the job. Left me without any options, then told me on the phone it was my responsibility to tell him how long it would take to complete the job. I am in my option period in buying a home and I booked with David on Thursday around 10AM. David scheduled my appointment for 9:30AM on Friday. He promised me he would get the job done, he knew the area, and gave me a whole story about how he was going to help me understand the system and definitely let me know if I was making a good investment. I told David there was a bush by or over the septic tank and that it could be in the way. He said not a problem. Then, day of, he was supposed to arrive at 9:30AM for the appointment, didn't show, texted at 1:30PM that he was on the way to the house, then called at 3:00PM and said he wasn't doing the job because of the bush and he "didn't have time for that." Ridiculous. When I stated he was supposed to arrive at 9:30AM, that I had told him about the bush, and that he literally wasted two days of my time and left me without any options, he said, "you said it was a little bush." No... I said there was a bush. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time or money. LIVID. read more

When my kitchen sink pipe completely clogged up. Not even the plumber was able to fix it. David spent the entire day until he got it going, not only that, but now it is running so smooth, it had never did since we bought the house. Since tgen i have recommended him to my sister, she told me how he pumped the tank and made sure to clear all the grease build up, before it caused any damage to the system. Was in a dire need due to 29 years of neglecting to have septic pumped out through the years. Called Slupe Septic Service at 7:30 a.m. and they worked me into their schedule and had my septic system back in working order by 12:30pm. Got their name from my neighbor who had used Slupe. Slupe Septic Service came the house we were buying in Salado to pump the septic prior to the full septic inspection. They came highly recommended from the home inspection company. David had to first find the septic tank on the property and then dig to get to the tank covers which were about 16" below the surface. He recommended getting the risers for easy access to the tanks in the future. Got the tank pumped and cleaned out for the inspector. David was very professional, helpful, and a great value for the service he provided. We will definitely use Slupe again when we purchase the house. read more
