    I purchased a Scarpato Panettone and was so disappointed, the quality of the product has changed dramatically this year instead of whole chestnuts that were once bountiful has now been reduced to small pieces that are barley recognizable the raisins are more prominent now. Unfortunately, Williams and Sonoma refuses to post negative statements about products they sell and will not accept a return. I no longer recommend this product.

    Excellent location and well stocked. Why is it so expensive? This is a store I will only browse in not actually buy.

    I came when the store opened to pick up an online order purchased. I'm the only customer in the store with 2 customer associates at the counter. One is stocking the counter and the other on the phone . I go to the stocking associate and ask about my order pick up. She sends me to the other associate who is on the phone who ignores me. Finally the other associate who is stocking the counter comes over to help me. I give her my name and she heads to the back. She comes out rudely telling me I must wait for email confirmation before picking up my order. I show her my email confirmation and then if course my item is ready. She brings it out and it's a good size item so I request a bag so I can do some more shopping in the store. She rudely tells me that's 10 cents. I've picked up orders everywhere and never before not had it in a bag! Unfortunately I needed to return to my car as I was unable to continue to shop with this bulky item. These associates should have a crash course in customer service. A store like this with lovely overpriced items should at least have reasonable service. I was planning on buying more items here today but did not.

    Associate not friendly at all, rude. Owner please change all your employee especially the sunday crew very unprofessional.

    Service is horrible here. The workers have attitude problems. Piece of advice...you don't like your job, quit and find something else.

    Contacted Shawn after reading reviews here on Yelp and after seeing photos of his work on Houzz. I…read morewanted to update my kitchen to make it brighter and fit in with the style of the rest of the house but needed help with what to do. Shawn took a look around, listened to what I had in mind, and thankfully told me what would or wouldn't work. He picked a beautiful quartz counter top, gave me options to choose from for the paint, faucet and hardware. He has a great team working for him. They were respectful and trustworthy. The refinished cabinets look like new. They do high quality work. He made his best effort to get things done within the time frame discussed but, as with any renovation, there were some unexpected issues that led to minor delays and affected cost. I really appreciated how his main concern was that I was happy with the end result. We've now been in our finished kitchen and house for a few months and love it more every day. We still can't believe the transformation and beyond the beautiful upgrade across the board, his design and recommendations made it SO much more functional. From the design process to communication and his project manager/workers, everyone was a true professional. No kitchen horror stories and they finished exactly on time. There of course are small things that came up in communication between what we decided with Shawn (keeping our dishwasher) and what the workers on site knew about (tried to give it away 2x), but that is common in any project, and most important to us is every small thing we noticed/flagged was fixed without question. We've already referred Shawn to anyone who asks. He took our space from a very dated 1960s vibe to modern but with character, and a design that matches our ranch style home. Thank you Shawn for making our house feel like us!

The samples we liked in the store didn't match the final delivered product. The color was off and the texture was just a print. Not the sample we had seen. Also, I would be very careful going to Porcelanosa, their quality seems good in the store but when you get the final product at home, it is not that great for the price you pay. The stone-looking tiles have a blur pattern that is fake and stamped on and that is not what we saw on the sample in the store. On bringing this up to the team at PORCELANOSA, they said that their batches can vary in color. This was also not told to us when we went to buy the tiles. We wanted our floor tile to be light and the walls to be darker. We ended up having the floor and the wall tiles look the same. The Vanity also was not constructed well. The doors would not align straight. And the customer service is not very good. Not helpful and pleasant to work with. The return instructions we not clear and the whole process was a very bad experience. And they don't provide pickup of the damaged items. You have to arrange for the large vanity pickup yourself pay their shipping fee or take it back yourself. Upon complaining multiple times they agreed to pick up the defective vanity for us. I will not be going there again.

They are both extremely helpful and I am so happy with the end result. Bless Eva's soul because I was so indecisive with my backsplash and the countertop. I kept going back and forth and changing my mind at least 3 times. They were so booked out until August so finally my day came last Monday and it only took the guys 4 days to complete. During the process of planning, Eva asked me to send in measurements of my current kitchen so I did. She worked her magic on her computer and gave me mock-up of my kitchen. I told her I wanted to add another counter with cabinets since I was lacking that with such a small kitchen. Even after confirming the placement, I changed my mind weeks later and decided on an island. Eva and her contractor came to my house to do final measurements, which made me feel relieved because I didn't trust my measurements. I ordered the Kingston cabinets in the gray ash finish. It is beautiful and lights up my kitchen. To compliment that, I went with the Bianco Swan quartz countertops. I wanted a farmhouse sink and gave the measurements of that to Eva since I bought it elsewhere and it came out beautiful. Everything is beautiful! One thing I really commend JQ for is being super clean. They laid down ramboards to protect the floor and there wasn't any dust in my house. They always vacuumed after themselves. I had a kitchen remodeled before from another company and they were so messy. Dust everywhere, empty water bottles everywhere and they're measurements were so off that I couldn't use a drawer or cabinet. So having JQ do my new kitchen at my new house was truly night and day. I recommend them and I hope you see the quality in their work.
